        아동의 불안 정성에 대한 대처반응과 또래수용과의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between children`s coping with negative emotions and peer acceptance. The subjects of this study were 221 students who were in first grade, third grade and fifth grade of elementary school in Kwangju and Mokpo. The scales used in this study was Halpern(1999)`s coping-reaction criterion to negative emotion of children. The data analysis was made by SPSS PC+, and average, two-way ANOVA, Scheffe test and were employed to test the research questions. As a result, the emotion- centered coping and problem avoidance, part of coping reaction against anxiety, were significantly different according to gender. The higher graders used problem-avoidance reaction more largely, but aggressive coping was less used. Peer acceptance perceived by the children was different according to gender and age, but there was a gap in help and existence acknowledgement to age. It`s found that problem avoidance, one of coping reactions against anxiety, was negatively correlated to conflict and corporal punishment of peer acceptance. No reaction was positively correlated to conflict and corporal punishment, but had a negative correlational relationship with existence acknowledgement.

        코칭기법을 활용한 문해교육프로그램 개발 및 적용

        본 연구는 코칭기법을 활용한 문해교육프로그램을 개발, 문해학습자에게 적용한 후 학습성취도 향상에 어떠한 영향이 있는지 알아보기 위해 U시의 노인복지관 문해교육학습자 13명을 선정하여 심층면담과 관찰일지, 학습자료를 토대로 분석하는 질적연구방법을 선택하였다. 코칭기법을 활용한 문해교육프로그램은 마음열기, 긍정성 도입, 학습역량 강화 및 조력, 자신감 및 지속성 강화의 4단계 과정으로 구성된 프로세스중심 모델로 연구결과는 첫째, 1단계에서 교수자와 학습자와의 커뮤니케이션이 확장되었고, 둘째, 2단계에서는 긍정적인 마인드를 형성하여 자기주도학습력이 강화되는 결과를 보여주었다. 셋째, 3단계 균형 문해교수법과 상호작용교수법을 활용한 결과 읽고 쓰는 것에 자신감을 획득하여 자기효능감 상승효과로 이어졌다. 넷째, 4단계는 적극적인 칭찬과 지속적인 격려로 학습에 대한 두려움을 이기고 상급과정에 대한 희망을 내포하게 하는 학습성취도 향상의 결과를 보여주었다. 이상의 연구결과로 코칭기법을 활용한 문해교육프로그램은 문해교육 현장에서 학습자를 위한 교육방법으로 유용하게 활용될 수 있다고 본다. After developing literacy education programs using coaching techniques, applying them to literacy learners, in order to see how they have an impact on improving learning achievement, we selected 13 senior literacy learners in U city and chose qualitative research method based on in-depth interviews, observation journals, and learning materials. Literature education programs using coaching techniques are a process-oriented model consisting of four stages of mind-opening, introducing positivity, strengthening learning competence and assistance, confidence and persistence. You can find the results as following. Firstly, communication between teachers and learners was expanded in the first stage, and secondly, self-directed learning ability was strengthened in the second stage by forming a positive mind. Thirdly, the results of utilizing the three-stage balanced literacy teaching method and interaction teaching method resulted in confidence in reading and writing, leading to an increase in self-efficacy. Fourthly, the fourth stage showed the results of improving learning achievement, which overcame the fear of learning with active praise and continuous encouragement and implied hope for higher courses. As a result of the above-mentioned research, I think literacy education programs using coaching techniques can be useful as an educational method for learners in the field of literacy education.

