Soon after the publication of Kangxi Dictionary, it was spread to the neighboring countries and attracted much attention by the scholars of the Korean Dynasty. One of the manifestations is the evaluation of academic value. Compared with the relevant contents of the Qing Dynasty in the same period, the scholars of the Korean dynasty mainly focused on the number of words, volume, documentary evidence and etc. The positive evaluation words were simpler and the negative evaluation was more directly. The reasons why the two countries have different views on the same issue can be analyzed from both internal and external perspectives. On the one hand, due to the achievements and limitations of Kangxi Dictionary itself, the local scholars developed their own understandings of Kangxi Dictionary during the long-term use and research. On the other hand, it was influenced by the complex and delicate political relations between the two countries and Ziguan of Wang Xihou.

황복(Takifugu obscurus♀)과 자주복(T. rubripes♂) 교잡종의 형태 비교 및 분자분석

Hybridization is a major production method used to combine beneficial traits from two different species to obtain a potentially dominant trait. In China, Takifugu obscurus and T. rubripes were artificially crossed, and the resulting hybrids had an average body weight 38.06–8.93% higher than that of the parental species, which enabled the hybrids to be grown in freshwater. This study aimed to provide the basic data necessary for the classification of T. obscurus♀×T. rubripes♂ hybrids in terms of economic value and market potential. Morphological comparing the morphology of hybrids and parental species, we discovered that the hybrids had intermediate traits of the parental species. In morphometrics, the hybrid index (HI) value of head length against standard length was close to the trait of T. rubripes, and the HI values of preanal length and predorsal length were close to those of T. obscurus; however, the HI values of nasal length, snout length, length of anal fin, length of pectoral fin, caudal peduncle depth and caudal peduncle length were found to be unique characteristics of the hybrids. Regarding molecular analysis, a 99.8% nucleotide sequence similarity was found between the hybrid and T. obscurus.

사회과학 탐구를 위한 방법론적 접근시각의 한 연구(1) : 老ㆍ裝 및 禪思想을 바탕으로 On the Basis of Lao-Chuang and Zen Thoughts(I)

이 논문의 연구목적은, 오늘날 사회과학이 당면하고 있는 방법론적 정체위기를 비판적으로 극복하고, 동시에 방법론의 구미중심적인 편향과 그로 인한 지역적·문화적인 적실성의 결여를 해소해 보고자 하는 동기를 바탕으로, 사회과학 탐구에 있어 기본적으로 적용될 새로운 방법론적 접근시각을 동양의 지적 전통 속에서 발견, 제시해 보고자 하는 데 있다. 이를 위해, 특히 동양고전과의 대화를 통해 전개되는 본 연구주제의 성격상, 해석학적 방법을 사용했다. 한문고전 속에 나타난 원래 의미의 연재적 해석, 그리고 고전 속의 원 주제의미가 지닌 성격을 다른 주제의미의 성격에로 변용시킴에 있어, 가장 적절한 방법이라고 생각했기 때문이다. 전체 논문을 통하여 다루어진 연구문제는 다음과 같다; 첫째, 사회과학은 과연 타당근거가 확실한 '앎'인가, 아니면 일종의 '이데올로기'인가? 둘째, 사회과학 탐구를 위한 여러가지 방법론적 접근시각의 근본문제는 무엇이며, 그것이 함의하는 바는 과연 어떤 것인가? 셋째, 결론적으로 사회과학의 과학적 앎과 그에 관한 탐구논리(방법론)의 타당성을 제고시켜 줄 수 있는 보다 기초적인 새로운 방법론적 접근시각은 과연 무엇인가? 여기서, 이들 문제점에 대한 잠정적 해답으로서 제시된 연구주제는, "사회과학의 과학적 앎과 그에 관한 탐구논리(방법론)의 타당성은 '방법론적 무위자연', 또는 '방법론적 해탈'의 기본적 접근시각에 의해 제고될 수 있다"이다. 이상의 문제의식과 연구주제를 바탕으로 전개된 논의의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회과학은 현 수준에서 볼 때, 아직 근거가 확실한 '앎'의 수준에 이르지 못하고 단지 '이데올로기' 수준에 머물러 있다. 그러나 이데올로기로서의 이 사회과학은 다른 이데올로기와는 달리 자체의 지적인 불완전을 비판적으로 극복하여 참된 앎으로서의 자기완성을 꾀하고자 하는 성격의 이데올로기라는 점에서 '자기성찰적 이데올로기', 또는 '자기 완성적 이데올로기'라고 할 수 있다. 둘째, 이상과같은 의미에 있어서의 과학이 자기성찰과 자기완성을 도모하기 위해서는, 다시 말해 과학으로서의 확실한 근거가 구비되기 위해서는 과학적 탐구논리의 단일화 및 정치화가 이루어져야만 한다. 객관적 합리성이라는 과학의 근거는 단일화되고 정치화된 탐구방법의 논리성을 바탕으로 얻어지며, 이때 비로소 과학의 자기완성이 기대될 수 있기 때문이다. 그러나, 사회과학방법론의 현 상황은 그 주장하는 입장의 상이성과 대립성으로 인해 상호 갈등관계에 놓인 채, 참다운 과학의 구축이라는 공통된 이상에도 불구하고, 서로 다른 자기류의 앎의 세계를 탐구하고 있을 뿐이다. 여기서, 이러한 문제의식은 이들 다양한 여러 입장의 갈들을 해소시켜 줄 보다 근본적인 해결책으로서 어떤 새로운 방법론적 접근시각의 필요성을 절감케 해 주는 데, 이에 관한 논의는 다음에 계속 게재될 두개의 속편에서 집중적으로 다루어질 것이다.

