      • 극후판 적용 강교량 맞대기용접부의 피로강도 평가

        본 연구의 목적은 극후판에 대한 피로실험 데이터를 확보하고, 판두께에 따른 극후판 피로 강도의 영향을 조사하는 데 있다. 극후판 적용 강교량에 많이 쓰일 수 있는 맞대기이음의 피로강도를 분석 · 평가하기 위하여 일정진폭의 정현파를 적용한 축인장 피로실험을 수행하였다. 시험체 제작에 사용된 강재는 SM490C이고, CO2 반자동 용접을 적용하여 완전용입홈용접으로 시험체를 제작하였다. 실험결과, 맞대기이음은 현재 일반 후판에 대해 시방서가 정한 해당 피로등급을 만족하지 못하였다. 파단된 시험체의 파단면 조사결과 판두께 증가로 인한 취성파괴 및 본 연구를 위해 적용된 현장수동용접이 한 원인이 될 수 있음을 확인하였다. Main objectives of this study are to get the fatigue test data and to investigate the influence of the plates thickness(SM490C : such as 40, 75 and 100 mm thickness). It was tested to evaluate the fatigue strength of structural welding details in air with constant amplitude sinusoidal loading under axial-tension All of these specimens with full penetration groove were made by manually CO<sub>2</sub> welds. Results of the test show that some of the specimens were not satisfied with the fatigue strength corresponding their fatigue design category. And through the inspection of cracked surface, the thickness of plate and the manually CO<sub>2</sub> welds that applied for this experiment could be the one of the reason of brittle failure in welding zone.

      • LP강판의 두께변화에 따른 강거더의 효율성 평가

        There has been an increased interest in the Longitudinally Profiled(LP) plate as a structural element for bridges, due to its advantage to efficiently distribute the sectional force applied to the structure. The advantage also includes the reduction of weight and the number of welding points. The LP plate was originally developed in Europe, and the application has since increased rapidly on steel bridges in Europe and Japan. Though widely used internationally, much of the study for the structural application of the LP plate is yet to be performed. In this paper, the workability of the LP plate was evaluated by the tests for tensile and bending. In addition, the stability was reviewed and verified by a comparison between experimental and analytical results. The economical efficiency was also examined for different section types by finite element analysis.

      • 지점부 다이아프램의 응력분배 거동

        These days, bridges have a tendency to be long-spanned and simple ‘ thus, the importance of economy and efficiency has increased for bridge construction. As a result, one of the main members on which interest is focused is the diaphragms. In this study, stress variation of the support diaphragms in a steel box girder was considered. This paper deals with the behavior of the stress distribution on the diaphragms on the bearings of a closed section steel box girder bridge due to the continuous casting of concrete slab. Both experimental and structural analyses were performed to verify the behavior of the stress distribution a composite steel box girder bridge under construction. Strain was continuously checked at intervals of 10 to 30 min. from the beginning of the placement by the Time Interval Function of the measuring instrument. The variation of strain on the diaphragms on the bearings are presented herein.
