In decontamination process to remove radioactive materials of reacter cooling system, the metal ions dissolved by organic acids in decontamination solution are separated by use of ion exchange resin in the colunm. However, organic acids in decontamination solution decrease the apparent affinity of the resin to metal ions. In light of this, some experiments were carried out on the Amberlite IRN-77 cation resin with cobalt and iron to gain a better understanding of the complexation effects on the ion exchange process. Experimental results showed that EDTA among organic acids used as chemical decontaminants predominantly caused reduction of ion exchange capacity of cobaltous ion to resin since this reagent formed the complex with the cobaltous ion stronger than that with the ferrous ion. In contrast, the effects of oxalic acid and citric acid were found to be negligible. And, single and two-component nonlinear equilibrium relationships of the metal ions were established using experimental data.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of ultraviolet blood irradiation on the blood when a low dose of ultraviolet (UV) C is directly irradiated to the blood in a diabetic rabbit model and to evaluate the effects on treatment for diabetes. This study results indicate that the reduced body weight is increased and blood glucose levels are significantly reduced after the UBI treatment is performed when compared to those prior to the UBI treatment. In addition, $HCO_3{^-}$ levels and blood pH were elevated and lowered, respectively. When the UBI treatment is performed in a diabetic rabbit model, in this result indicate that blood glucose levels are reduced.
이산화우라늄의 염소화반응에서 반응가수 주입량과 환원제의 양이 사염화우라늄 제조에 미치는 영향

사염화우라늄을 제조하기 위한 가장 효율적인 반응계는 이산화우라늄, 염소가스와 탄소분말이다. 여러 가지 실험변수 가운데 이산화우라늄의 염소화반응에 사용된 염소가스 주입량과 탄소의 양이 사염화우라늄 제조에 미치는 영향에 관하여 연구하였다. 각각의 실험변수들에 대한 전화율과 휘발률 계산을 통해 효율적인 반응을 위한 적정 염소가스 주입량과 탄소의 양을 구하였고, 이산화우라늄의 증가함에 따라 직접접촉에 의한 기체-고체반응에서는 전화율과 휘발률은 증가했으나 이후 과량을 첨가함에 따라 감소하였고, 용융염내의 기체-액체반응에서는 전화율의 미미한 증가와 휘발률의 감소를 확인하였가. 염소주입량이 증가함에 따라 전화율과 휘발률이 증가했으며, 과량의 염소가수 주입시 고이온가 염화물의 생성량이 증가하였다.

This paper aims at proposing the establishment of concept for qualified startup business and the model of smart incubating business system for qualified startup business creation, which is being government's recent policy paradigm. The result of this paper shows the theoretical setting for the concept of qualified startup business through researching papers precedent and analyzing the startup business education affairs of American universities and proposing the model of requisition for qualified startup business. The core model of requisition for qualified startup business is to secure the essential factors for qualified startup business and the preparation process through compounding the requisites, the execution ecosystem for leading the mixing requisites and supporting. This model has been practiced enormously at business creation education field in American universities. This paper especially propose TEC program of NC State University in U.S.A. by case study.

In recent, Korean government TF Team announced new entrepreneurship policy of establishing virtuous cycle in high-tech venture startup financing ecosystem with emphasizing on 'boosting up angel investment and M&A.' This policy is brought not only to come up with the previous policy defects of creating less creative starts-up despite that government has put die-hard efforts, such as big chunk of budget dumping and policy preference, to promote high-tech starts-up since the year of 1997, but also to found right momentum of shifting entrepreneurship policy paradigm from government-direct to entrepreneur into indirect via utilizing the market forces. In particular, this policy puts a highlight on promoting angel investment, representing unfolding red carpets for creative economy. However, this policy confront critical fatal flaws such as a serious lacks of business angels which carry out the core function of government policy. In worse off, business angels cannot be raised up in short term period by taking other practical entrepreneurship ecosystem cases. As alternative, this paper propose the raising-up over entrepreneurship facilitators with having angel investing potentials in short term. In specific, this paper suggest the training methodology over the previous BI manager, passive simple angel investors, and consultants in entrepreneurship for embedding entrepreneurship facilitators. This paper carries four different specific studies. First, this paper implement literature review for entrepreneurship policy with respect to evaluating the previous entrepreneurship policies and making a diagnosis over its consequences. Second, it carries theoretical literature reviews relating to Korean angel investment and business incubation. Third, it proposes the concept of entrepreneurship facilitators. Fourth, it brings the alternatives of raising up entrepreneurship facilitators.
염소와 질소의 혼합가스를 이용한 이산화우라늄의 염소화반응

The conversion ratio of UO₂ to UCl₄ was 97.9% at 2 hour and reached to 99.7% at 3 hour of reaction time. The volatilization ratio was sharply increased from 39.7% to 73.2% as reaction time goes 2 to 3 hours. Also, the conversion ratio was gently increased in the range of 400℃∼700℃ whereas over 700℃ it was relatively slight and the volatilization was sharply increased over 700℃. The optimum injection rate of the carrier gas is about 50% of that of reacting gas and 140% of equivalence point of reductant based on reaction mechanism was appropriate for the chlorination of UO₂ to UCl₄ in reaction system. Finally, the equivalence point of reacting gas based on reaction mechanism was proper in conversion and volatilization.
용융염에서 사염화우라늄을 제조하기 위한 이산화우라늄의 염소화반응

The effects of experimental parameters on conversion and volatilization ratios in chlorination of UO₂ to UCl₄ in molten salt was studied. Although the conversion and volatilization ratios were increased with reaction temperature, the optimum reaction temperature ranged was 600∼700℃ because conversion and volatilization ratios were relatively high and molten salt was scarcely volatilized in the temperature range. Considering utilization of chlorine gas and purity of UCl₄ prepared during experiment, the optimum reaction time was 4 hr. The conversion ratio was increased with quantity of molten salt but determination of the optimum quantity for preparation of pure UCl₄ was required to consider volatility characteristics of impurities contained in reactant and reactant quantity.
