본 연구는 캐릭터그램을 이용해 메시지 전달이라는 기능성과 이미지 전달이라는 심미성을 동시에 만족시킴으로써 한국 고유의 이미지를 유지하면서도 현대적인 디자인을 적용해 국가브랜드이미지를 향상시킬 수 있는 문화 관광 기념품을 개발하고자 하였다. 문화 관광기념품의 해외사례와 국내사례를 살펴 세계의 여러 나라들이 자국의 문화콘텐츠를 기반으로 아이덴티티를 구축하고 이를 통해 국가브랜드이미지를 향상시키려는 경향에 있음을 살피고 이를 바탕으로 보다 경쟁력 있는 문화 관광기념품을 기획 디자인하였다. 또한 문화 관광기념품을 디자인하기 위해 먼저 한국 고유의 문화콘텐츠를 기반으로 캐릭터그램의 아이덴티티를 구축한 후 형태, 색상, 질감적 측면에서 캐릭터그램 원형 및 여러 형태의 캐릭터그램을 제작하고 이를 다시 문화 관광 기념품에 적용하였다. 본 연구는 한국의 문화콘텐츠를 이용하여 캐릭터그램 제품 개발을 통해 문화 관광기념품의 질을 향상시키고, 이를 통해 한국에 대한 향상된 이미지를 구축하여 관광 수입의 증대와 국가브랜드이미지의 강화 하는데 기여하고자 하였다. Using charactergram, this research developed cultural and tourist souvenirs that can improve national brand image by applying modem design while maintaining Korea’s inherent image, which not only satisfied functionality of sending messages but also aesthetic appreciation of sending images. Studying domestic and overseas cases of cultural and tourist souvenirs that many countries are building identity based on cultural contents to improve their national brand image, we planned and designed competitive cultural and tourist souvenirs. Moreover, in order to design cultural and tourist souvenirs, we first built identity of charactergram based on Korea’s inherent cultural contents, produced original form of charactergrams in many different forms, colors, and textures and many forms of charactergram and applied them to cultural and tourist souvenirs again. This research improved the quality of cultural and tourist souvenirs though development of charactergram product using cultural contents, construct improved image of Korea and contributed to strengthening national brand image and increasing tourist revenue.

Niosomes are lamellar structures, which are formed on the admixture of non-ionic surfactant of the alkyl or dialkyl polyglycerol ether group and cholesterol by thin film hydration method. We prepared collagen-encapsulated niosomes to increase the absorption rate of the collagen to the skin. In this experiment, we used polyoxyethylene sorbitan and cholesterol to prepare niosomes, and we chose fish scale collagen as encapsulating drug. To characterize of niosomes, we used particle size analyzer, UV-Vis spectrometer, scanning electron microscope. As a result, niosome size was increased with the concentration of cholesterol. Encapsulation efficiency of niosomes was different according to the content ratio of cholesterol and the kind of non-ionic surfactant. Niosome stability was excellent at 4℃.
Cetyltrimethylammonium Chloride를 이용한 자성유체의 합성

In this study, magnetite were synthesized through the co-precipitation method which prepared using ferrous chloride and ferric chloride. And ammonium hydroxide solution is used as precipitator. Ferrofluid was dispersed by cetyltrimethylammonium chloride(CTAC). The dispersion stability test using CTAC was stable in ferrofluid by the test of scanning electron microscopy(SEM). Particle size of magnetite was measured by Particle size analyzer(PSA). The smallest particle size was formed at reaction temperature 50℃, stirring speed 500rpm, 0.7mole NH4OH concentration and 20 wt% CTAC and smallest particle size as 68.8nm. Particle size was increased as the temperature and CTAC concentration as increased.

The goal in the design of any transmission pump is to get a required flow for a minimum of input power. A simulation can be very helpful in optimizing performance. Presented here are simulations of cavitating flow in a gerotor oil pump. They were conducted using a CFD code, CFD-ACE+ with "full cavitaition model". The cavitation model accounts for important effects such as bubble dynamics, turbulent pressure fluctuations and the presence and expansion of non-condensable gases in liquid. Results in the form of plot of flow versus speed, time history of instantaneous pressure, and contours of pressure and void fraction(i.e., volume fraction of varopr and non-condensable gas) are presented. The flow results are compared with experimental data and the agreement is found to be good.

To obtain material properties of NiTi shape memory alloy showing pseudoelastic or shape memory effect, tensile test was conducted for various temperatures. Transformation temperature also was measured by using DSC(Differential Scanning Calorimeter), and crystallographic feature of transformation was observed by XRD(X-ray Diffraction).

This paper consists of two parts. One is finite element analysis of the redistribution of residual stresses of weld specimen by cutting. This work is necessary to predict the actual residual stress distribution of weld specimens used in fatigue test. The other subject is to calculate the relaxation of residual stress and the strain field induced by cyclic loading. To obtain fatigue life of weldment, the value of strain amplitude at each position is necessary, for example in the strain-life approach, and the numerical results can be used to verify experimental strain measurements. Thermo mechanical finite element analyses were conducted on the commercial package ABAQUS.
