        The purposes of this study are to develope the equipments and to improve the working methods for increasing productivity and for reducing the horticultural worker"s load, when shipping their products. Harvesting, selecting, packaging processes of a agaric producing farm in Yongin, Kyoungki Province were analyzed. And workers" subjective symptoms fore and after working were investigated to evaluate the workload. A lot of inadequate postures causing Farmer"s symptom were observed, and lacking of adequate arrangement of workload seemed to lead low productivity in process. Although most of the works were performed by middle aged women, there was a little consideration for their physical and physiological properties in work design. The working methods were improved to reduce the workload of middle aged women workers, and the workload were rearranged efficiently to increase productivity. Also, some ergonomic designed shipping equipments were developed and systemized. As a result, up to 15-30% of productivity increasing were expected in every work.

        시니어 창업 특성이 창업의도와 행동에 미치는 영향

        Purpose The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of characteristic factors affecting senior's entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial intention, and to propose measures to promote senior start-up. Methods As a research method, a survey was conducted on senior start-up school students, which was analyzed with a PLS-based structural model (Partial Least Square SEM) using SmartPLS3.0. The results of the study are as follows. Results First, initiative, innovation, and start-up satisfaction were found to have a significant impact on entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial behavior, so the hypothesis was adopted. Second, the effects on entrepreneurial intention of risk-taking and social awareness were rejected and excluded from the model. Third, the hypothesis that entrepreneurial intention acts as a medium between initiative, innovation, satisfaction on start-up and entrepreneurial behavior was adopted. Conclusion It has been found that satisfaction on start-up, innovation, and initiative affect senior's entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial behavior. And It was suggested as a way to entrepreneurial behavior activation plan considering the characteristics of seniors.

        AHP 분석을 활용한 시니어계층의 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 요인들 간의 중요도에 관한 연구

        Recently, the proportion and importance of senior start-up with experience and infrastructure have been increasing, and various start-up support policies have been tried. The purpose of this study is to propose the importance and priorities of the factors influencing seniors' entrepreneurial intention using AHP analysis. To this end, 99 students from start-up schools in capital area were surveyed, and valid responses of 38 students verified both reliability and CR were analyzed. In addition, a comparison was made by a group according to age and start-up experience. The results of this study are as follows; First, importance ranking that affects the intention of start-up was in the order of entrepreneurship, start-up support, and social recognition. Second, in terms of age group comparison, start-up support was the most important factor under 50 years old, but over 50 years old, entrepreneurship was the most important. Third, start-up support was chosen to be the most important factor by the group with no experience in start-up, while entrepreneurship was the most important in the group with experience in start-up

        대학에서 비교과영역의 만족요인에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to comprehend the requirement and satisfactory level for extra- curriculum intimately related with collegiate environment for the students enrolled in domestic universities and to classify data by quality characteristics based on Kano model. Drawing up a plan will be shown to improve satisfaction in extracurricular through an approach to concept of customer satisfaction. As a study method, it have formed a Kano survey with seven different extra-curriculums such as transportation, welfare facilities, learning support system, human relations, scholarship, recruitment support system, and public welfare based on advanced research. This survey conducted to 400 students in universities. We analyzed data to customer satisfaction coefficient and total customer satisfaction coefficient with Kano quality analysis. First, various as average level, institutional improvement of extra-curricular area is needed by overall satisfaction of respondent`s college life. Second, although characteristics of quality are appeared from Kano analysis result, additional analysis is needed because of many appearance of single and charming characteristics of quality as second mode factor. Third, quadrant chart is presented as the analysis result that throughout Timko`s ‘customer satisfaction factor’ and priority is also presented to improve satisfaction or dissatisfaction factors. Fourth, the result as the comparison analysis, there are classified by single quality or charming quality again. These potential possibilities seem to valuable as control factors to increase the level of quality of college life. Fifth, although the result of correlation analysis shows less significant relationship, some factors show strong relationship between satisfaction and dissatisfaction. In conclusion, in extra-curricular area factors we can classify in quality characteristic through the result of this study, we suggested necessity of institutionalization through drawing factors with potential possibility of improvement.

