A total of 236 anterior cervical interbody fusion has been performed. In 76 cases mostly Cloward's original method has used. During these operations several technical modifications were made. With these technique 159 cases were operated and showed marked beneficial results. 1. For widening of the interspace, a halter traction was better than the vertebra spreader. 2. Extension of the cervical spine when drilling of the vertebral bodies prevented the postoperative flexion deformity of the neck. 3. The dowel size, 2mm. in diameter larger than the drill-hole was used and the cortical end plate of the dowel was fixed at the anterior edges of the vertebral bodies. 4. It was safe to leave the posterior edges of the vertebral bodies when drilling. 5. If the dowel was too thin, 2 pieces of the graft were packed. 6. Post-operative pain on the dornor bone site and walking difficulty were minimized when the dowel was obtained from the inner aspect of the ileum. Many technical fitfalls of this type of operation were analyzed and discussed the improved surgery.

To meet the requirements of both high energy and power density with cycle durability of modern electric vehicles (EVs), a novel graphene wrapped sulfur-acetylene black composite is prepared by facile solution based synthesis method for rechageable lithium sulfur batteries. This significantly improves the overall electrical conductivity, strategically addressing challenges of conventional composites of low sulfur utilization and dissolution of polysulfides. First, a sulfur-acetylene black composite is prepared by the direct precipitation method, then reduced graphene oxide (rGO) wrapping process carried out by using Triton X-100 surfactant to create hydrophilic surface on the rGO sheets. The microstructure and morphology of the composite cathode material are cahracterized by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The synthesized composite shows high specific capacity of 1247 mAh/g with 500 mAh/g after 200 cycles of long-term durability test. From the result, it is found that the synthesized composite presents well-dispersed sulfur into carbon media and rGO matrix, demonstrating high electical conductivity. The enhanced cycle performance of the rGO wrapped sulfur-acetylene black is mainly attributed to the formation of highly conductive electron path along with rGO sheets.

Two cases of neurofibromatosis are presented. In the first case, mainly the occipito-parietal area and in the other case, lumbosacral area were involved.
