Bulky iron-core current transformers (CT) are installed in tanks of gas insulated switchgears (GIS) for current measurement in substations. This paper studied an electronic current transformer (eCT) embedded in a Spacer for miniaturization, eco-friendliness, and performance improvement of GIS. The electronic current transformer consists of a Rogowski current sensor (RCS) that can be embedded in a spacer, a differential amplifier and an active integrator. The RCS was fabricated in the form of a vertical structure PCB to acquire the insulation distance from the conductor of spacer and to withstand vibration and shock during operation. The sensitivity of the prototype eCT is 1.21mV rms /A, and the frequency bandwidth of –3dB is ranges from 5Hz to 20kHz. Current ratio errors evaluated at 5%, 20%, and 25% of the rated current of 4,000A were 0.55%, 0.35%, and 0.33%, and the phase differences were 57minutes, 27.2minutes and 25.9minutes, respectively. These results are within the accuracy for 0.5 class specified in IEC 60044-8, and were satisfied even at 100% and 120% of the rated current. If the eCT developed in this paper replaces the conventional iron-core current transformer, it is expected that the GIS length will be reduced by 33% and the amount of SF 6 will be reduced by about 12%.
영문학 고전을 활용한 고전읽기 교육 사례 연구 - 서울신학대학교 <H+고전읽기와 토론>을 중심으로 -

This paper aims to re-evaluate classical literature’s fundamental role in liberal education, and propose convergent education that incorporates more English novels. Modern curricula in American universities have systematized the use of classical literature, and since the 2000’s, classical literature has had a significant role in general education in Korea. However, with new focus in convergence education, interest in classical reading education has been dwindling. In order to analyze the possible benefits of classical reading education through English novels, this paper examines two Seoul Theological University courses. These courses show that novels have advantages over other classical literature or genres by being more approachable and interesting. Furthermore, novels are appropriate for convergence education as they deal with complex subjects from many different fields that converge together. English novels in particular are especially beneficial as they allow students to experience foreign cultures and broaden their horizons. For these reasons, we propose that English novels be more actively used in classical reading education.

This paper examines the significance of the temperance movement through Elizabeth Phelps’s three temperance novels. As a Christian socialist, Phelps was an activist for the temperance movement and her novels embody this interest of hers. Her interest in the temperance movement is in line with her interest in the lives of the working class and women. Friends: A Duet is a story of a young woman named Reliance Strong. She has lived a sheltered life, but by participating in the temperance movement, she discovers her value and finds meaning in her life. The novel paints the events in the temperance meeting in a positive light, which makes readers receptive to the temperance movement itself. Jack the Fisherman focuses on how alcohol ruins the protagonist’s life. The novel serves as a warning to the reader about the dangers of alcohol, and emphasizes the importance of one’s education and environment. A Singular Life deals with the story of a clergyman who dedicates his life for the temperance movement. The clergyman looks after those whose lives have been ruined by alcohol and tries to shut down town bars to prevent people from drinking. His life gets threatened, and he eventually loses his life because of these efforts. His attempt to close down bars and to take alcohol out of circulation was ultimately what the temperance activists wanted. This attempt came to fruition with the Prohibition. The repeal of the Prohibition just after 14 years reveals the problems of the Prohibition itself. Nevertheless, Phelps’s temperance novels, which vividly depict why the temperance movement was necessary at the time, what the evils of alcohol were, and what efforts the temperance activists made to change that reality, should be remembered as great achievements.
아동학대 피해경험이 학업성취도에 미치는 영향에 대한 자아탄력성의 조절효과: 부산지역 지역아동센터 이용아동을 중심으로

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of child abuse damage experiences on the academic achievement of children using community children centers and whether the moderating role of ego-resilience on the effects of child abuse damage experience on academic achievement. For the study, 216 community children centers located in the Busan were selected from 1~3 in proportion to the number of children in the district, and a questionnaire was distributed to a total of 33 community children centers. Descriptive statistics analysis, multiple regression analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis were performed on 219 copies of the questionnaire collected using SPSS 23.0. As a result, it was found that the child abuse damage experience had a negative effect on academic achievement, and the moderating role of ego-resilience on the effect of child abuse damage experience on academic achievement was not significant. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent abuse through the provision of services such as parent education, counseling, and home visits of children who use community children centers, and support children who have experienced child abuse to link with child abuse related service providers in the community. And in order to raise awareness that child abuse is a serious social problem, it was proposed to prepare a means of publicity to make it easier for all people to com into contact with images and media related to child abuse in everyday life. 본 연구는 지역아동센터 이용아동들을 대상으로 그들의 학업성취도에 아동학대 경험이 어떤 영향을 미치는지와 아동학대 피해경험이 학업성취도에 미치는 영향에 있어 자아탄력성이 조절역할을 하는지에 대해 검증하고자 하였다. 연구를 위해 부산지역 지역아동센터 216개소를 각 지역구 아동의 인구수와 대비하여 1~3개소씩 선정해 총 33개소의 지역아동센터에 설문지를 배포하였으며, 최종 회수된 219부의 설문지를 SPSS 23.0을 이용하여 기술통계분석, 다중회귀분석, 위계적회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 아동학대 피해경험은 학업성취도에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 아동학대 피해경험이 학업성취도에 미치는 영향에 대한 자아탄력성의 조절효과를 알아보기 위해 분석을 실시한 결과 학대의 경우 R²이 .04%, 방임의 경우 R²이 .04% 증가하였고, 학대와 방임 모두 회귀모형 적합도도 p<.001 수준에서 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났지만 상호작용변수가 p<.05에서 유의미하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 지역아동센터 이용아동의 부모교육 및 상담, 가정방문 등의 서비스 제공을 통해 학대를 예방하여야 하며, 아동학대를 경험한 아동에게 지역사회 내의 아동학대 관련 서비스 제공기관들과의 연계를 지원해야한다. 그리고 아동학대가 심각한 사회문제라는 인식을 높이기 위해 모든 사람들이 일상생활에서 쉽게 아동학대 관련 영상과 매체를 접하도록 하는 홍보수단의 마련을 제안하였다.
