알코올중독자 자녀의 정서적 지지를 위한 모래놀이치료 사례

본 연구에서는 알코올 중독자 자녀의 정서적 지지 증진에 모래놀이치료가 효과가 있는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 알코올중독자 자녀를 대상으로 총 12회기의 모래놀이치료를 실시하였고, 모래놀이치료 진행과정, 우울불안과 자아존중감 변화를 살펴본 결과는 다음과 같 다. 첫째, 모래놀이치료 회기가 진행될수록 아동의 모래상자에서는 관심과 사랑에 목말라하는 정서, 즐거움과 공감을 바라는 마음이 표현되었다. 피겨 선택의 폭이 다양해지고 모래상장에 서의 위치사용도 넓어졌다. 또 치료자와 대화를 할 때 자신의 감정을 표현하는 얼굴표정이 다 양해지고 목소리도 정확하고 크게 변화하였다. 둘째, 모래놀이치료가 알코올 중독자 자녀의 우울불안 변화를 살펴본 결과 모래놀이치료 실시 후 우울불안이 감소하였다. 이러한 결과는 모래놀이치료가 알코올중독자 자녀의 우울불안 요소를 감소시켜 정서적인 안정감을 제공해 주었다고 할 수 있다. 셋째, 모래놀이치료가 알코올 중독자 자녀의 자아존중감의 변화를 살펴 본 결과 모래놀이치료 실시 후 자아존중감이 증가하였다. 이러한 결과는 모래놀이치료가 알코 올중독자 자녀의 자아존중감을 증진시켜 정서적 지지를 제공해 주었다.

한부모가정 아동의 정서적 지지를 위한 반편견교육 프로그램

본 연구는 한부모가정 아동의 정서적 지원체계로서 반편견교육 프로그램의 필요성 및 실제를 살펴봄으로써 향후 한부모가정 아동을 위한 반편견교육 프로그램 활성화 기초 자료로 기여하고자 하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위하여 한부모가정 아동들이 경험하고 있는 정서적 문제와 반편견교육 프로그램의 필요성에 대해서 살펴보고, 반편견교육 프로그램의 실제에 대해서 살펴보았다. 반편견교육 프로그램의 실제와 한부모가정 아동의 정서적 지원체계를 지지해 줄 수 있는 반편견교육 프로그램의 효과성에 대해서 살펴봄으로써 필요성을 강조하였다. 한부모가정 아동의 정서적 지원체계로서의 반편견교육 프로그램의 실제와 효과성을 살펴본 결과 향후 한부모가정 아동의 정서적 지지를 위해 프로그램이 보다 활성화되고 지속적인 이루어지는 것이 한부모가정에 대한 올바른 인식을 바탕으로 한부모가정 아동에 대한 편견을 바로잡을 수 있을 것이다. This study has a purpose of contributing as emotional support system of anti-biased education program for children of single parent home afterward by looking into necessity and reality of anti-biased education program as emotional support system for children of single parent home. To do this, we looked into emotional problems which children of single parent home were experiencing and looked into the necessity and reality of anti-biased education program. By looking into the reality of anti-biased education program and the effects of anti-biased education program which can back up emotional support system for children of single parent home, we emphasized its necessity. As a result of looking into the reality and effects of anti-biased education program as emotional support system for children of single parent home, for the emotional support for children of single parent home afterward more vitalization and continuity of conducting the program can correct the prejudice against the children of single parent home based on right recognition on single parent home.

싱글맘의 심리적 지원체계로서의 자조모임

본 연구는 한부모 가정 가운데 싱글맘들의 심리적 지원체계로서 자조모임의 필요성 및 실태를 살펴봄으로써 향후 싱글맘들의 자조모임 활성화를 위한 기초 자료로 기여하고자 하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위하여 싱글맘들이 경험하고 있는 문제와 복지서비스 현황에 대해서 살펴보고, 서울시 건강가정지원센터의 싱글맘 자조모임의 현황에 대해서 살펴보았다. 은평구 건강가정지원센터에서 실시한 프로그램에 내용에 대해서 구체적으로 살펴봄으로써 싱글맘의 심리적 지원체계로서 자조모임의 필요성을 강조하였다. 싱글맘의 심리적 지원체계로서의 자조모임의 현황과 실제를 살펴본 결과 향후 싱글맘들의 심리적 지원을 위해서 자조모임이 보다 활성화되고 싱글맘들의 현실을 반영할 수 있도록 해야 하는 것이 과제로 제시되고 있다. This study aimed to contribute as the basic data for nursing meeting revitalization of single moms of future with examining necessity and actual condition of nursing meeting as the mental support system for the single moms among the single-parent families. To achieve the goals, I examined the problems from the experiences of single moms and the welfare actual condition, and the present condition of single mom nursing meeting of Seoul Healthy Family Support Center. I emphasized necessity of nursing meeting as the mental support system for the single moms with inquiring into the program which was executed at the Healthy Family Support Center of Eun-Pyeong Gu. At the result of the research about actual condition and fact of nursing meeting as the mental support system for the single mom which was presented in this study, the supreme task that nursing meeting need to be revitalized and reflects the reality of single moms was appearing for the mental support of the single moms in the future.

