스마트폰 어플리케이션을 이용한 뇌졸중 환자의 보행 평가 가능성

        안보라,기경일,우영근 대한고유수용성신경근촉진법학회 2018 PNF and Movement Vol.16 No.1

Purpose: Smartphones, which are widely used worldwide to detect acceleration and position, have been used in the area of rehabilitation medicine in recent clinical research studies and tests. The aim of the present study was to determine the feasibility of using a smartphone application based on center of movement (COM) displacement to measure gait parameters in stroke patients in the clinical field of rehabilitation medicine. Methods: The study consisted of 30 stroke patients. The COM was measured using a smartphone application, Gait Analysis Pro, during a 6-m walk. Each patient performed three 6-m walking trials, and the smartphone application measured gait duration, gait speed, step length, cadence, and vertical and lateral displacement of the COM. The Kolmogorov–Smirnov test was conducted to determine the normality in gait parameters, and a repeated one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was performed to determine the consistency among the three trials. A p value of 0.05 was considered statistically significant in all the tests. Results: In all the measured parameters, the smartphone application showed a normal distribution, as shown by the results of the Kolmogorov–Smirnov test. There were no significant differences among the three repetitive walking trials. Conclusion: These results suggest that the smartphone application can be used for evaluating gait in stroke patients, as well as in healthy adults. However, prior to using the smartphone application in the clinical field, further research involving three-dimensional gait analysis is needed to enhance the confidence level of the findings.

조선 말기의 百衲圖 屛風 연구: 보스턴미술관 소장본을 중심으로

안보라 미술사연구회 2013 미술사연구 Vol.- No.27

Baeknapdo byungpung(百衲圖 屛風) is a folding screen designed to allow the appreciation of many pieces of art of various types by embellishing the screen with several paintings and letters on artefacts drawn in circular, square, and fan-shaped screens in each frame, or by drawing pictures and writing letters in circular, square, and fan-shaped outlines in each frame with willow charcoal. Starting from an interest in different kinds of calligraphic paintings, Baeknapdo byungpung(百衲圖 屛風) is a new form of painting related to the culture of Bakhak(博學: learning in various fields) and gathering crops, because it offers an appreciation of images with different themes by collecting, assembling, and rearranging them. It was the late Joseon period that marked the beginning of the production of Baeknapdo byungpung, which continued to expand until the late modern period. ‘Baek(百)’ in Baeknapdo byungpung(百衲圖 屛風) literally means ‘being full, plentiful, sufficient, and everything’ and ‘Nap(衲)’ indicates ‘sewing, mending clothes’. Baeknapbon(百衲本) refers to a collection of different unfinished books and originated from Baeknapbonsagi(百衲本史記), a compilation of two books written in the Song period(宋) and three books in the Yuan period(元) into 80 books of Shiji(史記: Records of the Grand Historian) by Songrak(宋犖) during the Qing period(淸). Songrak was a well-known author among Joseon writers, such as Jo Hui-Ryeong(趙熙龍), Park Ji-Won(朴趾源), Lee Deok-Mu(李德懋), and Kim Jung-Hee(金正喜), and it is assumed that the form of Songrak’s ‘Baeknapbon’ originated from Qing-Joseon exchange. Like the ‘Baeknapbon’ compilation of unfinished books, Baeknapdo byungpung stemmed from the artwork of assemblage of several pictures and became widely accepted as the organization of screens in each frame. Folding screens in such a unique style as Baeknapdo byungpung(百衲圖 屛風) were reportedly manufactured in China and Japan as well, earlier than Korea. For instance, the Wang Erlie Birthday Screen(王爾烈壽屛) made in 1796 during the Qing period was composed of 125 writings and letters to celebrate the 70th birthday of Wang Erlie(王爾烈). In Japan, ‘Senmen Folding Screen(folding screen decorated with existingfans)’ began to be made during the Muromachi period(室町時代: 1338~1573). That such styles emerged during these periods in China and Japan, respectively, suggests the possibility that the form of Baekseondo byungpung(百扇圖 屛風) came from China or Japan. Due to lack of documents or records, however, this cannot be proven. Still, ‘Tales of Genji Folding Screen(源氏物語屛風)’ in the form of Baekseondo byungpung kept in Changdeokgung(昌德宮) implies that such style of painting was brought in from Japan, creating the culture of appreciating several paintings on a folding screen. In addition, Baeknapdo byungpung creators An Geon-Yeong(安健榮) and Yu Suk(劉淑), Baeknapdo byungpung manufacturer Baek Eun-Bae(白殷培), and Baekseondo byungpung manufacturer Park Gi-Jun(朴基駿), who was a painter of Jabidaeryeong(差備待令畵員) and participated in composing Euigue(儀軌: records of royal protocols) and painting the face of the king, probably developed a friendship while painting pictures for the royal court, exchanging opinions, and sharing the common artistic style of assembling several paintings. This paper has identified the manufacturer and manufacturing period of 〈Baeknapdo〉 10-Pok Byungpung owned by Boston Museum of Fine Arts; it was composed of artworks by Sin Heon(申櫶) around 1880 to 1883. Frames are generally square, circular or fan-shaped, and 〈Baeknapdo〉 10-Pok Byungpung owned by Boston Museum of Fine Arts features the screens in the shapes of paper scrolls, plantain leaves, or curved tips of fans, and is decorated with Busugam or Gukwanmun patterns. This thesis examines the concept, origin, curr...
