        빛간섭단층촬영을 이용한 2.2 mm 동축 소절개와 2.75 mm 절개 백내장 수술 후 중심황반두께 및 부피의 변화 비교

        Purpose: To evaluate the central macular thickness and volume changes after conventional 2.75-mm small incision cataract surgery (SICS) and 2.2-mm microincision coaxial cataract surgery (MICS). Methods: We performed a retrospective chart review of 48 eyes undergoing uneventful phacoemulsification and divided the subjects into two groups, SICS and MICS. To evaluate the central macular thickness and volume changes after cataract surgery, optical coherence tomography (OCT) was used before and at one day, one week, one month, and two months postoperatively. Results: No statistically significant difference was found in the intraoperative phacoemulsification power, phaco time, or volume of intraoperative irrigation solution between the two groups (<EM>p </EM>> 0.05). The average central macular thickness increased in the MICS group compared to the SICS group at every postoperative time point, and the difference was statistically significant at postoperative one month (<EM>p</EM> = 0.04). The average central macular volume was elevated in the MICS group; however, the difference was not significant (<EM>p </EM>> 0.05). Conclusions: Central macular thickness and volume change were greater in the MICS group compared to the SICS group, and the difference in central macular thickness between the two groups was significant at postoperative one month. Careful follow-up examinations should be performed using OCT at this postoperative time point, especially in patients who received cataract surgery with smaller incision size.         챗봇 형태로 구현한 사용자 맞춤형 레시피 추천 시스템

        음식의 레시피에 대한 관심도가 높아지고 있는 요즘 대부분의 레시피 검색 시스템들은 요리명, 또는 음식 재료명으로 검색하는 정도로 구현이 되어 있으며, 레시피마다 상이한 계량 단위로 식재료의 양에 대한 정보를 제공하기 때문에 자신이 원하는 인분에 맞춰 식재료의 양을 다시 계산해야 하는 불편함이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 이러한 불편 사항을 해결하고 메신저 대화에 익숙한 사용자들에게 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하기 위해 챗봇 형태의 사용자 맞춤형 레시피 추천시스템을 구현하였다. 레시피에 대한 사용자의 리뷰와 별점, 조회 수 등을 기반으로 인기 있는 레시피들을 선별하고 전처리를 통해 해당 레시피별로 주요 단어와 식재료 양, 조리 순서 등 필요한 정보들만을 추출, 가공한 뒤, 그를 통해 얻은 약 10만 개의 데이터를 기반으로 사용자가 입력한 레시피명, 식재료명, 제외할 식재료명 등을 분석해 레시피를 필터링하고, 사용자가 입력한 인분을 기준으로 재계량하여 레시피를 추천하는 시스템을 구현하였다. 사용자의 요구에 따른 레시피 추천 결과물에 대한 만족도를 평가하여 90.5%의 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. Interest in food recipe retrieval systems has been increasing recently. Most computer-based recipe retrieval systems are searched by cooking name or ingredient name. Since each recipe provides information in different weighing units, recalculations to the desired amount are necessary and inconvenient. This paper introduces a computer system that addresses these inconveniences. The system is a chatbot system, based on web-based recipe recommendations, for users familiar with the use of messenger conversation systems. After selecting the most popular recipes by their names, and pre-processing to extract only information required for the recipes, the system recommends recipes based on the 100,000 data. Recipes are then searched by the names of food ingredients (included and excluded). Recalculations are performed based on the number of servings entered by the user. A satisfaction rate for the systems" recommendations was 90.5%.

      • 학교 밖 청소년의 진로에 관한 국내 연구 동향

        본 연구는 국내 학교 밖 청소년 진로에 관한 연구 동향을 확인하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 한국교육학술정보원(RISS)에서 ‘학교 밖 청소년의 진로’에 관하여 주요 키워드로 검색하여 총 53편의 연구를 대상으로 발행연도, 연구 방법, 연구대상, 연구변인, 측정도구 기준으로 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 발행 연도별 논문 수는 2022년에 가장 많이 발행되었다. 둘째, 연구방법은 총 53편의 논문 중 37편이 양적연구로 진행되었다. 셋째, 연구대상으로는 53편의 논문 중 17편이 학업중단 청소년 패널조사(한국청소년정책연구원, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017)데이터를 이용하여 연구되었다. 넷째, 변인별 동향은 개인적 진로요인이 독립변인으로 사용된 논문이 가장 많았다. 다섯째, 측정별 도구로는 진로장애가 가장 많이 사용되었다. 이러한 분석결과를 바탕으로 연구의 한계점과 향후 제언에 관하여 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to identify research trends on the careers of young people who are out of school in Korea.. This was searched by the Korea Education and Research Information Service (RISS) as the main keyword for 'the career path of out-of-school youth', and a total of 53 studies were analyzed based on the year of publication, research method, research subject, research variable, and measurement tool as follows. First, the number of papers by publication year was the most published in 2022. Second, as for the research method, 37 out of 53 papers were conducted as quantitative research. Third, as a research subject, 17 out of 53 papers were studied using data from a panel survey on adolescents who dropped out of school (Korea Youth Policy Institute, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017). Fourth, as for trends by variable, most of the papers used individual career path factors as independent variables. Fifth, career disability was the most frequently used tool for each measurement. Based on these analysis results, the limitations of the study and future suggestions were discussed.

        윤부유피종의 절제술 전후 난시분석을 통한 기능적 측면에서의 분석

        Purpose: To analyze the length and area of limbal dermoid invading the cornea and to evaluate the effects on visual acuity and astigmatism before and after surgery. Methods: This retrospective study included 20 eyes of 20 patients who underwent surgical removal of limbal dermoid. The preoperative and postoperative visual acuity and astigmatism level were measured. In addition, we evaluated the correlations of astigmatism with the length ratio (length of limbal dermoid invading the cornea/total corneal diameter), width ratio (width of limbal dermoid invading the cornea/total corneal diameter), and area ratio (area of limbal dermoid invading the cornea/total corneal area) using preoperative anterior segment photographs. Results: The mean preoperative astigmatism was 0.85 ± 0.71 D in the sound eye and 3.00 ± 3.14 D in the affected eye (p = 0.004). Length, width, and area ratio of limbal dermoid have positive correlation with astigmatism (p < 0.010 for all variables), with a larger length ratio of limbal dermoid invading the cornea producing greater reduction in postoperative astigmatism (p = 0.010, r = 0.816). The amount of astigmatism was significantly higher in patients with amblyopia in the affected eye (p = 0.030). Visual acuity gain more than 2 lines was achieved in 8 among 10 patients with amblyopia under the age of 7 years through the appropriate refractive correction and occlusion 1 year after surgery. Conclusions: Astigmatism is a major cause of amblyopia in pediatric patients with limbal dermoid. The degree of astigmatism can be predicted by the size factors of the limbal dermoid. In particular, the relative length of limbal dermoid invading the cornea has a stronger correlation with preoperative astigmatism than other factors and has correlation with postoperative reduction of astigmatism. It should be emphasized that children with limbal dermoid need appropriate refractive correction and occlusion in addition to surgical excision. J Korean Ophthalmol Soc 2017;58(9):1092-1098
