Iron&Steel is key industry in China, which plays an important role in terms of GDP, tax revenue, and employment. Furthermore, because of it`s characteristic of grouping, steel industry`s contribution, at the province level, is more significant. China`s steel industry had kept it`s quantitative expansion since the foundation of China in 1949, and became world`s largest crude steel producing country in 1996. In 2012, China`s crude steel production stands at 708 million metric tons, accounting for 47% of world`s crude steel production. According to China`s 12th Five-Year Plan of Iron&Steel, which is backbone for steel industry policy of China, restructuring, rationalization of steel mill`s distribution, procurement of raw materials, and enhancement of globalization will be emphasized for sustainable growth of steel industry. In order for proving steel industry`s importance in China, this study, through input-output model, conducted empirical analysis on Chinese steel industry`s economic effect such as production induced effect, import induced effect, added value induced effect, forward linkage effect, and backward linkage effect etc.. And on the basis of literature survey, this study looked into Chinese steel industry`s historical development path and it`s outlook. Research results shows that steel industry ranked first among China`s 42 industry in terms of production induced effect. And China`s steel industry, with the help of government`s policy support, is expected to see both quantitative expansion and also qualitative improvement, with China maintaining it`s hegemony in global steel industry.
H형강과 고강도 강판으로 복합단면을 구성하는 프리스트레스트 플레이트거더의 개발

선행하중을 도입한 H형강의 상하부에 고강도 강판을 부착시키고 하중을 제거함으로써 프리스트레스의 도입효과를 극대화 시킨 플레이트거더(High Prestressed Plate Girder, 이하 HiPP 거더)를 개발하고자 한다. 먼저 복합거더(hybrid girder)의 일종인 HiPP 거더의 역학적 원리를 간략히 설명하고, 실험을 통하여 플레이트거더에 의도한 프리스트레스를 도입하기 위한 제작공정을 개발한다. 또한 실험체의 변형률 계측결과와 이론해석 결과를 비교하여 HiPP 거더의 프리스트레스 도입 메카니즘을 확인하며, 단계별 거더에 발생하는 응력을 파악한다. 가교에 적용하기 위하여 HiPP 거더의 설계를 위한 허용휨응력(안)과 용접부의 응력검토 결과를 제시한다. 결론적으로 단순 합성거더와 비교하여 HiPP 거더는 프리스트레스의 도입효과 때문에 장지간화된 가교의 설계/시공을 가능케 하는 구조적 거동 특성을 보인다. Innovative prestressed steel plate girders were presented in this study. Hot-rolled H beams were loaded first, then relatively high-strengthsteel plates were welded on the top and bottom flanges of preloaded H beams. Finally, high prestressed plate (HiPP) girder was manufactured by simply releasing prestresses of rolled beams. To verify prestress distributions induced in this girder, the experimental study was conducted and some guidelines to manufacture these girders effectively were addressed. In addition, methods to determine the allowable bending stress of HiPP girders and to check welding stresses were addressed for design of temporary bridges. The efficiency and effectiveness of the present girder were demonstrated through design examples of temporary bridges adapting the prestress-induced girder or the plate girder of the same section without prestresses. As a result, it has been found to be possible that the span length of HiPP girders for temporary bridges is longer than that of girders without prestresses.
합금화용융아연도금강판의 미세파괴거동에 대한 In-situ 관찰

In-situ observation in SBM on the microfracture behavior of coating layer was performed for GA steel sheets that have various Fe contents and thickness of coating layer. In case of cross sectional side of coating layer that was in a tensile stress state during bending, fine perpendicular crack pre-induced during galvannealing grew and propagated rapidly toward the coating surface with the increase of strain. And then it grew and propagated along the ${\Gamma}/Fe$ matrix interface, and combined with the nearest another perpendicular crack. Consequently, flaking occurred. The more Fe content and thickness of coating layer increased, the more average crack interval and flaking resistivity increased. Exfoliation was little observed at coating surface in a tensile stress state.

The first introduction of social security regulation of China was made in 1951. "The labor insurance law(1951)" has been executed more than 30 years with the support of court, administrative regulations. Since 1984, China issued insurance regulations of endowment, unemployment, health, industrial accidents, and parturition. However, those insurance policies were divided into urban and rural areas, state-owned and private enterprises. As the ``Social Market Economy`` developed in China, major social security costs were moved from government to private firms and their workers. Also, pro-workers labor policy was issued in year 2000s. Therefore, Chinese enterprises have become exposed to more influence of the social security reform. The purpose of this paper is to figure out that the reform of Chinese social security system may cause what kind of risks to companies. Through the case analysis of companies in Qing dao-city, the paper examines what kind of practical problems can arise in the process and procedure of social security regulation. First, the paper investigates the overview of general social security regulations of China and examines the problems of those regulations and related policy. It also looks into recent adjustment reforms carried by the central and local governments.
