The main purpose of this study was to shed new light on the concept and importance of corporate association and examine the structural relationship between corporate social responsibility, product evaluation, quality evaluation and loyalty. Surveys were conducted on hotel conventions participants at first class hotels located in Seoul, Daegu, Busan, and Gyeongnam. A total of 550 questionnaires were distributed to the visitors, and 374 questionnaires were obtained for the analysis. The results of the analysis from utilizing SPSS Ver18.0 and AMOS Ver18.0 programs are as follows: First, associations about social responsibility of corporate hotel conventions exercised a positive effect on the product evaluation of hotel conventions. Second, associations about the social responsibility of corporate hotel conventions exercised a positive effect on the quality evaluation of hotel conventions. Third, product evaluation of corporate hotel conventions exercised a positive effect on loyalty. Finally, quality evaluation of corporate hotel conventions exercised a positive effect on loyalty.

The purpose of this study is to identify the moderating effect of price fairness perceived by customers on the structural relationship between franchise coffee shops`` brand communication (advertising and promotions) and customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. The subjects were customers of franchise coffee shops located in Daegu and Gyeongbuk. 410 questionnaires were distributed, and final 392 copies among them were used for research analysis. As a result of carrying out frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and covariance structure analysis (SEM: structural equation model), and χ² difference test analysis, using the SPSS 20.0 program, it was found that first, the brand communication of franchise coffee shops influenced customer satisfaction positively (Hypothesis 1). Second, it was found that customer satisfaction with the brand communication of franchise coffee shops influenced brand loyalty positively (Hypothesis 2). Third, it was found that price fairness perceived by customers had no moderating effect on the influence of franchise coffee shops`` brand communication on customer satisfaction, and thus (Hypothesis 3) was rejected. The differentiation of franchise coffee shops is not easy. However, first, this study verified the long-term management effects of franchise coffee shops`` brand communication on the formation of customers`` brand loyalty as well as its short-term management effects at the level of traditional marketing. Second, this study drew the meaningful research results that the brand communication of franchise coffee shops influences customer satisfaction positively irrespective of price fairness perceived by customers, and verified the importance of brand communication for franchise coffee shops. Therefore, this study suggests that the brand communication is the beginning and end of franchise coffee shops differentiation.
치과위생사의 코로나19 감염관련 지식, 감염관리 수행 및 사회심리적 건강 관련 연구

Objectives: This study aimed to verify the relations of COVID-19 infection-related knowledge, dental infection control performance, and psychosocial health of dental hygienists. Methods: From the data was analyzed through the frequency analysis, t-test, one way ANOVA, and pearson’s correlation analysis with a total of 198 dental hygienists using SPSS Statistics 21.0. Results: The correct answer rate for knowledge about COVID-19 was higher with a bachelor’s degree or higher. Thus, when the level of education was higher, the performance was also high (p<0.01). COVID-19 infection control performance was highly shown in case of high age (4.43) (p<0.05) and the married (4.42) (p<0.01). Infection control performance was high when they had an educational experience of COVID-19 infection control (4.46), and when the infection control guidebooks were equipped in their workplaces (p<0.001). Degree of psychosocial health of research subjects was shown in the order of potential stress (60.6%), high-risk stress (23.7%), and healthy (15.7%). Infection control performance was higher, the psychosocial health was healthy. Conclusions: For the response to COVID-19 infectious disease and the preparation for mutated viruses and new infectious diseases in the future, it would be necessary to establish the concrete measures for establishing the strict infection control system for dental clinics and also enhancing the psychosocial health of dental hygienists.
치과위생사의 그릿이 치위생업무성과에 미치는 영향 : 직무만족과 직무몰입의 매개효과

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of dental hygienists’ grit, job satisfaction, and job commitment on dental hygiene job performance and the mediating effects of job satisfaction and job commitment on the relationship between grit. Methods: From May 25 to June 13, 2022, the researcher collected and analyzed data from 213 dental hygienists working at dental hospitals and clinics. For the data analysis, SPSS Statistics 21.0 was applied to conduct a t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. Results: Grit was in charge of preventive work (scaling) (3.38±0.56, p<0.05), and the lower the stress (3.39±0.57, p<0.05), the higher the grit. Dental hygiene job performance was higher when they worked in Gwangju, Jeolla-do (3.88±0.50, p<0.01), and dental clinics (3.85±0.53, p<0.01). Job satisfaction (3.45±0.49, p<0.05) and job commitment (3.28±0.56, p<0.05) were high, as they had at least a bachelor’s degree. Less job stress was associated with higher job satisfaction (3.71±0.42, p<0.001) and job commitment (3.52±0.65, p<0.001). Job satisfaction and commitment had partial mediating effects on the relationship between dental hygienists’ grit and job performance. Conclusions: It is necessary to develop a program that helps improve grit in dental hygienists to strengthen their psychological resources, job satisfaction, and job commitment.

For the several years, emphasis has been focussed on the reduction of radioactive wastes released from nuclear facilities. In this work, various adsorbents such as Ambersep 900 OH, Amberlite IR120 H, Durasial 200, zeolites and alginate were selected and characterized by SEM and BET analysis. Adsorption isotherm data of Cs on zeolite were obtained and correlated by Sips equation.

This study is focused on establishing influence zone caused by tunnelling in limestone site. Therefore, the numerical analysis using the FLAC2D was performed considering various locations and magnitudes of cavities. To reduce the stress concentration, the shape of cavities was designed to ellipse. This parametric study reveals that the cavities located at crown part and edge part of tunnel greatly have influenced on stability of tunnel. The effect of distance between tunnel and cavity which is larger than 1-0D (Tunnel diameter) dose not directly related to stability of tunnel, but the nearer a cavity location was, the larger displacement and stress of reinforcement occured within 0.25D. 석회암 지역에서 불규칙하게 발견되고 있는 공동의 규모와 위치를 표준화하여 터널에 미치는 영향을 수치해석적으로 접근하여 영향권을 설정하였다. 공동의 불규칙한 모서리 부분의 응력집중 문제는 해석의 한계때문에 타원형으로 모델링 되었다. 공동의 위치가 터널의 천단부와 하부 모서리에 있는 경우 가장 큰 영향을 나타났다. 굴착되는 터널크기의 공동이 1D (터널직경)정도 이격되어 있으면 안정성에는 큰 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 터널과 공동의 이격거리가 0.25D (터널직경) 이내의 경우에는 변위 및 지보재에 미치는 영향이 큰 것으로 나타났다.
