FRP의 사출성형에 있어서 섬유배향상태와 섬유함유율분포에 관한 연구

Injection molding is a very important industrial process for the manufacturing of plastics objects. During an injection molding process of composites, the fiber-matrix separation and fiber orientation are caused by the flow of molten polymer/fiber mixture. As a result, the product tends to be nonhomogeneous and anisotropic. Hence, it is very important to clarify the relations between separation?orientation and injection molding conditions. So far, there is no research on the measurement of fiber orientation using image processing. In this study, the effects of fiber content ratio and molding condition on the fiber orientation-angle distributions are studied experimentally. Using the image processing method, the fiber orientation distribution of weld-line in injection-molded products is assessed. And the effects of fiber content and injection mold-gate conditions on the fiber orientation are also discussed.

Because this can expect large quantity demand about Screw of special quality of extrusion Screw item, is become processing industry that adopt all kinds of small quantity production type. Accordingly, analysis by extrusion screw is also consisting of several directions. Extrusion screw differentia is appeared much at material selection of screw itself and each screw design as parts that cause a lot of high temperature and high tension and attrition among processing of product and use purpose and that should do it so that working conditions back according to kind of used balance may optimize of each Screw are desirable. In this treatise, analyzed and analyze single-screw that is using developing in Human Resource Training Project for regional Innovation subject considering pressure, temperature etc.. of extrusion screw using CFdesign that is 3 dimensional analysis program.

In present, vibration or thermalgenesis etc such as fundamental problem is reared up according to a machine tool is developing and the structures are vibrating of outside ocillator is several kinds. When lathe is processing, the tool dosen't want the vibration was ocurring for according to deep of cutting or transfer speed and also, if the vibration was ocurring, in lathe of the principal axis of the parts are caused of the thermal is occuring. However, by the generation of heat the thermal transformation of principal axis of the parts are whole machine tool of thermal transformation gives most important effect, the transformation of a machine tool was the maximum caused of the degree of processing thermal transformation. In the research, We make solve the caution to the high speed lathe processing of material according to vibration and thermal transformation are measuring and analyzing that we are using Infrared Camera and Data Acquisition system.

In this study, concerns the crashworthiness of the widely used vehicle structure, square thin-walled tubes, which are excellent on the point of the energy absorbing capacity. An experimental investigation was carried out to study the energy absorption characteristics of thin-walled square tubes subjected to dynamic crushing by axial loading to develop the optimum structural members. The impact velocity was tested in the rage 4.698~8.2m/s. To efficiently review the collapse characteristics of these sections, the simulation have been carried out using explicit FEM package, LS-DYNA. The solutions compared with results the impact collapse experiment. Here, the controller are introduced to improve and control the absorbed energy. of thin-walled square tubes in this paper. To predict and control the energy absorption, we designed it in consideration to the it's influence, height, thickness, wide ratio in this study. When the controller used, the experimental results of crushing of square tubes controlled by the controller's elements showed a good candidate for a controllable energy absorption capability in impact axial crushing.

And the effects of fiber content and injection mold shapes on the fiber orientation in case of fiber reinforced polymeric composites are studied experimentally.

Recently, according to the development of mechatronics industry that was composed of NT, ST, IT, RT and etc, the necessity of nano-parts was increased. Because of the necessity, this research was started for improving work precision of the parts as fixing UPCU (Ultra Precision Cutting Unit) on lathe. So, in this research, we executed the modeling of UPCU (Ultra Precision Cutting Unit) by the application of PZT, the relationship between the displacement of tool in UPCU and the cutting force of it has been in take a triangular position in the case of plane cutting. The modeling of system, that is containing the fine displacement, was performed. Also, we would like to find the optimal cutting condition through the simulation of relationship between the displacement and the cutting force.
인터리브가 삽입된 일방향 CFRP적층재의 동적층간파괴인성 특성

In this paper, an investigation was performed on the dynamic interlaminar acture toughness of unidirectional CFRP Laminates. Inserted interleaf the stacking sequences used in this experimentation is [ /F₂/ ]. In this experiments, Split Hopkinson's Bar test was applied to dynamic and notched flexure test. The fracture toughness of unidirectional CFRP was estimated by the analyzed deflection of the specimen and J-Integral with the measured impulsive load and reactions at the supported points. As an experimental results, the specimen [ /F₂/ ] showed greater than that of [ ] for the J-integral and displacement velocity at a measuring point within the range of experiment
