본 연구는 유치원 현장의 직무체험을 통해 나타나는 예비유아교사의 직업에 대한 기대 및 성취에 관한 의미를 탐색하는 것이 목적이다. 연구대상은 경기도 P시에 위치한 3년제 대학에 재학 중인 유아교육과 1학년 15명이다. 4주 동안 실시된 직무체험프로그램을 마친 후에 예비유아교사에게 나타난 성취에 대한 의미를 질문지와 면담을 통해 알아보았다. 연구결과, 첫째, 예비유아교사들의 직무체험프로그램에 대한 기대는 수업준비, 수업실행, 일상생활지도 시 교사 역할의 실제를 알고 배우고자 하는 것이었다. 둘째, 실제로 직무체험프로그램에서 경험한 것으로는 수업준비와 실행, 일상생활지도 외에도 유아의 발달적 특징, 개인차, 놀이방식의 차이 등을 보고 유아관련 지식을 체험했으며, 학급운영과 부모상담 및 돌봄에 이르기까지 유아교사직의 업무가 생각보다 많은 일들을 감당해야 함을 알게 되었다고 밝혔다. 마지막으로 직무체험프로그램을 마친 후 성취한 것에 대해서 예비유아교사들은 유아교사직의 실제를 체험함으로써 유아와의 행복한 시간만이 있는 것이 아니라 유아교사의 업무가 과중함을 알게 되었기에 스스로 보람을 느끼고 성공적으로 해내기 위해서는 체력과 정신력을 기르고 밝고 긍정적이면서도 솔선수범이 되는 교사의 태도를 갖추는 것이 중요하고 학업 뿐 아니라 다양한 경험을 쌓는 것이 중요함을 깨달았다. 이러한 결과는 예비유아교사들의 유아교사직에 대한 확신을 갖고 교사직과 관련된 다양한 직무를 직접 경험할 수 있는 현장에서 직무체험제공의 중요성을 시사한다. The purpose of this study was to examine the change in pre-service early childhood teacher"s meaning through a job experience program. 15 students majoring in Early Childhood Education of K University participated in this study. Participants were provided a field-based job experience program for 4 weeks. Data was collected through pre-and post- questionnaires which enabled participants to freely share opinions. As a result of this study, pre-service teachers" expect teacher" know to preparation for a class, teaching performance, role of teacher for daily life guidance. Second, it is the actual experiences were infant knowledge, class management, parent counseling and care. Third, achievements included not only facilitating positive teacher behaviors, but also school performance. Moreover, it is important that variety of experience. The findings of this study imply that providing field-based job experience for the confidence of pre-service teachers regarding teaching and variety experience of job-related.

한국형 12성품교육이 예비유아교사의 인성에 미치는 효과성

본 연구는 한국형 12성품교육이 예비유아교사의 인성에 미치는 효과성을 알아보는 데에 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 경기도 평택시 소재 K대학교 유아교육과에 재학 중인 1, 2학년 예비유아교사 45명을 대상으로 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 paired t-test와 Correlation(상관관계분석)을 실시하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국형 12성품교육은 예비유아교사들의 12성품 즉, 인성을 향상시키는 데 있어 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 한국형 12성품교육 후 예비교사들의 12성품은 KEDI 인성검사 결과와 높은 상관관계를 보였다. 이런 연구결과를 볼 때, 12성품교육은 유아교육 현장에서 인성교육 정책 수립뿐만 아니라 인성교육에 대한 구체적 내용을 계획하고 수립하는데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of the Korean-style 12-character education upon pre-service early childhood teachers. To achieve this research objective, it targeted 45 pre-service early childhood teachers as freshmen and sophomores who are attending the Department of Early Childhood Education at K university where is located in Pyeongtaek city of Gyeonggi Province. The collected data were carried out paired t-test and Correlation by using SPSS WIN 21.0 program. The results are as follows. First, the Korean-style 12-character education was indicated to have positive influence upon improving twelve dispositions, namely, personalities of the pre-service early childhood teachers. Second, following the Korean-style 12-character education, the twelve characters in the pre-service early childhood teachers showed high correlation with the outcome of KEDI personality test. In light of these findings, the 12-character education is expected to be likely able to be utilized as basic data in planning and establishing the specific contents on personality education as well as in making a personality education policy in the field of early childhood education.

누리과정과 유아교육 포털사이트에서 제시되는 음악활동분석

본 연구는 누리과정과 유아교육 포털사이트에서 제시되는 음악활동을 분석해보고 우리나라 유아 음악교육의 전반적인 내용을 이해하기 위해 실시되었다. 연구결과 첫째, 유아교육기관에서 음악활동에 관한 교육과정 편성 시 누리과정을 참고하는 비율이 52%였고, 유아교육 사이트를 참고하는 비율 또한 48%로 높았으며, 음악활동 편성에 있어서 누리과정은 다른 유아교육 사이트에 비해 우리나라 국악, 전래동요, 민요의 제시가 높았다. 둘째, 누리과정과 유아교육사이트에서는 4세를 대상으로 하는 음악활동의 일치도가 높았으며, 누리과정과 사이트 간 전체 일치된 음악활동은 5곡 뿐이었다.
