        역사동화 『바리왕자』의 상호 텍스트성과 설화적 요소

        In this paper, characteristic of history fairy tales based on specific records of an official history and literacy expression for those children was compressed into ‘intertextuality’ and ‘elements of Tales’. And through the history fairy tale 『Bari Prince』’s work analysis had specifically listed the fact. The author was combined the fact and imagination to realize the theme and to evoke contemporary emotion. The creation of history fairy tale 『Bari Prince』was involved in the historical record and elements of Tale. To find that the first summarized the relevant records of 『Samguksaki』(The chronicles of the Three States), were compared based on the specific contents of 〈Princess Bari〉(shamanism song) and expressive techniques of 〈Underground against enemy tales〉. So summarized with seven kinds of similarity in narrative structure and insertion of five kinds of treasure pixels. Looking for evidence of the King Bongsang and the King Micheon in『Samguksaki』, the role of a loyal retainer Changcholee was highly emphasized until Eulbul(the King Micheon) sat on the throne and have been recorded focus on the King Micheon during the reign of the king how to efforts territorial expansion. But 『Bari Prince』was shaped as a feature story in addition to elements of tale to a short story from Eulbul born to be the King. The contents also was put on the weight Eulbul their efforts and realize the process than any powerful marginal. History fairy tales for children can be effective two of more by providing historical facts and literacy imagination. The author when the creator of history fairy tales based on the records of history, give accurate information on classics(text) and save good contents is proper attitude, get out to cling lesson and necessary efforts to highlight for contemporary themes and various attempts for modern adaption.

        식품의약품안전처의 위생점검표에 의한 육아지원기관 급식소 평가 및 개선대책

        The purpose of this study was to assess the hygiene status of 145 child-care foodservices, which were newly registered in the Center for the Children`s Foodservice Management (CCFSM) in Changwon, Gyeongnam. Sanitary inspection checklist (40 food safety items) of Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA) was used by the CCFSM in Changwon, Gyeongnam. Average score from the total safety items in 145 child-care foodservices was 21.41 points out of 40 points. Score gaps between the lower group (71 foodservices, 13.92 points) and higher group (74 foodservices, 28.61 points) showed a significant difference (P<0.001). The top five priorities of sanitary measures needing corrective actions for child-care foodservices were as follows: ‘provide hand washing and sanitizing tools, and supply manuals on how to wash hands properly’, ‘supply record form for access/inspection’, ‘conduct education for cooks on standards in the selection of sanitizer for raw vegetables and proper methods to wash and sanitize raw vegetables’, ‘provide a refrigerator and a freezer with installed thermometers and temperature record monitoring logs’, ‘encourage separation of contamination operating zone and clean zone or conduct training for cooks on ways to prevent cross-contamination by performing work separately by the hour’. For the higher group, most were national/public facilities (83.3%), whereas in the lower group, private facilities (62.1%) were more common than national/public ones (37.9%). Therefore, a significant difference (P<0.001) was detected in the two groups. These private facilities should be supported.

        GATE6를 이용한 Varian 21EX Clinac 선형가속기의 6 MV X-선 특성모사 - Monte Carlo Simulation of a Varian 21EX Clinac 6 MV Photon Beam Characteristics Using GATE6 1

