        유채박의 효소 가수분해물로 조제한 접착제를 사용한 합판의 접착특성

        본 연구는 현재 사용되고 있는 석유화학계 접착제틀 대체하기 위하여 바이오 디젤 부산물인 유채박을 세 종류 (cellulase, pectinase, protease)의 효소를 단독 또는 조합하여 개량한 후 phenol formaldehyde (PF) prepolymer와 혼합하여 접착제를 제조하였으며, 이렇게 조제된 접착제를 적용시킨 합판의 접착능 및 포름알데히드 방산량을 조사함으로써 유채박의 합판용 접착제를 위한 원료화 가능성을 확인하고자 하였다. 유채박 접착제는 효소의 종류와 PF prepolymer의 몰비에 따라 6.26∼8.81의 pH와 2.980∼4.610 cps 점도를 보였으며, 고 형분 함량은 33% 내외인 것으로 조사되었다. 유채박 접착제로 제조된 합판의 접착능 및 포름알데히드 방산량을 조사한 결과, cellulase 또는 cellulase와 pectinase를 이용하여 순차적으로 가수분해한 유채박 가수분해물과 1.8-F/P.PF prepolymer로 조제한 접착제를 작용시킨 합판의 건조 및 준내수 인장강도가 가장 높았으며, 그 값 은 KS F 3101의 보통합판에 관한 최소 규정치인 0.6 N/mm2를 초과하는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 유채박 접착제로 제조된 합판의 포름알데히드 방산량은 전반적으로 1.0mg/&를 초과하지 않았으며, 대조구인 요소수지 접착제로 제조된 합판의 포름알데히드 방산량 (2.69 mg/&)과 비교하여 상당히 낮았다. 본 연구 결과로부터 유채박 접착제가 합판용 접착제로써 사용될 수 있다는 가능성을 제시할 수 있었으며, 유채박의 가수분해에 사용된 효소의 양 및 가수분해 시간을 조절하거나, 고형분 함량을 증가시켜 열압온도와 시간을 줄이는 방안 등이 유채박 접착제의 상용화를 위하여 향후 추가 연구가 되어야 할 것으로 생각한다. In the present study, rapeseed flour (RSF), which is a by-product from the production of edible oil and biodiesel extracted from rapeseed, was used to develop alternative adhesives for the production of plywood panels To examine the effects of the enzyme on the adhesive properties and formaldehyde emission of the RSF-based adhesive resins, three enzymes, such as cellulase (CEL), pectinase (PEC) and protease (ALC), were used either separately or together, As a crosslinking agent, PF prepolymers which were prepared with 15, 18 and 21.mole formaldehyde and I mol phenol (18-, 2.1- and 2.4-PF), were added into the RSF hydrolyzates. The adhesive resins formulated with GEL- or CEL-PEC-RSF hydrolyzates and 18-F/P PF prepolymers exhibited excellent adhesive strengths and formaldehyde emission The tensile shear strength and formaldehyde emission of the plywood panels bonded with the formulate resins were satisfied with the minimum requirement of the KS standard for ordinary plywood panels (0.6 N/mm2) In addition, formaldehyde emissions of the plywood panels approached to that of f0 specified in the KS standard (05 mg/I), and even had much better than those of commercial UP glue mixes. Overall, the use of RSF-based adhesive resins for the production of plywood panels might provide durable adhesive properties and an environmentally friendly substitute for petroleum-based adhesive resins However, further researches - the increase of solid content of RSF based adhesives for reducing press time and the microscopic observation of plywood specimen for identifying the relationship between tensile shear strength and the penetration of adhesives into wood structure -are required to commercialize the RSF-based adhesives.

        한국전쟁 시기 인천의 특징과 성격

        The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the character of Incheon during the Korean War. Across from the ROK 1st Division stood NKPA divisions. The NKPA 1st and 6th Divisions committed main efforts southward along the Kuhwari - Munsan - Incheon axis and Kaesong - Munsan axis, respectively. On July 4, the NKPA 6th division in Kimpo maneuvered toward Incheon in the morning, spearheaded by six tanks. In the early period of the War, the lack of ROK government refugee control measures resulted in significant confusion and difficulties in controling refugee movement. The U.N. army soldiers were fearful of the possible infiltration of North Korean soldiers who entered the lines in groups disguised as civilians in refugee columns and then attacked the our positions from the rear. The UN forces entered upon a new phase in which they could launch a massive counterattack and at once effect a landing at Incheon. While the JCS gave expressed approval to MacArthur's proposal for an amphibious landing behind the enemy's battle lines, they never committed themselves to MacArthur's landing of Incheon. The UN troops completed their mop up operation in and around Incheon, the city government opened its office to resume its work. The city government also started to restore its function by clearing the litter from destroyed buildings and other public facilities, and thus rapidly restored the public order. Incheon citizens and officials who had returned to the city ahead of others voluntarily joined in cleaning work in the downtown streets, the city was crowded with many others who wandered from place seeking separated family members.

