        輸入種子에서의 病原菌分離와 藥劑處理效果

        수입된 참외종자외 30종에서 Alternaria spp. 등 25종의 진균이 검출되었으며 박종자에서 Fusarium moniliforme 등 8종이 검출되어 공시종자중 가장 많은 종류의 진균이 분리되었다. 낙엽송종자외 5종에 약제처리한 결과 Vitathiram으로 처리된 수박종자에서 Rhynchosporium이 검출되었고 Benlate-T와 Captan을 처리한 종자에서 Alternaria spp.가 검출되었으며 무처리에서는 Alternaria spp. 등 6종의 진균이 검출되었다. 종자소독제처리에 대한 발아시험에서는 종자소독제를 사용하였을 경우 무처리나 약제처리가 거의 비슷한 발아율을 나타내고 있어 종자소독제가 종자의 발아에 미치는 영향은 없을 것으로 생각된다. Twenty-five species of fungi were deleted and identified from 27 kinds of the intercepted seeds from 5 countries. Eight species of fungi including Fusariun moniliforme were detected from the imported calabash seed (Lagenaria siceraria). These seeds were the most contaminated among the intercepted reeds tested. Six kinds of seeds including larch(Larix kaemferi) were disinfected with Vitathiram, Benlate-T and Captan. Rhynchosporium was detected from seeds treated with Vitathiram whereas Alternaria spp. were detected from seeds treated with Benlate T or Captan. Six genera of fungi were detected from the untreated seeds. In the case of germination, it seem that seed disinfectants do not have any damage on germination of seed.

        The main purpose of this study is to explore the ways to improve the service of senior welfare centers by analyzing data related to the use and the satisfaction of welfare programs to make suggestions in establishing the role of senior welfare center in the future. As to the method and the scope of the study, literature review and survey targeting 371 elderly participants who used four senior welfare centers located in Daegu City were conducted. The data were analyzed using SPSS 12.0 for windows. This study suggests that the aging society requires senior welfare centers to be equipped with the functions to fulfill the purposes. Financial support of the government or local governments, the discovery and the allocations of specialties are necessary to have senior welfare centers. So senior welfare centers be out of the current consistent programs and run instead featured programs in accordance with the individual characteristics and gender. In conclusion, for improvement of local senior's satisfaction about senior welfare center is in order for them to make a choice for their needs and own level.

        서비스 유통 관점에서 아동복지기관 서비스질의 전달에 대한 인식과 이용자만족도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose - This study reviews the delivery of child welfare service quality and examines how the dimensions of the variables of customer satisfaction impact the results from a service distribution perspective. This study differs from existing research since it proposes that a recognized level of child welfare service quality is necessary to achieve customer satisfaction from the perspective of service distribution. Research design, data, and methodology - This study explores child welfare service quality factors that affect customer satisfaction. The study examines and analyzes demographic variables, service quality dimensions, and the causal relationships between child welfare service quality and customer satisfaction. Data from 300 child welfare cases were collected from organizations in Korea in the areas of Busan and Gyeongsangnamdo. The methods of analysis are as follow. First, using descriptive analysis frequency, the percentages were evaluated to assess the demographic variables. Second, Cronbach's α was used to test reliability and to evaluate the internal consistency of the measuring of items. Third, multiple regression analysis was conducted to find out how much the independent variable can affect customer satisfaction. Results - Five factors of child welfare service quality were identified in three categories: process quality (assurance, empathy), results quality (reliability, caring), and physical environment quality (tangibles). There were significant differences among the effects of the child welfare service quality factors on customer satisfaction. A multiple regression analysis was done with process quality (assurance, empathy), results quality (reliability, caring) and physical environment quality (tangibles) to test the hypothesis: assurance (t=2.434, p<0.05), empathy (t=3.677, p<0.001), reliability (t=3.271, p<0.05), caring (t=4.380, p<0.000), and tangibles (t=3.654, p<0.01) had a positive influence on child welfare service quality from a service distribution perspective. Therefore, hypotheses 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 were supported. In addition, multiple regression analysis on the effects of the variables showed that caring (β=0.273), empathy (β =0.246), tangibles (β=0.265), reliability (β=0.152), and assurance (β=0.131) all had a positive and strong influence on child welfare service quality from a service distribution perspective. Therefore, all child welfare service quality categories (process, results and physical environment quality) were positively statistically significant. Conclusion - In this study, the main findings can be summarized as follows. First, the quality of service of child welfare consists of three dimensions of quality: process quality, results quality, and physical environment quality. The results of the multiple regression analysis also showed that caring and reliability were confirmed as more meaningful variables by the increasing loading factors. Second, the family members involved in child welfare proposed caring as the most important variable among the dimensions of service quality. Third, the results of the hypothesis testing using regression showed that all child welfare service quality factors had a positive impact on customer satisfaction. The results of the study could provide useful information to help increase the effectiveness of delivery strategies for child welfare service quality from a service distribution perspective.

      • 자유주의 경제와 사회주의 경제하에서 문화적 가치와 소비가치가 광고메시지 표현에 미치는 영향력에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this research is to investigate how cultural and consumable value under liberal and socialistic economics effect on the advertising creativity. Advertising creativity are examined to compare north and south korean' culture, then how culture and consume value are affect on the advertising creativity in the aspects of advertising. The results indicate that (1) horizontal individualism(t=8.073, p=0.001 and horizontal collectivism(t=3.668, p=0.001 are partial support III regression analysis about culture value and advertising message, (2) hedonistic value(t=3.161, p=0.001 and utilitarian value(t=4.961, p=0.001) are support in regression analysis about consumable value and advertising creativity. The end of the paper offers further theoretical and practical implications of the analysis and suggestions to improve company' advertising effect.

        The University has to consider their students as customer and manage to focus on the student as customer. The univeristy needs to establish concepts of the customer satisfaction as survivor in the education market. The purpose of this study is the influence of various factors about University Satisfactions. The following conclusion have been drawn through the multiple regression analysis. Among the various factors, The most important factor on the influence of student's university satisfaction is university facility factors and the next important factor is friend factors in 0.001% level of significant difference.
