        규칙적인 운동이 sarcopenic 비만여성고령자의 심혈관질환 위험인자에 미치는 영향

        고령기의 생활을 위협하는 obesity 여성고령자를 대상으로 sarcopenia 동반에 따른 CVD 위험의 가중성과 16 주간의 운동중재가 CVD 위험인자에 미치는 변화를 알아보고자 한다. 또한, 이러한 운동효과를 검증하여 obesity 여성 고령자에게 obesity와 sarcopenia에 대한 운동의 중요성을 부각시켜 삶의 질 향상에 도움을 주기 위한 연구이다. 비만 여성고령자를 sarcopenia 동반유무에 따라 sarcopenic obesity group(SOG)과 non-sarcopenic obesity group(NOG)으로 나 누어 16주간, 주 3회, 50-60분간 복합운동 실시 후 심혈관질환 위험인자에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론 을 얻었다. 운동 전 두 그룹간 CVD 위험인자 비교에서는 비만 여성고령자에게 sarcopenia가 동반될 경우 CVD 위험 이 가중되지 않았으며, sarcopenic obesity 여성고령자가 non-sarcopenic obesity 여성고령자보다 HDL-C는 높게, TG는 더 낮게 나타났다. 운동중재 후에는 혈청지질에서 sarcopenic obesity 여성고령자의 경우 TC, TG는 감소하였고, HDL-C, LDL-C은 차이가 없었다. non-sarcopenic obesity 여성고령자의 경우 TC, TG, LDL-C는 감소하였으며, HDL-C 증가하였다. 따라서, sarcopenia와 CVD 위험인자와의 낮은 관련성을 확인할 수 있었으며, sarcopenic obesity 여성고령 자가 non-sarcopenic obesity 여성고령자에 비해 HDL-C, LDL-C, BP, right baPWV에서 운동효과가 더디다는 것을 발견할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of combined exercise on body composition and cardiovascular disease risk factors in sarcopenic obesity elderly women. The subjects for the study were 21 obesity elderly women over 65 years old . They were divided into two groups, the sarcopenic obesity group(n=9) and non-sarcopenic obesity group(n=12). The variables of body composition and CVD risk factors were measured in all the subjects before and after 16-week combined exercise. The findings of this study were as follows; In the sarcopenic obesity elderly women significantly decreased total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), and left baPWV. The non-sarcopenic obesity elderly women significantly decreased total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C), and left baPWV, but significantly increased high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C). The most important finding in this study was that sarcopenic obesity elderly women showed delayed effects of a 16-week combined exercise on HDL, LDL-C, BP, and right baPWV compared to the non-sarcopenic obesity elderly women.

      • 생활체육의 실태와 참여동인에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to reconsider the necessity of life time sport and find out the direction of development. The data quoted in this paper are collected from questionnaires. The deta are analyzed through frequency analysis and X^2 analysis survey. Survey was made on 162 male and 109 female participants of life time sports in Busan area. The findings of this study are as follows: 1. These researches reveal that most of life time sport participants don't join the association of similar testes and carry out life time sport irregularly. 2. These researches reveal that the main reason why they engage in a life time sport are to cultivate self-confidence and solve stress. 3. These researches reveal that leisure sport has an effect on the side of body, emotion and society and gives changes and energy of life. 4. These researches reveal that most of participants have difficulty in enjoying in a life time sports on weekend. Therefore it is necessary to induce them to engage in a regular life time sport on weekdays by means of promoting the system of similar tastes at the level of workplace. 5. These researches reveal that the most important factors in improving life time sports are the quality of leader, the expansion of establishments and the renovation of relevant system. In short, life time sports have a good effect on all aspects of human life and play an important role in solving stress. In spite of the importance of life time sport, most people in these modem days have not enough time for life time sports except weekend. So it is necessary to improve the life scheme at the level of workplace on weekdays. In addition I suggest that institutional measures should be taken in order to enhance the quality of leader and to expand the establishment for life time sports.

      • 소의 대뇌 DeoxyribonucleaseⅠ 억제물질의 분리와 성상에 대한 연구

        Deoxyribonuclease I (DNase I) inhibitor of protein nature was isolated from bovine brain and was characterized to clarify the regulatory mechanisms of DNase I activity in vivo. 1. Two kinds of DNase I inhibitor (peak I and peak II) were isolated and purified to 15 fold for peak I and 26 fold for peak II by centrifugation, ammonium sulfate fractionation, gel filtration and DEAE-cellulose chromatography. The molecular weights of peak I and peak II inhibitors were estimated to be 160,000 and 42,000 dalton, respectively. 2. The maximum inhibitory activities of both peak I and peak II inhibitors were observed at pH 7.5 and Mg²+ ion increased their inhibitory activities whereas Ca²+ and Mn²+ showed little effects on their inhibitory activities. The purified peaks I and II inhibitors also revealed specific inhibitory activities to DNase I and did not exert any inhibitory effecs on pancreatic RNase. 3. Peak I inhibitor protein was more stable than peak II inhibitor protein to heat inactivation. Only 8% of peak I activity disappeared by heat pretreatment at 45℃ for 10 minutes instead of 65% in case of peak II. 4. Sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE) patterns for peak I and peak II inhibitor proteins revealed that the major protein peaks were located at the same position and molecular weight of the protein was estimated to be 42,000 dalton. These results suggest the presence of a heat-stable DNase I inhibitor of protein nature in bovine brain which may consist of 4 monomeric units of actin, an well known DNase I inhibitor.
