        대인커뮤니케이션 능력이 직업적응에 미치는 영향연구 -상황불안감의 매개효과를 중심으로-

        The purpose of this study is to find out how the interpersonal communicative competence affects the situational communication apprehension and the work adjustment, and how the situational communication apprehension affects the work adjustment. Furthermore, the study was intended to analyze the mediating effects of the situational communication apprehension in the interaction between the international communication competence and the work adjustment in the office. The results of this study are showed in the following: First, the behavioral flexibility factor and the affiliation/support had negative influence on the situational communication apprehension Second, all sub-ordinary variables had statically significant effects on the work adjustment. Third, the situational communication apprehension of the presentation had the mediating effects on the interaction of interpersonal communicative competence and the work adjustment. In conclusion, presentation skills are essential for work adjustment and for successful work life.

        직장인의 커뮤니케이션불안감 차이 연구: 커뮤니케이션 양과 직업특성을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study was to investigate between the quantity of communication apprehension(interpersonal communication, meetings, public speaking) and work characteristic(job, the length of service, position, the number of works) and communication apprehension of office worker. the subject in the study was based on the questionnaires of 376 office workers in various fields in all parts of jeollabuk-do Province.(considering their occupations, ages, genders, and social statuses, and etc.) Followings were the results: First, It showed higher level of interpersonal communication apprehension to the smaller in quantity of interpersonal communication than the larger one’s, also It showed higher level of public speaking apprehension to the smaller in quantity of public speaking than the larger one’s. Second, the result showed that there was a difference in communication apprehension by job. especially, employee of hospitals showed higher level of meetings apprehension than teachers. Third, the result showed that there was a difference in communication apprehension by the number of works. the one’s of below 10 showed higher level of all communication apprehension(interpersonal communication, meetings, public speaking) than the one’s of over 20.