Probiotic properties including antioxidant andimmune-enhancing effects of Lactobacillus plantarum200655 isolated from kimchi were evaluated. The toleranceof three strains (L. plantarum 200655, L. plantarum KCTC3108, and L. rhamnosus GG to bile salts (0.3% oxgall,24 h) was similar, and L. plantarum 200655 showed thehighest tolerance to gastric juice (0.3% pepsin, 3 h). Allstrains presented similar autoaggregation ability. L. plantarum200655 showed higher cell surface hydrophobicityand adhesion ability on HT-29 cells. L. plantarum 200655did not produce b-glucuronidase and was sensitive toampicillin, tetracycline, chloramphenicol, and doxycycline. Additionally, L. plantarum 200655 showed the highestantioxidant effects in DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging,and b-carotene bleaching assays. RAW 264.7 cells treatedwith L. plantarum 200655 produced more nitric oxide,induced nitric oxide synthase, and cytokine related toimmune-enhancing effects such as interleukin-1b andinterleukin-6. Therefore, L. plantarum 200655 could beuseful as a probiotic strain for older people.

七星圖는 聖과 俗이 공존하는 변증법적 이미지를 지니고 있는 우리의 종교문화유산이다. 따라서 七星圖에 그려진 동작은 변증법적 움직임이자 감성적 직관의 대상들이며 또한 정서와 감정 그리고 환경 지각 등이 함축된 원형의 형태이다. 특히 움직임의 원형연구는 춤동작에 있어 보편적 동작연구에 바탕이 되는 중요한 연구 분야이다. 움직임의 대상은 공간 속에 존재하며 도식화되어 시간으로 재해석되고 재구성되는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 도식화된 공간에서 보편적 움직임의 모듈을 추출하고 상대적 시간frame을 도출하여 라바노테이션을 바탕으로 한 변증법적 움직임의 형태에 대한 탐구에 있다. Chilsungdo represents our religious and cultural heritage which keeps both saint and secular dialectic image coexists. It draws consequently admitting dialectic image movement operation object of the interest emotional intuition. It moves round, and it has a circular form where includes the emotion, sentiment, and the environment perception etc. are signified. Especially the circular study of movement based on the dance operation is important characteristic on the general motion study. The object of the movement inside space are reinterpreted and recomposed. The study shows consequently circular movement under the schematized space from extracting a module and research based on the Labanotation movement confronts to a circular form.
