Effect of Air Distributor on the Fluidization Characteristics in Conical Gas Fluidized Beds

The effect of an air distributor on the fluidization characteristics of 1 mm glass beads has been determined in a conical gas fluidized bed (0.1 m - inlet diameter and 0.6 m in height) with an apex angle of 20o. To determine the effect of distributor geometry, five different perforated distributors were employed (the opening fraction of 0.009-0.037, different hole size, and number). The differential bed pressure drop increases with increasing gas velocity, and it goes from zero to a maximum value with increasing or decreasing gas velocity. From the differential bed pressure drop profiles with the distributors having different opening fractions, demarcation velocities of the minimum and maximum velocities of the partial fluidization, full fluidization, partial defluidization and the full defluidization are determined. Also, bubble frequencies in the conical gas fluidized beds were measured by an optical probe. In the conical bed, the gas velocity at which the maximum bed pressure drop attained increases with increasing the opening fraction of distributors.
좌식 사무 근로자의 운동 실천 유무가 신체구성, 폐기능 및 기초체력에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the body composition(body weight, %body fat, WHR, BMI), pulmonary function(FVC), and physical fitness(grip strength, sit-up, VO2max, sergeant jump, side step, and sit and reach) in sedentary office worker by exercise. Subjects of this study were 119 males who are working sedentary behavior for over 6 hours/day. They were divided into 2 groups such as exercise group(n=65) and non-exercise group(n=54). Exercise group has been conduct aerobic exercise on 30mins/day and 3times/week for over 3 months. The date was analyzed by using descriptive statistics, independent t-test and correlation analysis. There were significant difference in weight(p<.05), %body fat(p<.001), WHR(p<.001), BMI(p<.001), FVC(p<.01), sit-up(p<.05), and VO2max(p<.05) between exercise and non-exercise group. In correlation analysis, there were negatively associated with weight(p<.05), %body fat(p<.001), WHR(p<.01) and BMI(p<.01), and positively associated with FVC(p<.01), situp(p<.05), and VO2max(p<.05) by exercise. Sedentary office worker had higher body composition, and lower pulmonary function and physical fitness than same age’s adult. There were significant differences in body composition, pulmonary function, and physical fitness between exercise and control group. Exercise group had different body composition, pulmonary function, and physical fitness from same age’s adult because of longtime sedentary life in office. Therefore, sedentary office workers need effective level of regular aerobic and resistance exercise to get balance of body composition and improvement of stabilization of musculoskeletal system.

This study was to analyze the effect of the listening of different tempo of music on heart-lung function during maximum exercise. After conducting exercise with listening of each tempo of music, the change of heart-lung function were found. The results were as follow. First, HR with listening of different tempo of music during maximum exercise was appeared to be significant difference in 10 minutes. Second, VE with listening of different tempo of music during maximum exercise were appeared to be significant differences around 5 and 30 minutes. In conclusion, there was a significant difference in HR between fast tempo of dance music and slow tempo of ballard music in 10 minutes. That is, the fast tempo of dance music was shown to be more effective than slow tempo of ballard music during exercise. Also, there were significant differences in VE around 5 and 30 minutes. Therefore, this study suggested that fast tempo music was more effective than slow tempo music during aerobic exercise. Future study based on popular music will be conducted to analyze the physiological and psychological factors for different age groups. .
코밴드 착용이 점증부하 유산소운동시 심폐기능에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 H대학교에 재학중인 20대 대학생으로 평상시 꾸준한 운동을 하고 있으며 의학적으로 이상소견이 없는자 8명을 선정하였다. 실험 30분전에 모두 H대학교 스포츠의학실에 입실하여 가장 편한 자세로 휴식을 취하였고 대상자의 신체구성은 나이(20.75±2.19), 신장(174.5±5.71), 체중(67.88±5.17), BMI(22.25±.71)이다. 모든 피험자들은 폴라를 착용하고 체육과학연구원에서 개발한 KISS protocol을 이용하여 실험하였다. VO2max(Maximal Oxygen Comsumption(VO2max)), HR(Heart Rate), VE(Ventilation), RER(Respiratory Exchange Ratio) 모두 뚜렷한 유의한 차는 나타나지 않았으나 본 연구의 단발성 연구보다는 장기간의 유산소운동을 실시할 경우 효과를 나타낼 것이라 사료된다. This research has been conducted by twenty students of H university who usually do exercise. Among them, eight students with healthy body were picked. In a lap of physiology of exercise of H university where researchers offered a moderate resting time before on test. Boby Composition of age(20.75±2.19), height(174.5±5.71), weight(67.88±5.17) and BMI(22.25±.71). All students wore the pola and got testes by KISS protocol made by Korea Sport Science Institute. After the test we have found that there was omly insignificant indication as to VO2max(Maximal Oxygen Comsumption(VO2max)), HR(Heart Rate), VE(Ventilation), and RER(Respiratory Exchange Ratio). But, we suggest that a long-term research with an aerobic program is more effective then short-term conduction.

수박 중 생산단계 농약잔류허용기준 설정을 위한 농약의 잔류특성 연구

수박 중 생산단계 농약잔류허용기준 설정을 위한 잔류농약의 경시적 변화를 조사하고자 본 연구를 수행하였다. 수박에 사용 등록된 농약 중 Bistrifluron 등 5개 살충제와 Amisulbrom 등 6개 살균제를 대상으로 익산(포장 1)와 고창(포장 2)의 수박 생산지에서 작물 잔류성 시험을 수행하였다. 농약별 안전사용기준의 추천 살포농도로 희석하여 1회 살포한 후 0, 1, 2, 3, 5, 7 및 10일차에 총7번에 걸쳐 시료를 채취하여 잔류농약을 분석하였다. 농약성분별 정량한계는 0.01~0.05 mg/kg 수준으로 모두 0.05 mg/kg 이하이었다. 분석법 신뢰성 확보를 위해 수박 공시료에 농약성분별 회수율 실험을 실시하였으며, 처리수준은 정량한계, 정량한계의 10배, MRL 중 2 수준에서 결정하였다. 회수율은 73.1~109.6% 수준으로 70~110% 기준을 충족하였으며 변이계수는 10.2% 이내이었다. 확립된 분석법을 활용하여 포장시험 시료를 분석하여 10일간의 잔류농약 경시적 변화를 확인하였으며, 95% 신뢰수준에서 감소상수 하한값을 산출하고 농약성분별 생물학적 반감기를 산출하였다. 이를 토대로 출하전 일자별 농약잔류허용기준(안)을 제시하고자 한다.