        대학생 아르바이트의 감정노동 특성이 스트레스와 직무만족에 미치는 영향

        Purpose The purpose is to empirically investigate the effects of emotional labor characteristics on the job of part-time college students and to suggest improvement in the work environment. Methods The survey was conducted on part-time college students, and statistical analysis and hypothesis verification were conducted. The results of the study areas follows. Results First, the surface acting of emotional labor showed the highest score of 3.70/5.0, followed by job stress, job satisfaction, and deep acting. Second, It was found that working hours had a negative(-) effect on deep acting, and the frequency of face-to-face with customers had a positive(+) effect on surface acting. Third, deep acting has a positive(+) effect on job satisfaction, surface acting has a positive(+) effect on job stress, and job stress has a negative(-) effect on job satisfaction. Conclusion The purpose of university student part-time jobs is financial, but there are also career exploration, career accumulation, and social improvement. And above all, the emotional labor issue requires support from social awareness, related laws, and social institutions. This study presents basic data because the number of samples is not sufficient to analyze with the structural model, and the related previous studies are also lacking.

        Kano 모형을 이용한 베이커리 고객만족 요인에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to synthetically comprehend the effect of factors such as brand image, product quality, service quality, interior design, Hygiene conditions, and physical environment on satisfaction of bakery users and suggest improvement direction. As a study method, survey of 34-items was conducted to 400 bakery users and collected data was classified into quality attributes based on Kano model. For comprehensive analysis, quality attributes were compared with customer satisfaction coefficient and total customer satisfaction coefficient. In addition, improvement effectiveness and order of priority were suggested through PCSI Index and importance-performance analysis. Lastly customer satisfaction model using multiple regression analysis was proposed. In conclusion, effective improvement direction and management plan was proposed by classifying quality factors for bakery customer satisfaction improvement. It is considered that additional review on research model and study considering various analytic methods will be needed in the future.

        HACCP 인식수준의 베이커리의 고객만족에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to present HACCP management method for improving customer satisfaction in bakery industry. As a study method, literature review on HACCP and customer satisfaction and developing questionnaires through model design were done. Then, a survey was done to 415 customers who had experiences of visiting small size bakeries in Seoul or the national capital region. Customers divided into the public and the expert group, The expert group consisted of 209 experts having experience about the HACCP in the regular course, or have experienced working on bakeries. The collected data were compared and statistically analyzed. In conclusion, even though the respondents showed positive expectation that the certification of HACCP will have an effect on the factors of customer satisfaction like brand image, quality of product and service, facility and physical environment and so on, but as we proved in the course of study model`s hypothesis confirmation, actually, current promoting efforts and strategies of the government or related institutions to spread recognition of HACCP don`t have an meaningful effect on the factors of customer satisfaction.

        기초과학연구 활성화를 위한 성과측정 방법

        Basic science study has two characteristics. First, it requires immense of resources and investments. Secondly, because it is a study with core researcher as the central figure, it has a characteristic of frontier study which is free, long-term, creative, and diverse. Unlike other studies, in the study of basic science, it is difficult to achieve a fair evaluation based on a short period of quantitative assessments. Furthermore, the outcome is not visible. Building a new indicator to evaluate outcomes of basic science researches fairly and in balance, we did in-depth interview, the media report, telephone poll and e-mail questionnaire study targeting professional panels that had been formed through several years of experiences and abundant knowledge. The survey results are as follows: 1) Evaluation of quality such as originality and creativity based on according to peer-review of appropriate expert. 2) An appraisal board of result needs 30% to 50% of foreign scientist in relevant field. 3) Evaluation of research organization needs research organization and comprehensive evaluation of research organization. And evaluation indicators proposed are as follows: 1) The level of report and result from research in aspect of achieving of research goal. 2) The level of paper in quantitative and qualitative in aspect of excellence of result from research. 3) The level of budding scientist and increased abilities of researchers in aspect of fostering human resources. 4) The level of building facilities that based on advanced research in aspect of building of research facility. 5) The level of cooperation with Korean universities and research organizations in aspect of vitality of research. 6) The level of excellent scientific result and a ripple effect to follow-up research in aspect of scientific contribution of research.
