The purpose of this study was presented the possibility of application to the convention industry by drawing to the finding that the Job Challenge traits of Meeting planner impacted on the self-efficacy, job satisfaction and Participation behavior. The result could be summarized as follows: First, the Job Challenge trait of Meeting planner indicated to effect of self-efficacy, job satisfaction and participation behavior. It also had the self-efficacy for their own task then it linked to the job satisfaction. Second, the job satisfaction impacted positively to the participation behavior. However it has showed that the Job Challenge trait of Meeting planner not impacted in the test of relationship on participate behavior through the self-efficacy. Finally, the result indicates that it will be valuable basic material to use as the internal marketing factors of personal organization activity.
