By successful establishment of Supply Chain Management System they should make the supply chains speedy and combine production information system with the outcome system and thus they reinforce the competition of the production system of local enterprises in accordance with the rapid decision making. Supply chain coordination improves if all supplier of chain take actions that together increase total supply chain profits. To design of Modularity by the grouping supplier, the proposed method is to develop the most appropriate production system models through the reflection of JIT system in the Supply Chain Management which is necessity of the times and its importance. The objects of this study is to develop the most appropriate production system Model and optimal profit model in the process line and to provide the enterprises with the models which are based on the Supply Chain Management.

The product process is sequence of all the required activities that a company must perform to develop, and manufacture a product. These activities include marketing, research, engineering design, quality assurance, manufacturing, and a whole chain of suppliers and vendors. The process also comprises all strategic planning, capital investments, management decisions, and tasks necessary to create a new product. manufacturing processes must be created so that the product can be produced in the product facility Purchasing new equipment and training workers may be required if new technology is to be used. Tools, fixtures, and the sequence of steps in the manufacturing processes must all be developed to allow rapid, high-quality, cost effective production. Also, it may be needed to be rearrange the production facility to adapt to the new manufacturing processes. Therefore, this study tries to proposed that Scheduling by customer needs group for minimizing the problem and reducing inventory, product development time, cycle time, and order lead time.

The efficient safety estimation for a business should analyze an accident data by considering every possible and potential factor. Thus, we consider several factors to build the safety estimation model to meet fairness and rationality. This paper present the yearly statistic data of accident from KOSHA analyze the data by industry, scale, year of service of a employee, age and other factors; build the safety estimation model for the business based on the accident report derived the analysis. The estimation model is established by the weights for accident type, degree, scale, industry, year of service, and age of the employee derived from AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process).
상관관계 다특성치 강건설계 방법을 이용한 최적 설비시스템 설계

Taguchi Method is not limited only quality design but extended to many application fields in the using. However, it does not yet study on a multi characteristic design method that has many characteristics although it concentrates upon a parameter design method that has only one characteristic of product. Actually, if quality of product is managed, multi characteristic of product is largely concerned at the same time. There are also many cases that multi characteristic problem could not be supplemented witha single- characteristic using parameter design problem. Thus, in this paper, I will analyze a plant system which is run in manufacture in today's world, and then find out factors that affect production time and failure rate with correlation inn plant operation. I will also show optimal design method that can minimize production time and failure rate using multi characteristic robust design method in plant system.
불확실한 환경에서의 생산성 증대를 위한 설비시스템 설계

Each method for economic evaluation has its own characteristics. Therefore adoption of each of them in evaluation production investment project results in many problems. Hence combination & modification of them are required to perform more accurate evaluation about investment project. This paper discuss optimal process design of investment projects expansion and replacement investment on each line or individual in the production. Generally optimal plant design has added to a few method by Subsidiary means with use a especial method. And then in this paper, a Robust design is presented, which may be effective to the processes appraisal or improvement. We propose that should make a optimal plant design model for reducing field failure rate to assign by real data on different factors in plant system. Using this model, robust design of taguchi method used in this comprehensive method for reducing field failure rate in plant system. 경제적 평가를 위한 방법들은 각기 특징을 가지고 있다. 많은 문제점들이 발생하는 원인으로 인해 생산투자 설계의 평가상에서 경제적 평가 방법들을 적용한다. 따라서 경제적 평가방법들에 대한 조화와 변형은 투자설계에 대한 더욱 정확한 평가를 이행하기 위해 요구되어진다. 본 논문은 각 라인 또는 개개의 생산에서 투자계획 확장과 투자 대체의 평가방법을 논의 한다. 일반적으로 투자평가방법은 특별한 방법의 사용과 동시에 소수의 보조적인 의미의 방법들을 추가한다. 또한, 본 논문에서는 효과적인 설비개선 또는 설비평가를 다구찌 방법을 통해 소개하고 있다. 생산에 있어 서로 다른 인자들의 가치를 조화시키는 모델의 논의를 제안한다. 모델의 사용, 개별인자 뿐만 아니라 가중치를 위한 다꾸찌 방법의 SN비는 생산관리에서 생산시간과 불량률을 줄이기 위한 포괄적인 방법이 사용되었다. 파라미터는 제품의 설계자에 의해 제어될 수 있는 변수이고, 잡음인자는 쉽게 제어 할 수 없거나 제어하는데 고가의 비용이 드는 변수이다. 현재에 이르러서는 다구찌방법이 품질설계에만 한정되는 것이 아니라 여러 응용분야에 까지 이용이 확대되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현재 제조업체에서 운영되고 있는 설비시스템을 분석하여 설비운영에서 생산시간과 불량률에 영향을 주는 인자들을 찾아내고 이를 다구찌 파라미터 설계방법을 이용하여 설비시스템에서 생산시간과 불량률을 최소화 할 수 있는 방법 즉, 성능특성치를 고려한 최적설계방법을 제시하고자 한다.
