        대학 캠퍼스 내 물리적환경이 학생들의 보행행태와 외부활동에 미치는 영향 - 공주대학교 천안캠퍼스 사례를 중심으로

        본 연구는 GPS 데이터를 활용하여 캠퍼스 내 학생들의 실제 보행행태 및 외부활동 특성을 파악하고 영향요인을 분석함으로써 보행친화적인 캠퍼스 환경을 구축하기 위한 계획방향과 함의를 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 스마트폰을 활용하여 학생들의 보행 GPS 데이터를 수집하고 대학캠퍼스의 물리적 환경과 학생들의 보행행태의 상관관계를 살펴보았으며, 주요 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 학생들의 보행 GPS 데이터를 분석한 결과 기숙사생의 보행통행이 통학생보다 약 1.6배 많은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 학생들의 통행빈도가 높은 가로를 살펴 본 결과, 가로의 활력수준이 가장 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 캠퍼스 내 외부활동은 주로 사회적 활동이 관찰되었는데, 보행 및 휴게공간이 확보되어 있을수록 더 많은 사회적 활동이 관찰되었다. 따라서 캠퍼스 내에서 다양한 외부활동이 나타날 수 있도록 보행공간 및 휴게공간을 조성하고 가로공간의 활력수준을 높이는 계획이 필요하다. The purpose of this study was to identify pedestrian behavior and the characteristics of student activity on the university campus. We utilized GPS surveys to identify the physical traits of the campus environment that affect pedestrian behavior and the activities of students. To this end, this study collected walking GPS data from the students’ smartphones to examine the physical environment of the campus on students’ walking behavior. In addition, the correlation between the quantitative evaluation of streets with high pedestrian frequency and external activities was analyzed. Through this, the direction for planning and implications for constructing a pedestrian-friendly campus environment were derived. Analysis of student GPS data showed that students living on campus walked an average of 1.6 times more per day than commuting students. Because the daily life of dormitory students focused primarily on the campus, the elements of campus design involving the pedestrian environment, pedestrian pathways, and the use of dormitory living space were the focus of the study. Social activity was also observed. After examining the streets characterized by high-frequency student use, we found that the streets with the highest level of vitality were preferred. We, therefore, concluded that it is important to create variety activities on campus, that campus design must consider more lively and safe pedestrian environments, and that this can be accomplished by increasing the level of vitality in the street space.

        공유 전동킥보드 이용환경만족도 영향요인 분석 - 서울시를 대상으로 -

        The purpose of this study is to propose a plan to promote the use of the shared electric kickboard by examining the usage behavior through a questionnaire for actual users and analyzing the factors influencing users’ satisfaction with the Use Environment. To this end, this study was conducted in Seoul, and 279 questionnaires were used for analysis. An ordered logit model was used for the analysis, and the main research results were as follows. First, regarding the purpose of using the shared electric kickboard, users use it not only for short-distance travel but also for leisure, and they use it in various ways as an auxiliary means of transportation and short-distance transportation for connection with public transportation. In addition, concerning the evaluation of the users’ Use Environment in consideration of road quality, convenience facilities, safety facilities, etc, this study indicate that there is a need to improvement the environment for using shared kickboard. Second, as a result of analyzing the factors influencing the satisfaction of the shared e-scooter usage environment, gender, final education, and subjective health status were significant in the characteristics of individuals and households, and rental system, accessibility, and road of use were in order for the evaluation of the usage environment. It appeared to be statistically significant. Therefore, in order to promote the shared electric kickboard service, the use environment (e.g., installation of designated stops, increase of equipment used, management of rental applications, and improvement of service) must be enhanced along with service use area expansion, adjustment of electric kickboard placement using user O/D data, and securing of safe driving space. A business plan is needed that considers factors influencing satisfaction.

        공공 전동자전거 서비스 지불의사금액 추정 - 서울시 E-따릉이를 중심으로 -

        The purpose of this study is to estimate the people’s amount of willingness to pay (WTP) for public electric bicycle services and to evaluate the proper usage fee and financial value of E-public bicycles services. The city can use this information to consider the operation of these services. The major research results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, an analysis of the factors affecting the people’s amount of willingness to pay for the introduction of public electric bicycle services in Seoul showed that among the socioeconomic characteristics of the individuals, age, gender, marital status, income level, housing type and Residential area affect the WTP. In addition, the correlation between the number of public bicycle use cases and the purpose and usage satisfaction, usage behaviors was also found to influence the WTP for public electric bicycle services. Second, the price at which the WTP was high for the introduction of public electric bicycles in Seoul was estimated to be approximately 329 won for five minutes for the basic fare of 1,000 won for 15 minutes. Therefore, based on the estimates of the users willingness to pay, the E-public bicycles fare must be set at 70 percent of the rate to use Kakao T-bike services, which is a similar private shared bicycle service. The results of this study are useful as a basis for estimating the city’s benefits of providing public electric bicycle services in the future by deriving the appropriate usage fees for E-public bicycles services using CVMs applied to public electric bicycle use in Seoul.
