This paper presents an experimental study that examines variations of Charpy impact energy of a welded steel plate, depending upon the welding method and the method for obtaining the Charpy specimens. Flux cored arc welding (FCAW) and Gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) were employed to weld an SA516 Gr. 70 steel plate. The methods of wire cutting and water-jet cutting were adopted to take samples from the welded plate. The samples were machined according to the recommendations of ASTM SEC. II SA370, in order to fit the specimen dimension that the Charpy impact test requires. An X-ray diffraction (XRD) method was used to measure the as-weld residual stress and its redistribution after the samples were cut. The Charpy impact energy of specimens was considerably dependent on the cutting methods and locations in the welded plate where the specimens were taken. The specimens that were cut by water jet followed by FCAW have the greatest resistance-to-fracture (Charpy impact energy). Regardless of which welding method was used, redistributed transverse residual stress becomes compressive when the specimens are prepared using water-jet cutting. Meanwhile, redistributed transverse residual stress becomes tensile when the specimens are prepared using wire cutting.
객잔(客栈)의 고객체험이 지각된 가치 및 애호도에 미치는 영향 -지역문화에 대한 관여도의 조절효과를 중심으로-

The purpose of this study was to analyze empirically the structural relationship between various variables such as customer experience, perceived value, involvement, Inn loyalty, etc. To test the hypothesis, empirical research method of Regression Analysis was used with the help of AMOS program. The results are as followed. Firstly, it confirms that there are three factors of customer experience: escape experience, cultural experience and physical experience. Secondly, customer experience has a positive (+) effects on perceived value. Thirdly, cultural experience and physical experience of the customer experience have a positive (+) effects on the Inn loyalty. Fourthly, the perceived value has a positive (+) effects on Inn loyalty. Fifthly, perceived value has a partial mediating effect on the influence of cultural experience and physical experience on Inn loyalty, while perceived value has a complete mediating effect on the relationship between escape experience and Inn loyalty. Sixthly, the relationship between customer experience and perceived value, Involvement with The Regional Culture has been proved to have a moderating role. In addition, through the above research conclusions, the inn should use strategic experience marketing in the planning and marketing process, develop diversified experience elements and differentiated strategies, and actively provide cultural experience according to customer needs, enhance the competitiveness of the inn, improve Inn loyalty. 본 연구에서는 객잔을 이용하는 고객들을 대상으로 객잔의 고객체험이 지각된 가치와 지역문화에 대한 관여도가 애호도 간의 영향관계를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 고객체험에 대한 물리적 체험, 일탈적 체험, 문화적 체험의 3가지요인으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 고객체험은 지각된 가치에 대하여 정(+)의 영향을 미치고있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 고객체험 중 문화적 체험과 물리적 체험은 객잔 애호도에 대하여 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 지각된 가치는 객잔 애호도에 대하여 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 지각된 가치는 문화적 체험과 물리적 체험이 애호도에 미치는 영향에 대해 부분 매개효과를 가지고 있으며 지각된 가치는 일탈적 체험과 애호도 간의 관계에 대해 완전 매개효과를 가지고 있다. 여섯째, 고객체험과 지각된 가치 사이의 관계에 대해 지역문화에 대한 관여도는 조절효과가 있다는 것이 입증되었으며 고객체험의 각 차원별 상호작용의 유의성에 대한확인 한 결과, 관여도는 객잔 고객체험의 세 차원 중 문화적 체험이 지각된 가치에 미치는 영향에 대해서만 조절 효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 객잔은 기획 및 마케팅 단계에서 전략적인 체험마케팅을 활용하여 다양화된 체험요소의 차별화 전략을 제정하고 고객의 수요에 따라 문화적 체험을 적극적인제공하며 객잔의 경쟁력을 강화하고 브랜드의 충성도를 높여야 한다는 것을 도모할수 있을 것이다.

Evaluation of fracture toughness of welded structures has a significant influence on the structural design. However the residual stresses is redistributed while the welded structures is cut for preparing specimens. This study investigated an effect of the welding residual stress redistribution on the impact absorption energy of Charpy specimen. SA516Gr70 steel plate by at the flux cored arc welding (FCAW) and gas tungsten arc welding(GTAW) was cutting. Specimens for Charpy impact testing were taken from the welded plate. Two material removal mechanisms (wire cutting and water jet) were used to make the specimens. Welding residual stress and redistribution residual stress were measured using the XRD (X-Ray Diffraction) method. The amount of redistribution of residual stress depends on the different material removal mechanism. Redistribution of residual stress of reduced the impact absorption energy by 15%.
A strip holding system for finite element simulation of Almen strip testing

We propose a strip holding system that can provide a clear boundary condition for a specimen (strip) during finite elementsimulation of Almen strip testing. The proposed strip holding system does not need a mounting block and bolts to grasp the stripbefore and during the test. Both ends of the strip are grabbed by two plane clamps to set a clear boundary condition for the stripduring finite element simulation. We performed a series of Almen strip tests with a current strip holding system and the proposedstrip holding system at different impingement velocities and exposure times. The lengthwise deflection shapes of the peened stripand saturation curves were measured and compared. The results revealed that the saturation curves obtained with the proposedstrip holding system were about 6.2-19.6% larger on average than those obtained with the current strip holding system, but therewas an error tendency between the two saturation curves. It denotes that the conventional strip holding system currently in use canbe replaced with the proposed strip holding system if we capitalize on the error tendency.
쇼트피닝 가공에서 쇼트볼 충돌 횟수 및 소재 경도에 따른 압축잔류응력 분석

In this paper, we examined the effect of material hardness and multiple shots impact on compressive residual stress. A three-dimensional finite element analysis was performed to simulate shot peening. The material used in this study carbon steel. We changed material hardness and multiple shots impact. The results reveal that the relationships between material hardness and residual stress. Especially, compressive residual stress increase with material hardness decrease.
문화유산 리얼리티 예능프로그램 콘텐츠 특성이 역사·문화성 인식, 콘텐츠 만족도, 행동의도에 미치는 영향: 중국 BTV <상신료, 고궁(故宫)>의 사례를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of cultural heritage reality shows on destination tourism behavior intention. The research object was the Chinese cultural heritage reality show "Upped new, Old palace," which is produced by the Forbidden City of China. And 348 responses were collected from Chinese viewers of the show. It was analyzed that the historical and cultural perception was influenced by informationality, contents satisfaction was influenced by attractiveness of the cast, historical and cultural perception, behavioral intention was influenced by historical and cultural perception and contents satisfaction. This research complements the relevant research academically and provides some empirical data for the development and utilization of cultural heritage contents in regional tourism strategy.