        음향기술을 이용한 내수면 주요어종의 음향산란특성과 연직분포

        This study is aimed to understand the vertical distribution of fish in the daytime and nighttime using an acoustic survey in Yondam reservoir of Jeollabuk-do, and an acoustical backscattering strength of dominant species, bass (Micropterus salmoides) and a bluegill (Lepomis macrochirus), which are classified as the ecosystem disturbing species. The results showed that the fish school was distributed in the shallow areas of less than 10 m depth during the period of Aug. and Oct. where it had a strong thermocline, otherwise, it was distributed over 10-times density under stable water temperatures as 13℃ in Nov. There was no vertical patchiness difference between daytime and nighttime unlike the typical marine ecosystem. The dominant species were crucian carp, bluegill, bass. The hydroacoustic method can provide the spatial distribution and effective removal ways of the ecosystem disturbing species in inland fisheries.

        측집 : 북한의 남한 점령기 민간인 학살 - 한국정부와 미군(KWC) 조사기록의 비교를 중심으로

        The main purpose of this article is to analyze on the South Korean Civilian Massacre by the North Korean Army and the left wings during the North Korean Occupation of South Korea. This paper is aimed to put a valuation on the problematic issues in War Crimes Division in Korea(KWC). This study was conducted with the reference of following documents: NARA, RG 153 Records of the Office of the Judge Advocate General Army, International Affairs Division; War Crimes Branch: “Investigation of Atrocities against POW`s in Korea”, 1952-1954, Entry A1 181, Box 891-976, KWC #1~#1848; “interim Historical Report”, 30 June 1953; “Final Historical and Operational Report”, 31. May 1954. Since the outbreak of the Massacre, the existing studies regarding this issue concentrated on elucidating actual conditions of civilian massacre and studies in the region have focused on understanding each regional cases, expected size, and so on. However, it has been challenged to understand entire matters of victims and wrongdoers because the signed confession research throughout the area sampled some regions. Therefore, this study suggests a debate on the three problematic issues in those historical records. I found that those historical records only emphasize the perspectives of the anti-communism while analyzing the massacres. Also they have been recorded without the sufficient and reliable resources. They have only been discussed about the mass slaughter committed by several specific forces which are included with the North Korean government, the police of the North Korean government, and the South Korean communists. We have to recognize other mass slaughters happened in the same region from July 1950 to January 1951. Especially, the mass slaughter of civilians, the murders of people who acted in a way to Anti North Korea happened in the same areas. Thus, I believe that we have to give a definition of other massacres. Most historical records do not demonstrate the reason many people should have been victimized in the massacres. For example, even though they put many pages to describe the massacre, there are few reliable resources in them. As a result of the poor research achievements on the historical records, it is very hard for us to identify what kinds of “military command chains” the massacres had been carried out. Thus, it is still ambiguous to what extent North Korean government involved in those tragedies. I think that the massacres happened during Korean War should be researched from the multidimensional viewpoints by closely relating to political, economical, and social issues. These approaches help us bring objectivity into my research. I also think that if we can make any research with more possible reliability and objectivity, that research would allow us to find the person who were responsible for those mass slaughters, and the reason they happened in the time. This work will help add further studies based on empirical researches that have been conducted until now and define that the massacre occurred independently or the government intervened in the massacre.

        교정구에 의한 음향도플러유향유속계의 평균 체적후방산란강도 검토

        ADCPs have been widely used to estimate the dynamic characteristics and biomass of sound scattering layers (SSLs), and swimming speed of fish schools for analyzing SSLs spatial distribution and/or various behavior patterns. This result showed that the verification of the mean volume backscattering strength (MVBS or averaged SV, dB) acquired by the ADCP would be necessary for a quantitative analysis on the spatial distribution and the biomass estimation of the SSLs or fish school when ADCP is used for estimating their biomass. In addition, the calibrated sphere method was used to verify values of each MVBS obtained from 4 beams of ADCP (153.6 kHz) on the base of 3 frequencies (38, 120, 200 kHz) of Scientific echo sounder``s split beam system. Then, the measured SV values were compared and analyzed in its Target Strength (TS, dB) values estimated by a theoretical acoustic scattering model.

        스테레오 카메라 기법을 이용한 참다랑어의 크기 및 유영속도 측정

        This study was performed to develop a video based system which can be used to measure the averaged fish size in a non-intrusive fashion. The design was based on principles of simple stereo geometry, incorporated fish dimensions weight relationships and took into consideration fish movement to lower system costs. As the fish size is an important factor that impacts the economy of an aquaculture enterprise. Size measurements, including fork length, width or height, girth, thickness and mass, can be used to determine fish condition in the fish farm, so the averaged fish size of fish cage needs to consistently monitor in open ocean aquaculture cage. A precision of ±3% for replicate length measurements of a 60cm bar is obtained at distances between 2.0 and 6.0m, and the mean fork length and mean swimming speed of bluefin tuna were estimated to 48.8cm and 0.78FL/s, respectively.

        로봇을 활용한 배전 활선공법 기술분석 및 적용 타당성 연구

        This paper analyzes robotic technology developed for live-line electricity distribution and its applicability to domestic environment. In doing so, available robotic systems developed for the live-line work are thoroughly investigated and compared in terms of from robotic functionality to economic feasibility. To assess the technology readiness for domestic live-line robot, the rubber gloves based direct live-line engineering methods have been also analyzed and mapped into robotic technology requisites. The results are expected as a fundamental data to help with solving the safety and economics issues when considering development and introduction of compact live-line robot for complex domestic electricity distribution environment.
