        네일 서비스 이용고객 특성별 소비자 유형에 따른 구매행동 차이 연구

        The propose of this study were; 1) finding the pursued benefits and each level of nail service purchasing activities when using the nail services, 2) finding the differences of each subgroup after segmentation of the survey group based on each pursued benefits of nail services, 3) and finding the differences in the nail service purchasing activities for each subgroup. This survey has been performed against the 309 women who live in Seoul and Ilsan from Oct 16th till Dec 4th of 2009. The data collected has been analysed by SPSS 16.0. First, frequency analysis has been processed to find out demographic characteristics. Second, factor analysis and reliability analysis have been processed to find out psychological nail service pursuing benefit, functional nail service pursuing benefit, and each level of the nail service purchasing activities. Principle component analysis and Varimax rotation method have been used for the factor analysis. Third, cluster analysis was processed to segmentate the survey group based on the psychological and functional nail service pursuing benefits. Fourth, frequency analysis, cross-tab analysis (χ²-test), and analysis of variance have been processed to find out the differences of nail service purchasing activities of each subgroup based on the pursuing benefit of nail services. Scheffé-test has been used for the post-hoc tests of variance analysis. As a result of this research, there has been significant differences in the 3 subgroups after segmentation of the survey group based on the pursuing benefit of nail services.

      • 토마토 잎곰팡이병에 대한 살균제 효과 검정법 비교

        식물병원균에 대한 살균제 효과를 검정하는 실내 검정법은 여러 가지가 알려져 있지만, 검정법에 따라서 살균제의 효과가 정확하게 나타나기도 하고, 어떤 경우에는 효과를 검정할 수 없는 경우도 있다. 토마토 잎곰팡이병을 일으키는 Passalora fulva는 PDA배지에서 배양할 때 포자가 흩어지면서 균일하게 자라지 않기 때문에 한천희석법을 이용하여 살균제의 균사생장 억제효과를 조사할 경우 균총의 직경을 측정하는데 어려움이 발생한다. 또한 호흡 저해 살균제의 일부는 한천희석법에서 정확한 효과를 측정할 수 없는 경우도 있다. 이런 어려움을 해결하기 위하여 병원균의 호흡을 측정하는 Presto Blue 벙법을 사용하여 P. fulva 21CB01에 대한 살균제의 효과를 검정하였다. 실험에는 tebuconazole (a.i. 25%, SC)과 pyraclostrobin(a.i. 20%, SC)을 사용하였으며, 살균제의 농도는 1.0, 10.0, 100.0 μg/mL로 조절하여 사용하였다. P. fulva는 25℃의 PDA 배지에서 14일간 배양하여 한천희석법을 위한 접종원으로 사용하였다. 살균제를 정해진 농도로 첨가한 PDA 배지에 균총의 선단부에서 떼어낸 균사 조각(직경; 3mm)을 접종하고, 25℃에서 10일간 배양한 후 균사의 직경을 측정하였다. Presto Blue법에서는 PDA 배지에서 수확한 P. fulva의 포자의 밀도를 1x106 개/mL로 조절한 현탁액을 준비하여 96 well microtitter plate에 89 μL/well씩 분주하였다. 병원균을 접종한 plate는 25℃에서 24시간 배양한 후 Presto Blue 시약을 10 μL씩 처리하고 2시간 후에 630 nm에서 흡광도와 530/25nm, 590/35nm에서 형광값을 조사하였다. 한천희석법에서 tebuconazole은 1.0, 10.0, 100.0 μg/mL에서 73.24%, 53.86%, 23.91%의 균사생장 억제효과를 보였지만, pyraclostrobin에 대한 효과는 정확하게 조사할 수 없었다. Presto Blue법에서 1일간 배양한 P. fulva의 형광값은 1,065.5이었고 처리한 tebuconazole과 pyraclostrobin의 농도에 따라서 형광값이 감소하였으며, 한천희석법과는 다르게 pyraclostrobin의 억제효과가 뚜렷하게 나타났다. Tebuconazole의 경우에는 살균제가 갖는 특징 때문에 100.0μg/mL 처리구의 효과가 높게 나타나지는 않았지만, 측정이 어려웠던 한천희석법보다는 살균제의 효과를 신속하고 정확하게 측정할 수 있었다.

      • 여성의 메이크업과 네일디자인이 호감도에 미치는 영향

        The purposes of this study were to investigate the correlation between the impressional dimensions and likeness of the stimulus person with person perception theory as the research background. The study consisted of a survey and a quasi-experiment. The experimental materials used for this study were 20 stimuli, 7-point semantic differential scales of bi-polar adjectives, and instruments to measure fashion interest, likeness toward the stimulus, and GBI scale were composed of 7-point Likert type scales. The sampling method was a convenient sampling. The subjects consisted of 626 male and female, aged from 20 to 49, in areas including Seoul, Gyeonggi Province, Incheon, Busan, Chungju and Chungju. The data collection was conducted between March 13 and March 24, 2006. The validity of the measuring instruments were confirmed by pretests and judge group discussions, and reliability was evaluated by Cronbach' s alpha analysis. Main gradients and Varimax spin method were used to show the factor of facial image and demographic structure. According to independent variables, analysis and Duncan range test are implemented to see the difference of facial image. T-test is implemented to see difference of facial image with demographical characteristics. The results of this survey are as follows. A wearer's make-up, nail design, and a perceiver's characteristics had a significant influence on the interest in the wearer. First, whether or not a female wears makeup had a significant influence on the interest. Second, a wearer's nail color had a significant influence on the interest. Natural color turned out the highest, followed by pink, red, black, and blue in terms of interest. Third, it has turned out that the length of a wearer's nail had no significant influence on the interest. Fourth, a perceiver's interest in fashion had no significant influence on the interest in a wearer. Fifth, according to the analysis of the influence of a perceiver's demographic characteristics on the interest in a wearer, a perceiver's gender, age, and residence had a significant influence on the interest in a wearer. In case of a female perceiver, especially, the interest turned out higher. There was no significance in the interest in a wearer in terms of a perceiver's major.

        Strutbearing is typically applied in conjunction with Macpherson sturt. This is Because the Strut comple is directly fixed at Knuckle that has rotational motion by moving of Steering wheel. Strutbearing is positioned next to the insulator. So Fit-in force and Fit-out force between two parts affect directly on assembly facilities, working conditions and quality-related issues. This is why we should to consider engineering the assembly concept. This paper aims to establish reference data of design specification by building up the quantitative Data Base of design factors for engineering assembly concept. In this paper, We set up the major design factors and level which are related to assembly concept and then combine them in various cases for engineering analysis and experiment focusing on fit-in force and fit-out force. Consequently, We checked the correlation as quantitative D/B between design factors and both forces, and the side effect from some design factors