        디지털 저작권에 대한 소비자 지식수준, 태도 및 저작권 준수 행동과 디지털 재화의 지불용의의 영향 요인 연구

        본 연구는 디지털 저작권에 대한 소비자의 지식수준, 저작권 강화에 대한 태도, 인터넷 상에서의 저작권 준수 정도와 이들 변수에 영향을 주는 요인들을 살펴보고, 디지털 저작물의 지불용의에 영향을 주는 요인들을 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 총 642명을 대상으로 한 자료수집은 전문리서치 기관에 의뢰하여 인터넷 조사로 진행되었다. 대체적으로 소비자들은 저작권법에 대해서 실제보다 훨씬 완화된 것으로 인식하고 있는 경향이 컸으며, 전반적으로 저작권 강화에 동의하지 않는 응답자가 더 많은 것으로 나타났다. 저작권 관련 지식수준은 저작권 강화에 대한 태도에 정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 저작권 준수 정도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 살펴보면, 여성이 남성보다 저작권을 지키는 행동점수가 높았으며, 40대 이상이 다른 연령대에 비해 저작권을 준수하는 정도가 더 높았다. 저작권 강화에 대해 동의할수록 저작권을 지키는 수준 또한 높았다. 디지털 저작권이 포함된 저작물에 대한 소비자 지불용의에 영향을 미치는 요인을 보면 20대의 응답자가 다른 연령대의 응답자보다 지불용의가 높았으며, 저작권 강화에 대한 태도가 긍정적일수록 지불용의가 높아졌다. 궁극적으로 소비자들의 지불용의에 맞추어 유료서비스를 개선하는 등의 소비자들이 보다 필요로 하는 디지털 저작물에 대해 적절한 비용으로 사용하도록 하는 것은 궁극적으로 디지털 재화의 바람직한 이용문화를 정착시키는데 도움이 될 것이다. This study pursued two primary objectives: 1)to explore the consumer competency about digital copyright including knowledge level, attitudes toward digital copyright reinforcement and adherence level to digital copyright, and 2)to examine the affecting factors on consumers' willingness to pay for digital works. The data from 642 consumers aged 14 to 67 were collected through the Internet survey. For the analysis, frequency, mean, and multiple linear regression were run using SPSS 19.0 program. The results found that as follows: consumers tend to be acknowledge less restrictive than current copyright policy and be oppose to the copyright reinforcement. Second, the level of knowledge about copyright law was positively related to the attitude toward copyright reinforcement and the attitude was positively associated to the adherence to the copyright. Finally, twenties and positive attitude toward digital copyright reinforcement led higher willingness to pay for digital works. It would be crucial to make users pay for digital works at the reasonable price level from the consumers' perspective. Ultimately, to empower appropriate use of digital works, it would be helpful to provide the paid or unpaid service for digital works according to the willingness to pay for digital works among the consumers.

        학습조직이 인지된 병원성과에 미치는 영향과 일터학습의 매개효과

        본 연구는 병원을 대상으로 하여 학습조직이 인지된 병원성과에 미치는 영향력과 이들 사이의 관계에서 일터학습의 매개역할을 규명하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 학습조직은 Watkins & Marsick(1993)의 연구를 참고하였으며 일터학습은 공식적, 비공식적 일터학습으로 구분하였다. 인지된 병원성과는 Kaplan &Norton(1996)이 제시한 균형성과표의 4가지 관점 중 재무적 관점과 고객관점으로 구분하였다. 가설검증을 위해 주효과 가설과 매개효과 가설을 설정하였다. 가설검증을 위한 실증분석 결과 학습조직은 인지된 병원성과 재무적 관점, 고객관점 모두에 긍정적인 영향력을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 공식적 학습은 인지된 병원성과 고객관점에 긍정적인 영향력을 보이고 있었으며 비공식적 일터학습은 인지된 병원성과 재무적 관점과 고객관점 모두에 긍정적인 영향력을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 일터학습의 매개역할과 관련해서 공식적 일터학습은 매개역할을 수행하지 못하고 있는 반면에 비공식적 일터학습은 학습조직과 인지된 병원성과 고객관점과의 관계에서 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과의 함의, 시사점, 및 향후 연구의 제언은 결론 부분에 제시하였다. This study seeks to examine the effect of learning organization on perceived hospital performance and to investigate mediating effect of workplace learning on the relationship between learning organization and perceived hospital performance. Learning organization was measured by two dimensions of system connection and continuous learning refered from Watkins & Marsick(1993). Workplace learning was measured by two types of formal and informal learning developed by Choi & Jacobs(2011) and perceived hospital performance was two perspectives of balanced scorecard(Kaplan & Norton, 1996). A literature review on learning organization and workplace learning was built up to develop main effect and mediating effect hypotheses. A set of sample included 181 employees from 8 hospitals. The results showed that learning organization has impact on perceived hospital performance. That is, learning organization has positive impact on both financial performance and customer performance. As hospitals connect with external systems and establish learning systems, hospitals are likely to have better financial performances such as revenues and sales increase also customer such as patients and their family are more satisfied with services provided by establish stronger learning organization systems. In terms of mediating effects, it was revealed that informal learning mediates the relationship between learning organization and customer perspective of perceived hospital performance. Although learning organization directly influences perceived hospital performance, it also causes informal learning. Learning organization encourages employees, who work at hospital, to continuously spend their time in collaborating with others and reflecting themselves. Through these learning activities learning organization contributes hospital performance.

