The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of the achievement0goal orientation of dance-for-all program participants on their self-realization and social attitude. The sub-jects were selected of the female residents in the region of Youngdong, Ganwon Province, who were at the Eastern age of 19 and up. After the collected data were analyzed, the fol-lowing findings were given: First, the achievement-goal orientation of the sport-for-all program participants was found to have exerted an influence on their seif-realization. Second, the achievement-goal orientation of the sport-for-all program pariticipants was found to have exerted an influence on their social attitude.
안무가의 커뮤니케이션 능력이 무용수의 동기부여 및 자기효능감에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of choreographer``s communications competency on dancer``s motivation and self-efficiency. The subjects in this study were 269 dancers who were selected by convenience sampling from a selected population that consisted of 7 professional dance company. As to data analysis used the statistical package SPSS WIN 21.0. The findings of the study were as follows: First, choreographer``s communications competency was found to have affected dancer``s motivation. Second, choreographer``s communications competency was found to have affected dancer``s self-efficiency.
무용공연 관람객의 공연마케팅 요인과 공연만족 및 소비행동의 관계

The purpose of this study was to investigate the Relationship between Performance Marketing Factor, Performance Satisfaction and Consumption Behavior in Dance Performance Audience. The subjects of this study were Audiences of Dance Performance theater, samples of 476 questionnaires by convenience sampling was used as final research materials. According to SPSS WIN ver. 17.0, we executed the exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis and multiple regression. we obtained the following results: First, Performance Marketing Factor has a positive influence on Performance Satisfaction. Second, Performance Marketing Factor has a positive influence on Consumption Behavior. Third, Performance Satisfaction has a positive influence on Consumption Behavior.

This study is Curling the formation of stocks on the expertise of leaders in sports knowledge to investigate the process of culling to grow as a leader in understanding the purpose of life was private. In order to achieve the purpose of this study curling winning national team leaders and leaders of four people selected by purposeful sampling of Ethnography in-depth interview with one of the following conclusions through. First, the leader of curling introductory period, the player activity time, when national activities, newly appointed director play and time, curling through the steps of a professional leader when grown as a leader. Second, curling coaching leaders have objective knowledge of the type of expertise, information, knowledge, coaching, coaching planning knowledge, knowledge of the coaching method, the player has to understand the knowledge. Third, the leader of curling introductory knowledge of the theory and practice, and the players in action and tactical knowledge of the psychological, the national training activities in the ice training and knowledge of the ground, the player with the newly appointed leader of the contents of the map a long-term action plan understanding and knowledge about the short-term planning, and personal and professional leadership activities, the map and the destination and season planning and tactical training to form a team that understands knowledge curling event"ve shown so future leaders of professional leaming and understanding level of each step in order to be it is very important to increase conclude.
지도자의 비언어적 커뮤니케이션이 무용전공생들의 감정반응 및 무용지속의도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of a instructor``s non-verbal communication on dance majors`` emotional reaction and dance adherence. The subjects in this study were 164 dance majors who were selected by convenience sampling from a selected population that consisted of 4 university located in Seoul. As to data analysis, the statistical package SPSS WIN 21.0 to make a required analyses in this study. The findings of the study were as follows: First, instructor``s non-verbal communication was found to have affected dance majors`` emotional reaction. Second, instructor``s non-verbal communication was found to have affected dance majors`` dance adherence.