        본 연구에서는 몬테칼로 전산모사 코드인 GATE6 (Geant4 Application for Tomographic Emission ver.6)를 사 용하여 의료용 선형 가속기인 Varian사의 Clinac 21EX를 모사하고, 6 MV 광자선의 선량 특성을 평가하였다. 몬테 칼로 방법은 방사선 치료시 환자 내의 선량분포를 계산하는 가장 정확한 방법으로 널리 이용되고 있다. 몬테칼로 기반의 코드를 이용하여 선형가속기의 조사 헤드부를 통과하는 입자의 흐름을 모사하는 것은 조사선량을 정량화 하는데 필요한 입자들의 에너지, 공간 분포와 같은 임상적인 빔의 특성을 결정하기 위한 실용적인 방법이다. 본 연구에서 모사한 선형가속기의 조사 헤드부는 빔 경로에 위치한 타겟, 일차 콜리메이터, 선속 평탄 필터, 이온전리 함, 이차 콜리메이터로 구성된다. 모사된 선형가속기를 이용하여 선원-표면간 거리 100 cm, 조사야 10×10 cm2 조 건에서 물팬텀 내의 광자선 에너지 스펙트럼(energy spectrum), 심부선량백분율(percentage depth dose), 선량프 로파일(dose profiles)을 측정하였으며, 이 결과값을 실험 측정값과 비교하여 정확성을 검증하였다. 본 연구에서는 모사를 통한 결과값과 실험값이 매우 일치함을 보였으며, 이를 통해 GATE6 전산모사 코드는 방사선치료에 사용되 는 광자선을 모사하기에 효과적임을 입증하였다 Monte Carlo simulations are widely used as the most accurate technique for dose calculation in radiation therapy. In this paper, the GATE6(Geant4 Application for Tomographic Emission ver.6) code was employed to calculate the dosimetric performance of the photon beams from a linear accelerator(LINAC). The treatment head of a Varian 21EX Clinac was modeled including the major geometric structures within the beam path such as a target, a primary collimator, a flattening filter, a ion chamber, and jaws. The 6 MV photon spectra were characterized in a standard 10×10 cm2 field at 100 cm source-to-surface distance(SSD) and subsequent dose estimations were made in a water phantom. The measurements of percentage depth dose and dose profiles were performed with 3D water phantom and the simulated data was compared to measured reference data. The simulated results agreed very well with the measured data. It has been found that the GATE6 code is an effective tool for dose optimization in radiotherapy applications.

        Measurement and Evaluation of Scatter Fractions for Digital Radiography with a Beam-Stop Array

        X-선 영상 촬영 시 피사체에 조사되는 X-선은 피사체 내부에서 필연적으로 산란을 일으킨다. 산란선은 영상시스템에 도달하여 영상의 대조도를 저하시키고 전체 농도(Background)를 불균일하게 만든다. 현재 학계의 연구 동향은 산란선에 의한 영상의 화질 저하를 방지하기 위한 방법 고안에 초점을 두고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 영상에서의 scatter fraction을 정확하게 측정하여 영상시스템의 개선에 기여하고 대조도에 영향을 미치는 인자의 정량적 평가를 최적화하기 위함에 있다. Scatter fraction을 정확하게 측정하기 위하여 beam stop array를 제작하였다. 제작한 beam stop array를 이용하여 영상을 획득하고, 영상의 각 부위에서의 scatter fracton 측정을 자동화하기 위해 MATLAB을 이용한 프로그램(SFC: Scatter Fraction Calculator)을 개발하였다. 그리드 유 무와 air gap 효과에 따른 scatter fracton의 비교를 통하여 beam stop array와 SFC 프로그램의 효용성을 평가하였다. 그리드가 있을 경우의 scatter fraction이 그리드가 없는 경우에서 보다 낮은 값으로 측정되었으며 air gap이 증가함에 따라 scatter fracton이 감소함으로써 효용성을 입증했다. Beam stop array와 SFC 프로그램은 입증된 효용성을 기반으로 임상에서 흉부뿐 아니라 인체의 여러 부위에 이를 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Scatter radiation considerably affects radiographic image quality by reducing image contrast and contributing to a non-uniform background. Images containing a large portion of scatter radiation may result in an incorrect diagnosis. In the past few years, many efforts have been made to reduce the effects of scatter radiation on radiographic images. The purpose of this study is to accurately measure scatter fractions and evaluate the effectiveness of beam-stop arrays. To measure scatter fraction accurately, a beam-stop array and the SFC (Scatter Fraction Calculator) program were developed. Images were obtained using the beam-stop array for both an anti-scatter technique with an anti-scatter grid and an air gap technique. The scatter fractions of the images were measured using the SFC program. Scatter fractions obtained with an anti-scatter grid were evaluated and compared to scatter fractions obtained without an anti-scatter grid. Scatter fractions were also quantitatively measured and evaluated with an air gap technique. The effectiveness of the beam-stop array was demonstrated by quantifying scatter fractions under various conditions. The results showed that a beam-stop array and the SFC program can be used to accurately measure scatter fractions in radiographic images and can be applied for both developing scatter correction methods as well as systems.