For this study, the criterion was adapted and modified, with being helped by 2 child psychology and counseling experts. The data analysis was made by SPSS PC+. and average. two-way ANOVA. Scheffe test and were employed to test the research questions. As a result, the emotion-centered coping and problem avoidance, part of coping reaction against anxiety, were significantly different according to gender. The girl children showed a stronger emotion-centered coping and problem-avoidance reaction against anxiety than the boy children. And problem- solving coping, problem avoidance and aggressive coping against anxiety varied with age. The higher graders used problem- avoidance reaction more largely, but aggressive coping was less used.

For this study, the criterion was adapted and modified, with being helped by 2 child psychology and counselling experts. The data analysis was made by SPSS PC+, and average, two-way ANOVA, Scheffe test and were employed to test the research questions. As a result for sorrow, only problem-solving coping was significantly different according to gender. The girl children exercised more problem-solving coping against sorrow than the boys. Their age made a significant difference to problem avoidance, aggressive coping and no reaction against sorrow. Specifically, aggressive coping against sorrow was significantly different between every grade groups. The higher graders showed aggressive coping less against sorrow.

        교사의 근무학교에 따른 직업윤리, 조직몰입 및 조직효과성과의 인과관계

        본 연구의 목적은 교사들의 직업윤리와 조직몰입이 학교조직 효과성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴봄으로써 이들 변인과의 관련성을 명료화하는데 있으며,이를 위하여 먼저 선행연구 고찰을 통해 직업윤리,조직 몰입,학교조직 효과성 개념을 정립하였다. 초,중,고,특수학교 교사를 대상으로 설문 조 사를 실시하여 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하였다. 그 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째,교사들의 근무학교에 따라 직업윤리의 하위요인인 자기관리요인,사회윤리,직무수행윤리,교권 윤리,학생지도윤리,조직 몰입,학교조직 효과성은 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 전체적으로 초등학교 및 특수학교에 근무하는 교사들의 직업윤리,조직 몰입,학교조직 효과성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째,교사의 직무수행윤리,학생지도윤리,사회윤리는 조직 몰입을 29% 정도 설명하고 있었으며,직무수행윤리,사회윤리,직무수행윤리,교권윤리,학생지도윤리,조직 몰입은 학교조직 효과성의 63%를 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째,교사들의 직업윤리의 하위요인과 조직 몰입 및 학교조직 효과성과의 경로분석 결과,직업윤리 하위요인과 조직 몰입 및 학교조직 효과성 간에는 서로 관련성이 있음을 알 수 있다. 조직 몰입에는 사회윤리 .09,직무수행윤리 .34,학생지도윤리 .19가 직접적인 효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났으며,학교조직 효과에는 조직 몰입 .44,자기관리윤리 .22,교권윤리 -.13으로 직접적인 효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 학교조직 효과성에는 직업윤리와 조직 몰입이 직·간접인 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to clarify the correlation among the factors by investigating the effects of teachers'vocation ethics and organization commitment on the school organization effectiveness. Some preceding studies have been made to establish the concepts of vocation ethics, organization commitment, and school organization effectiveness. A survey conducted on the teachers in the elementary, middle, high, and special schools proved this study reliable and reasonable. The major findings of this study are as follows: First, every school made some differences in such vocational sub-factors as self-control, social ethics, job performance ethics, teaching ethics, student guidance ethics, organization commitment, and school organization effectiveness. This study showed the teachers working in the elementary and special schools had a high level of vocation ethics, organization commitment, and school organization effectiveness. Second, the ethics related to job performance, student guidance, and society accounted for 29% of organization commitment, while the ethics related to job performance, student guidance, society, and organization commitment explained 63% of the school organization effectiveness. Third, the analysis of the sub-factors of teachers' vocation ethics, organization commitment, and school organization effectiveness has shown that they were correlated one another, Organization commitment is influenced directly by social ethics(.09), job performance ethics(.34), and students guidance ethics(.19), while school organization effectiveness is influenced directly by organization commitment(.44), self control ethics(.22), and teaching ethics(-.13). It means that vocation ethics and organization commitment have direct and indirect effects on school organization effectiveness.
