        스마트시티의 서비스 수용의도에 대한 체감요소 분석

        스마트시티는 도시의 인구 집중화로 인해 발생하는 문제를 IT 기술을 접목하여 해결하는 지능화된 도시를 뜻하며 안전, 교통, 환경, 교육, 의료 등 다양한 서비스가 제공되고 있으나 거주하는 시민들이 체감하는 서비스의 정도는 제공되는 기술적 성숙도에 비해 낮아 서비스 체감도의 향상이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 스마트시티 내에 거주하는 시민들이 생활하면서 체감하는 스마트 서비스의 인지도 및 체감도를 향상시키고 서비스를 쉽게 받아들 일수 있는 수용 의도 분석을 위해 이용자 특성과 서비스 특성 변수를 구분하였다. 또한 서비스에 대한 인지 용이성과 인지 유용성의 유대관계 분석 및 시민과 공무원 집단에 대한 조절효과를 분석하여 서비스 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요소를 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 시민의 적극적인 참여와 정부 및 민간의 투자를 유도하여 도시의 다양한 문제해결을 통해 시민의 삶의 질 향상과 행복한 사회가 이루어지는 기반이 될 것으로 기대된다. A smart city refers to an intelligent city solving problems arising from the concentration its population using IT technology. Various services such as safety, transportation, environment, education, and medical care are provided in a smart city. Still, the degree of service experienced by the residents is lower compared to the technological maturity. Hence, the service acceptance intention factor needs to be improved. In this study, User Characteristic and Service Characteristic variables were identified separately to improve the awareness and experience of smart services among citizens of the smart city and analyze the intention of easy service acceptance. Based on the results, the present study is expected to improve citizen's quality of life and form a happy society. This improvement in citizens and society is achieved by drawing active participation from citizens and investments from the government and private enterprise through solving various problems in the city.

        삼체배기의 특성비교분석에 관한 연구

        Most tripler research papers tend to design it with a band pass filter at the output terminal. A tripler with a band pass filter has a disadvantage in using a broadband frequency because the bandwidth of the target frequency is narrow. Therefore, as a solution to this problem, the topic of the thesis was to design a tripler with a wide bandwidth by applying a band stop filter to the output terminal. In this paper, a tripler with a band pass filter and a band stop (notch) filter at the output terminal using a pHEMT device as an active device was designed, and then two triplers were simulated. Comparing the characteristics of the two triplers, at the target frequency of 7.2GHz, the output power of the tripler with a band pass filter is 18.9dBm (conversion gain, 2.76dB), and the output power of the tripler with a band stop filter is 23.1dBm (conversion gain, 3.63dB). Therefore, the conversion gain of the tripler with the band stop filter is about 30% better than that of the tripler with the band pass filter. The bandwidth of the tripler with the band pass filter is narrow, and the bandwidth of the tripler with the band stop filter is about 2GHz from 6GHz to 8GHz centered on 7.2GHz, and it shows broadband characteristics. Therefore, when comparing the characteristics of the tripler with the band stop filter and the band pass filter, it can be confirmed that the tripler with the band stop filter is excellent.

      • U-Eco City의 해외 진출을 위한 수요지 발굴 및 타당성 검토

        As a means of creating innovative city values, activation of U-Eco City which converge ubiquitous and ecological technology such as ecosystem circulation onto city space is drawing attention. This study aims at selecting location of U-Eco City and feasibility check for export, so as to preoccupy global high-technology city construction market and to energize U-Eco city establishment and further development for a new export items. Hereby, based on a framework to select U-Eco city location for export through relevant literature study, in terms of relevance in the aspects of construction industry, IT industry marketability, potential national competence and in the perspective of needs on city and society, and uniqueness on policies and so on, chose appropriate countries and cities. Furthermore, through field research, this research performed practical feasibility check to the selected city for U-Eco City export. We expect that this exploratory research may serve as a basis for the further research and business plan on global expansion of U-Eco City.
