인문,사회과학편 : 사회체육지도자의 교육 경험과 전문능력 신장을 위한 교육 방향 탐색

본 연구는 사회체육지도자의 교육경험을 밝혀 사회체육지도자의 교육에 대한 개선방향을 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 그들의 교육경험을 분석하고, 전문능력 신장을 위한 효과적이고 체계적인 사회체육지도자의 직전교육과 현직교육에 대해 탐색하는 것을 연구문제로 설정하였다. 이상과 같은 연구문제를 탐색하기 위해 사회체육현장에서 근무하고 있는 지도자 20명을 연구참여자로 선정하였으며, 자료 수집은 문헌조사, 심층면담, 비참여관찰, 문서자료 수집을 이루어졌다. 연구를 통하여 얻어진 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회체육지도자의 교육경험은 이론과 실제가 일치하지 않은 것이었다. 둘째, 사회체육지도자 교육의 개선 방향은 敎子採薪(교자채신)의 변화이다. 사회체육전문지도자 교육을 위한 방안 탐색은 장기적인 안목을 바탕으로 한 근본적인 처방을 목적으로 현장에 중점을 두고 이루어졌다. This study intends to examine the educational experience of "sport-for-all" leaders as required in the field of their activities and propose possible directions to improve their education. To this end, this study cataloged factors of professional competence required of sport-for-all leaders in the field of sport and leisure for all. Drawing on the sport-for-all leaders' educational experience, it also explored ways to make their pre-service and in-service education more effective and systemized to help improve their professional competence. For the purpose of achieving the objectives of the study, this author selected 20 sport-for-all leaders who are active in the field of sport and leisure for the participation in this study. This study was further supported by documentary research, in-depth interviews, non-participant observation, and collected data and information. The result of this study can be summarized as follows: First, there are discrepancies between theories that sport-for-all leaders learn at college and practices in the field. Second, the improvement should be made with fundamental measures in a long-term perspective. This study explored ways to improve education of sport-for-all leaders focusing on the field with a view to presenting fundamental measures in a long-term perspective.
