A Study of Guidance Plan for the Theme-centeredIntegrated Education of Music and Other Subjects,According to Revised 2009 CurriculumJia Shim Abstract: In modern society, learning has developed into a more professional and systematic form, and there has been a drastic increase in knowledge. However, integrated thinking skills, which compose this in a meaningful and systematic manner, have actually regressed. In order to overcome these problems, it is considered that integrated education, which enables for well-rounded development with holistic thinking abilities and integrated discernment, is needed. The research method and contents of this study are listed in the following. First, integrated education and the theoretical background of theme based integrated education were considered. Second, the evidence of integrated education displayed in the middle school education curriculum of 2009 was examined in order to verify the validity of integrated education through connection between music and other subjects. Third, musical pieces in music subject was based on to select the theme associated with the integrated education of music and subjects such as Korean language・Art・Society, and a teaching-learning guidance plan was provided. The integration between Music, Social studies, and Korean language subjects was conceived as a unit called ‘Patriotism’, and integration between Music and Art subjects was conceived as a unit called ‘Nature and Environment.’ Based on the findings of this research, plans and application of measures and guidance for more professional and creative integrated education between various subjects are to be implemented in the future. Key Words: Theme-centered Integrated Education of Music, Revised 2009 Curriculum, A Study of Guidance Plan, Music Educational Plan, Various Subjects 2009 개정 교육과정에 따른 중학교 음악 교과와 타 교과와의주제 중심 통합교육 수업 지도방안심 지 아** 연구 목적: 현대 사회에는 전문적이며 체계적인 지식과 정보는 폭발적으로 증가하였으나 이를 의미 있게 조직하고 구성할 수 있는 통합적 사고력은 그에 미치지 못한다. 이러한 문제를 극복하기 위해 총체적인 사고력과 통합적 안목을 지닐 수 있도록 하는 통합교육이 꼭 필요하다고 볼 수 있다. 연구 방법: 본 논문에서는 2009 개정 음악과 교육과정을 중심으로 주제 중심통합수업지도방안을 제시하고자 한다. 첫째, 통합교육과 주제 중심 통합교육의 이론적 배경을 고찰한다. 둘째, 음악과 타 교과 간 연계를 통한 통합교육의 타당성 입증하기 위해 2009 개정 교육과정에 나타난 통합교육의 근거를 검토해본다. 셋째, 음악 교과에 나온 제재곡 중심으로 국어, 미술, 사회교과와 통합교육에 연관성 있는 주제를 선정하여 교수-학습 지도안을 마련한다. 연구 내용: 음악, 사회, 국어 교과 간 통합은 ‘조국애’라는 단원으로, 음악과 미술 교과 간 통합은 ‘자연과 환경’이라는 단원으로 지도안을 구상하였다. 결론 및 제언: 주제 중심 통합교육은 학생들의 흥미를 고려한 주제를 선택하고 이에 따라 교육을 실시하기 때문에 음악수업에 관심을 가질 수 있으며. 자발적으로 수업에 참여할 수 있도록 한다. 또한 다른 교과와의 연계를 통해 총체적인 안목을 갖도록 하여 음악의 생활화가 가능하도록 한다. 앞으로도 음악과 다양한 교과 간에 전문적이며 창의적인 통합 교육에 대한 방안 및 지도안 계속 나오길 바란다. 핵심어: 음악과 주제중심통합교육, 2009개정 교육과정, 지도방안, 음악교육방안, 다양한 주제 □ 접수일: 2022년 7월 27일, 수정일: 2022년 8월 15일, 게재확정일: 2022년 8월 20일* 본 논문은 저자의 석사학위논문의 일부를 수정・보완한 것임. ** 중앙대학교 일반대학원 음악이론(음악학) 음악교육 박사과정(Doctoral Course, Chung-Ang Univ., Email: jia-86@hanmail.net)

This study employs Q-methodology to examine the multidimensional dynamics of creative capital in urban growth. By generating a Q-sample comprising 32 statements, the research explores the complex interplay between creative capital's contributions to urban development and the potential risks associated with its integration. Utilizing a diverse P-sample of government officials, public and private organization employees, and creative professionals, the Q-sort process uncovers four distinctive patterns that shape the discourse on creative capital in urban settings. The Q-method analysis reveals that creative capital fosters innovation, enhances livability, and promotes economic vitality, while also highlighting concerns about gentrification, resource allocation, and potential exacerbation of social inequalities. The study's findings contribute to the ongoing debate on the role of creative capital in contemporary urban development and offer novel insights into the multifaceted nature of this phenomenon. Theoretically, the research enriches the understanding of creative capital's complex relationship with urban growth, adding nuance to the existing body of literature. Practically, the study informs decision-making processes for urban policymakers, emphasizing the need for a balanced and inclusive approach when leveraging creative capital in urban planning and development initiatives. This research ultimately underscores the importance of considering both the transformative potential and the challenges associated with creative capital in the pursuit of sustainable and equitable urban growth.

기초지방자치단체 지역문화재단의 사업 우선순위 설정에 관한 연구 - 제도주의적 관점에서 계층화 분석법의 적용을 중심으로

This study investigates the prioritization in the operation and project implementation of South Korean local cultural foundations using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), a multi-criteria decision-making methodology. The purpose of this research is to provide insights into the decision-making processes of local cultural foundation personnel, grounded in the theoretical implications of institutionalism, including historical institutionalism, sociological institutionalism, and rational choice institutionalism. The contributions of this research are twofold: first, it demonstrates the applicability of AHP in multi-layered decision-making analysis, contributing to academic discourse on institutionalism and cultural administration and policy; and second, it offers practical insights to facilitate decision-making processes suitable for the environmental, situational, and conditional contexts of South Korean local cultural foundations. This study is anticipated to be academically and practically beneficial in analyzing decision-making for the promotion of regional culture in South Korea. 본 연구에서는 다기준 의사결정 방법론 중 하나인 계층화 분석법(AHP)을 활용하여 한국 기초지방자치단체 지역문화재단의 운영과 사업 추진에서의 우선순위 설정을 역사 적 제도주의, 사회학적 제도주의, 합리적 선택 제도주의 관점에서 탐구한다. 본 연구 의 목적은 제도주의가 제공하는 이론적 함의에 입각하여 기초지방자치단체 지역문화재 단 종사자들의 의사결정에 대한 통찰을 제공하는 것으로 다음과 같은 기여를 하고자 한다. 본 연구는 다층적인 의사결정 과정 분석에 있어 AHP 적용 가능성을 실증함으로 써 첫째, 제도주의와 문화행정⋅문화정책에 관한 학술적 논의에 기여하고, 둘째, 한국 지역문화재단의 환경⋅상황⋅조건에 적합한 의사결정이 이루어질 수 있도록 지원하는 통찰을 제공함으로써 실무적으로도 기여한다. 따라서 본 연구는 한국의 지역문화 진흥 을 위한 의사결정을 분석하는 데 학술적⋅실무적 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다.
