The phytochemical study of the aerial parts of Artemisia slyvatica(Asteraceae) led to the isolation of nine sesquiterpene lactones, 1-alpha-hydroperoxy-rupicolin A acetate(1), rupicolin B acetate(2), rupicolin A acetate(3), 1-alpha-hydroxy-4-alpha-hydroperoxy-bishopsolicepolide(4), 1-alpha-hydroperoxy-4-beta-hydroxy-8-alpha-acetoxy-guaia-2,9,11(13)-triene-6-alpha,12-olide(5), 1-alpha-hydroperoxy-4-alpha-bishoplicepolide(6), 1-alpha-4-beta-dihydroxy-8-alpha-acetoxy-guaia-2,9,11(13)-triene-6-alpha-12-olide(7), rupicolin A(8) and 1-alpha-4-alpha-dihydroxybisphopsolicedpolide(9). Their structures were established by chemical and spectroscopic methods.
비숙련자를 위한 CNC 조각기 시스템의 개발 방안 연구

DIY(Do It Yourself) 중심의 창작 활동이 확산되면서 일반 사용자들이 손쉽게 아이디어를 구체화할 수 있는 환경이 마련되고 있다. 3D 프린터를 비롯한 디지털 기술과 도구의 대중화가 급속도로 진행되고 있는 반면, CNC 조각기의 경우 전문 지식의 부족과 복잡한 사용 절차로 인해 사용이 원활하지 않다. 이에 본 연구에서는 3D 형상 모델 파일만 선택하면 자동으로 가공이 가능한 CNC 조각기의 시스템을 개발하였다. 피삭재와 공구의 크기 및 종류를 제한하고, 생산성의 배제를 통해 공정 계획 및 공구경로 생성, 피삭재 고정, 피삭재 좌표계 파악을 자동화하였다. 그 결과 비숙련자도 혼자 충분히 사용 가능한 CNC 조각기의 시스템이 개발되었다. 이를 통해 기존보다 넓은 범위에서 다양한 사용자들이 사용할 수 있는 CNC 조각기의 발전이 기대된다. As the culture of making things based on “do-it-yourself” (DIY) activity is increasingly promoted, the use of recent digital technologies and tools, including the 3D printer, have become widespread. However, the use of computerized numerical control (CNC) engraving machine is considered difficult because of the complicated procedures and specialized knowledge required for its operation. Therefore, this study aims to resolve the issue that limits the usability of the CNC engraving machine. This paper presents a novel CNC engraving machine system for non-experts based on human-centered design. First, the size and type of the workpiece and tool are reduced. Second, computer-aided process planning (CAPP) steps such as tool path generation, workpiece clamping, and corresponding coordinate system are automated by compromising productivity and efficiency. As a result, a CNC engraving machine system that can be easily used by non-experts was developed. This development has great significance in that it opens up the possibility of using the CNC engraving machine for a wider range of DIY activities.
유산균 발효에 의한 소청룡탕의 발효 전 후 성분 변화 연구

Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes in the contents of constituents in Socheongryong-tang (CY) and its fermentations (FCY) with 10 species of lactic acid bacteria. Methods : Ten strains of lactic acid bacteria, Lactobacillus casei 127, L. acidophilus 128, L. casei 129, L. plantarum 144, L. amylophilus 161, L. curvatus 166, L. delbruekil subsp. lactis 442, L. casei 693, B. breve 744, and B. thermophilum 748, were used for the fermentation of Socheongryong-tang. The increased and decreased constituents were identified using HPLC/DAD and various liquid chromatographic techniques, and the structure was elucidated using NMR and MS. These compounds were quantitatively analyzed using an HPLC/DAD system. Results : The increased constituents were identified to be liquiritigenin (1) and cinnamyl alcohol (2), and the decreased constituent was determined to be liquiritin (3). Liquiritigenin (1) and cinnamyl alcohol (2) were increased in all of the FCYs, while liquiritin (3) was decreased. The fermentation of the ten lactic acid bacteria demonstrated that the decomposable rate of these three compounds in FCYs were different. Socheongryong-tang fermented by L. plantarum 144 and L. amylophilus 161 showed the most remarkable changes. Conclusions : CY could be increased antibacterial, neuroprotective, or antiinflammatory effect by fermentation with lactic acid bacteria, especially with L. plantarum and L. amylophilus, considering their known biological activities. In addition, it is expected that this study will help to establish quality control parameters for FCY.
발효, 세포배양, 생물공정 유산균 발효에 의한 십전대보탕의 발효 전 후 성분 변화 연구