This thesis is a study on the situation analysis of the homecare services for community welfare. The purpose of this study is to present the activation plan for the business of dispatching home-care services by analyzing its actual state based on the project of home-care services dispatch held by Seoul City. For this purpose, the following study points were set up ; the activities of home-care servers, the education degree of home-care servers and the degree of satisfaction for the home-care service execution have been analyzed intensively in this thesis. As a result of analyzing the actual status for home-care service activities, first, the service period and time of Seoul City`s home-care service servers were not continued, and the reason of the home-care service activities was mostly to serve for the neighbors or community. Secondly, for the result of analyzing the education degree of the home-care service servers, the most helpful part of education was about the mentality and the special characters of the aged. Third, with regard to the result of analyzing the execution and satisfaction degree of home-care services, what the home-care service servers execute the most is to help meal , to clean up the house and to arrange around a house. On the basis of such results of a study, propose activation plans of home-care service project as follows ; First of all, the plan of legal and systematical improvement of home-care service is required. In the second, it is required to improve various service quality and program development plans to meet the desire of the aged. Third, it is necessary to improve the specialty of home-care service servers. Lastly, the delivery system of the service should be activated.

아토피 유아의 적응행동과 어머니의 양육행동 증진을 위한 모-아 집단 치료놀이 효과

본 연구에서는 아토피 유아의 적응행동 변화, 어머니의 애착유형, 어머니의 양육스트레스, 양육효능감과 상호작용에 대한 내용을 분석하였다. 연구의 대상으로는 아토피를 가지고 있는 실험집단과 통제집단 각각 8쌍의 모아를 대상으로 집단 치료놀이를 실시하기 전 사전검사를 실시한 후 총 16회기의 모-아 집단 치료놀이(Theraplay) 프로그램 실시 후 사전검사와 동일한 사후검사와 추후검사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과 첫째, 모-아 집단 치료놀이 프로그램이 실험집단 아토피 유아의 적응행동을 변화시키는데 효과가 있었으며, 지속효과에서도 그 효과가 입증되었다. 둘째, 아토피유아의 모아 집단 치료놀이 프로그램이 어머니의 양육스트레스와 양육효능감 변화에 효과가 있음이 입증되었다. 셋째, 모-아 집단치료놀이 프로그램 실시 후 아토피 유아와 어머니의 상호작용 변화를 살펴보기 위하여 MIM 평정척도를 살펴본 결과 실험집단의 어머니와 아동의 상호작용을 관찰한 결과 구조, 도전, 개입, 양육의 측면에서 사후점수가 사전검사에 비해 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. This study aimed at testing the changes in infant with atopy and mother performing Mother-Infant Theraplay Program for the changes of the adaptive behavior of infant with atopy and mother`s child-rearing behavior. This study analyzed the contents of changes in adaptive behavior of infant with atopy, mother`s parenting stress, parenting efficacy and interaction. The subject of this study was 8 mother-infant pairs in experiment group with atopy and control group and after performing preliminary inspection before carrying out theraplay, after carrying out total 16 sessions mother-infant Theraplay program, performed the same follow-up inspection as inspection. Mother-Infant Theraplay Program was effective in changing the adaptive behavior of infant with atopy in experiment group. As a result of examination of Parenting stress, Parenting Efficacy in order to examine the changes in mother of infant with atopy. After performing mother-infant Theraplay program, in the observation of mother-child interaction in experiment group and child, in the aspects of structure, challenge, engagement and nurture, fallow-up scale appeared higher than preliminary inspection as a result of review on MIM rating scale to examine the changes in the interaction between infant with atopy and mother.
