The purpose of this study is to find out factors(shoulder level, acromion-occipital length, spine alignment, spine-scapula inferior angle length) of pain of neck & shoulder by 3 Dimensional Moire Scanner. 50 female student s aged 20 to 25 years old participated who lived in Sun-cheon si Jeonnam. They were examined with three measurement methods(Visual Analogue Scale : VAS, Algometer, 3 Dimensional Moire Scanner(IBS-2000). According to the results of multiple regression analysis. 1) There was a significant difference with shoulder level and spine-scapula inferior angle based on VAS. 2) There was a significant difference with shoulder level based of Algometer measurement value in Rhomboid muscles.
필라테스 운동과 서킷 운동이 정상성인의 폐기능과 배곧은근의 근두께에 미치는 영향

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of pilates exercise and circuit exercise on abdominal muscles and pulmonary function of normal adults. Method : This study was performed on 20 subjects. 20 subjects were divided into two groups; pilates exercise(n=10), circuit exercise(n=10). Both of the group performed the exercise 3 times a week for 5 weeks. The data was analyzed by the paired Will-coxon test for comparing before and after changes of factors in each group and the Mann-Whitney U test for comparing the between groups. Results : The result are as follows. On the pilates exercise group, there was significant difference on the amount of FEV 1 , VC but there was no significant difference on FVC, FEV 1 /FVC, PEF by comparing pulmonary function before and after. Also, there was no significant difference on thickness rectus abdominis. By comparing abdominal muscles thickness before and after. On the circuit exercise group, there was significant difference on the FVC, FEV 1 , PEF, VC but there was no significant difference on FEV 1 /FVC by comparing the pulmonary function before and after. And, there was no significant difference on thickness rectus adominis. By comparing abdominal muscles thickness before and after. By comparing between the two group, there was no significant difference on pulmonary function and thickness rectus abdominis. Conclusion : As a result of this study, we thought that pilates exercise and circuit exercise was more effective for increasing pulmonary function than muscle thickness of the abdominis.
피드백 호흡운동과 스트레칭 운동이 머리전방자세와 둥근어깨환자의 폐기능에 미치는 영향

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of the feedback respiration exercise and stretching exercise on the pulmonary function of forward head posture and round shoulder patient. Method : This study was performed on 30 subjects. 30 subjects were divided into two group; feedback respiration exercise group(n=15), stretching exercise group(n=15). Both of the group performed the exercise 3 times a weeks for 4 weeks. The data was analyzed paired t-test for comparing before and after changes of factors in each groups and the independent t-test for comparing the between groups. Results : The result are as follows, on the feedback respiration exercise groups, there was statistically significant difference on the amount of FVC, FEV1, IC, but there was no statistically significant difference on VC by comparing pulmonary function before and after. On the stretching extercise group, there was statistically significant difference on the amount of FEV1, VC, IC, but there was no statistically significant difference on FVC by comparing pulmonary function before and after. By comparing between the two group, there was no statistically significant difference on pulmonary function. Conclusion : As a result of this study, we thought that It can be used as a basic data for the development of an exercise program to improve the pulmonary function of the head posture and round shoulder patients. Clinically, the therapist may be able to selectively apply the stretching exercise and the feedback breathing exercise to improve the pulmonary function according to the characteristics of the patient s disease and the treatment conditions.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of aerobic exercise with unstable supporting surface on cardio-pulmonary function and balance ability. Methods : This study was performed on 20 subjects. The subjects were divided into two groups; stable supporting surface group(Group Ⅰ, n=10), unstable supporting surface group(Group Ⅱ, n=10). The groups performed the aerobic exercise, which is jump rope exercise, 2 times a week for 4 weeks. Results : The results were as follows. There was statistically significant difference of cardiovascular endurance in Group Ⅰ(p<0.05), and there were statistically significant difference of cardiovascular endurancedynamic, OSI and dynamic APSI in Group Ⅱ (p<0.05). However, there were no statistically significant difference in pulmonary functions which were FVC and FEV1 in Group Ⅰand Group Ⅱ. Conclusion : As a result of this study, aerobic exercise with unstable supporting surface have a potential to induce positive responses in cardiovascular endurance and dynamic balance ability of healthy adults.