The purpose of this study was to investigate changes in the contents of constituents in Sipjundaebo-tang (SJ) and its fermentations (FSJ) with 8 species of lactic acid bacteria. Eight strains of lactic acid bacteria, Lactobacillus casei KFRI129, L. plantarum KFRI 144, L. curvatus KFRI 166, L. hilgardii KFRI 229, L. delbruekil subsp. lactis KFRI 442, L. casei KFRI 692, L. gasseri KCTC 3163, and Bifidobacterium breve KFRI 744, were utilized for the fermentation of Sipjundaebo-tang. As a result we identified three constituents which increased and two constituents which decreased. The increased constituents were isolated by chromatographic techniques and then their structure elucidated using NMR and MS. The decreased constituents were confimed by comparing standard compounds. These compounds were quantitatively analyzed using the HPLC/DAD system. The increased constituents were identified to be cinnamyl alcohol (1), liquiritigenin (3), and nodakenetin (5), while the decreased constituents were liquiritin (2) and nodakenin (4). Generally, liquiritin (2) and nodakenin (4) were noted as having decreased in fermented Sipjundaebo-tangs (FSJs), while cinnamyl alcohol (1), liquiritigenin (3), and nodakenetin (5) were seen to have increased. Sipjundaebo-tang fermented by L. plantarum KFRI144 exhibited the most remarkable changes in all of fermentations. The eight lactic acid bacteria all demonstrated differing decomposable rates on the five maker compounds in fermented Sipjundaebo-tang (FSJ).
치주건강에 대한 주관적 인식과 현존영구치수와의 관련성에 관한 연구

Purpose: periodontal health index is a dentist-centered index in which dentists perform examination and evaluation. Therefore, it is not appropriate for evaluation subjective symptoms and satisfaction levels of patients. To compensate for this shortcoming, we made use of a subjective index of periodontal health status with which patients can evaluate their oral health status. This research evaluated the usefulness of Periodontal age index in examining subjective consciousness of periodontal health status, estimated the number of existing permanent teeth, which is the objective index for oral health, and compared the relationships between them. Materials and Methods: The number of subjects was 2,198, consisting of 1,115 (50.7%) men and 1.083 (49.7%) women. The periodontal age increased in the 18-24 and 40-44 age groups. There were no significant differences between the 40-44 and 55-59 age groups. Further, periodontal age decreased in those aged over 60-64. Results: In this study, periodontal age index increased to age 40 when teeth are lost to periodontal disease and decreased with a decline in the number of permanent teeth. Conclusion: Therefore, the periodontal age index reflects the periodontal state rather than hypofunction by tooth loss.
강의평가 문항분석을 통한 사이버대학교의 학습자의 학습목적 탐색

Purpose: This study aims to find out significance through the structural relations analysis among compositional variables for the lecture evaluation of cyber university and to reveal the learning purpose of learners. Method: This study analyzed the final lecture evaluation tools conducted A Cyber University in Busan through a structural equation using Amos 21.0 and analyzed other basic statistics such as technical statistics, frequency analysis, and correlation etc. through SPSS 22.0. Results: The results of analysis among compositional variables for the lecture evaluation had showed significance among learning environments, student activities, scholastic achievement, and school satisfaction. But the effect on academic achievement had not showed significance. The results had showed that the learning purpose of cyber university learners is to obtain certificates and get a job after graduation and they have met school satisfaction through student activities during their school years. Discussion and Conclusion: This study suggests that the university should aggressively improve learning environment of their learners. Considering the characteristics of cyber universities, the university should specify and suggest computer application ability, special programs for late age students, support for employment and start-ups for career interrupted women, and detailed road maps for obtaining certificates, etc. Next, we suggest that the university should set up detailed measures to respond to such activities in learners student activities and detailed analysis to maximize student activities, club activities, off-line classes, etc.
폴리페놀 및 항산화 관점에서의 쌍화탕 및 단미혼합쌍화탕의 동등성

Traditional medicines usually use combinational formula that is prepared by mixing different varieties of medicinal herbs and boiling them in water to yield a decoction. In recent years a modified method has been proposed and practiced wherein the individual herbs are boiled with water separately and later these extracts are mixed together for use. This practice has lead to a constant controversy concerning the chemical and biological equivalence between the preparations arriving out of these two methodologies. In this research, we attempted to study the effects of traditional and individual preparation of Ssanghwa-tang (ST) to evaluate their equivalence in terms of its antioxidant activity and polyphenol content. The study results indicate that the polyphenol contents as well as the extraction yields of these two preparations were very similar to each other.

The phytochemical study of Cacalia koraiensis Nakai (Compositae) led to the isolation of eight compounds, β-sitosterol (1) stifmasterol (2), phytol (3), β-sitosterol-3-0-glucopyranoside (4), adenostylol (5), campesterol (6), ger- macradien-4α-ol (7), and quercetin-3-rhamnoside (8). Their structures were established by chemical and spectroscopic methods. The cat()toxicity of the isolated compounds was evaluated by SRH assay against five cultured human tumor cell lines.
