Drilling steps have multi-step and one-step. At first optimized results of one-step drilling were obtained by high precision experiments in small diameter drilling of cutting work that is needed more small hole and high speed working. Especially, small hole deep drilling is one of the most important machining types and its necessity and importance become more and more increasing in the whole field of industry. And in second step, results of multi-step drilling were got of high precision experiments in small diameter drilling of cutting work. Then, this paper shows the evaluations of the limit depths with small diameter drills about one-step and multi-step drilling. The results are gained by tool dynamometer and Labview system and obtained during small diameter twist drilling system on SM45C steel for different machining conditions. The machine and tools are the CNC machining center and twist drill of diameter 1.5mm. And additionally, tool microscope show the relationship between shapes of chips and breakage shapes of small diameter drills.

We conducted this study as a fundamental study on the response of various tree species against acid rain. The tree species used for this study were Zelkova serrata, Robinia pseudoacacia, Quercus acutissima, Prunus serrulata, Ginkgo biloba, Pinus koraiensis and Pinus densiflora. The leaves were examined for the pH changes by treatment time and the chlorophyll content into various pH solution in vitro. The results obtained were as follows ; 1. When the leaves were immersed in the solution of various pH(pH 3.0-pH 6.0) levels, the pH were changed to species specific pH ranges as pH 5.0∼pH 5.5 of Z. serrata, pH 5.5∼pH 6.0 of R. pseudoacacia, pH 4.5∼pH 5.0 of Q. acutissima, pH 5.5∼pH 6.0 of P. serrulata, pH 3.5∼pH 4.5 of G. biloba, pH 3.5∼pH 4.5 of P. koraiensis until 48 hours. However, in case of P. densiflora, it was difficult to find specific pH range of the species. Z. serrata, R. pseudoacacia and P. serrulata showed a little pH increasing by pH 2.0 solution treatment, while other species showed no change by the solution. 2. The amount of chlorophyll contents in Z. serrata, R. pseudoacacia and P. serrulata were decreased after immersing in the pH 2.0 solution. Chlorophyll content was almost constant in other pH levels. Other species showed almost constant chlorophyll contents in various pH levels and treatment time.

봉형접지극은 타 접지전극 형태에 비해 쉬운 시공성으로 국?내외적으로 배전계통에 보편적으로 사용하고 있는 접지극 형태이다. 따라서 보다 나은 봉형접지극의 시공성 향상을 위해 형태 변형, 형상 개량, 재질 개선 등 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 그러나 접지공사는 다양한 토질을 대상으로 이루어지기 때문에 봉형접지극 자체에 대한 개선으로는 시공성 향상에 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 봉형접지극의 직렬 및 병렬 시공을 기계화(중공스크루로드 이용)함으로써 소정의 접지저항값을 효과적으로 확보할 수 있는 공법에 관한 연구이다. 본 연구 결과를 축약하면 같은 조건하(동일한 대지저항율, 동일한 접지동봉 개수, 동일한 직렬 또는 병렬 시공, 동일한 접지저항저감제, 물 공급)에서 현재 적용하고 있는 항타(심타)공법과 기계화공법에 대하여 새롭게 제시된 기계화공법으로 인한 접지저항값의 저감 효과를 비교하였다. 제안된 기계화공법이 항타공법에 비해 비교적 안정된 접지저항 저감 효과를 얻었다. The bar-shaped electrode is very popular in earth construction for its easy obtainments of the regulative grounding resistance values on power distribution systems in many countries. For these reason, a lots of researches are being proceeded on its deformation and materials. But the grounding construction has limit for improvement the grounding resistance characteristics not only by the improvement of the driven electrode, because that the grounding characteristics are very sensitive to soils(hard, soft). This study is about the construction methods on which the driven electrode can be serially or parallely connected using by hollow screw rod for obtaining the regulative grounding resistance values. The experimental results show that the grounding resistance values are reduced more than 30[%] comparing with the other construction methods under the same conditions(earth resistance, numbers of driven electrode, construction method of serial and parallel, chemicals for reducing grounding resistance, water).
