This paper aims to examine the possibility of using an environmentally friendly $N_2$ as an alternative gas to $SF_6$. For this purpose, we have investigated breakdown characteristics of $N_2$ under impulse voltages in a quasi-uniform electric field gap. The 1.2/50[${\mu}s$] lightning impulse voltage, switching impulse voltages and oscillatory impulse voltages were applied at the test gap. The electric field utilization factor ranges from 0.5 to 0.8. The experimental data of $SF_6$ and $N_2$ acquired in the same experimental condition are presented in parallel for comparison. As a result, the breakdown voltages in $SF_6$ and $N_2$ are linearly increased with the gas pressure, also the breakdown voltages in $N_2$ are increased with increasing the gap distance and electric field utilization factor. The positive breakdown voltages are higher than the negative breakdown voltages. The nagative basic lightning impulse withstand level of 150[kV] in $N_2$ of about 0.5[MPa] is nearly equal to that in $SF_6$ of 0.15[MPa]. It is seen from the results obtained in this work that $N_2$ can be used as an eco-friendly alternative gas to $SF_6$ in distribution power equipment.

길상(吉祥)이란 ‘좋은 일이 일어날 징조’를 뜻하며, 좋은 상징을 주변에 두어 좋은 일이 일어나는 것을 바라는 모든 행위를 뜻한다. 이제까지의 길상연구는 조선 시대 길상 문양에 국한해서 양식을 계승하는 응용연구가 대부분이었으나, 이제 길상을 근본에서 고찰하는 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 길상을 인류 공통의 상징기호로 바라보고, 선사시대 상징으로의 길상 기호와 그 확산 및 계승을 연구하였다. 이어서 본인이 제작한 현대적 길상 작품과 주요 길상 소재를 고찰하고, 길상 연구의 방향성을 제시하였다. 길상은 인류의 본질적 심리에서 유래한 선사시대 상징기호에서 시작된 그래피즘이다. 따라서 조선 시대 전통만이 길상 연구영역은 아니다. 길상은 한 개인의 희망과 바람을 넘어 그 시대, 그 지역민의 집단적 사상이 형성된 것이기에, 연구에서는 조형, 기호, 의미론적으로 다양한 해석이 가능하고 시대별, 지역별 바람을 해석할 수 있다. 또한, 제작에 있어 조선 시대의 답습이 아닌 오늘날의 바람을 함축하여 현대적으로 재해석한 다양한 디자인 또는 스토리텔링 제작이 가능하다. We examine the source and modern application of Auspicious Pattern, also known as ‘Gilsang’. This symbol, which represents good things to come, has been a part of human history for thousands of years. Previous studies have focused on the patterns of Gilsang in Joseon Dynasty and its connection, However, there is now a need for research that examines Gilsang at a fundamental level. This study takes a closer look at Gilsang as a common symbol of humanity and considers its prehistoric origins, its spread, and its evolution. We review the modern works on Gilsang designed by the author of this research, as well as major subjects related to the symbol, and suggest directions for future research. Gilsang is a form of graphism that originated from prehistoric symbols that reflect the essential psychology of mankind. Therefore, research on Gilsang should not be limited to the traditions of Joseon Dynasty. It represents the collective thoughts and desires of a particular time and place, rather than the wishes of an individual. As such, research on Gilsang can reveal various interpretations in terms of form, symbol, and meaning, and shed light on the desires of different eras and regions. In addition, the production of Gilsang designs and stories can be reinterpreted in modern ways, reflecting current wishes rather than simply following the traditions of Joseon Dynasty.

Objectives: The objective of this study is to grasp effects of role-conflict and role-ambiguity on team performances in hospital employees and to verify the mediating effects of relationship conflict and task conflict on the relationships among the variables. Methods: In order to achieve research purposes, an empirical study model was designed to test the cause-and-effect relationship between team performances and conflicts among the members through earlier studies. The subjects were 280 employees of 9 hospitals located in Busan and the survey was conducted by self-administered questionnaire. Results: The role ambiguity was the greatest in team performance, the task conflict in sequence and the relationship conflict in order. In terms of direct effect, the task conflict was the biggest variable. However, the role ambiguity which has both direct and indirect effects was verified as the most important variable among variables in study model. Conclusions: In conclusion, the role ambiguity in total effect and the task conflict in direct effect are the most precious variable. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the management method to effectively manage the role ambiguity and the task conflict among the different conflicts in organization.

Objective : Our purpose of study was to investigate whether in vivo levels of tumor necrosis factor-α in plasma and peritoneal fluid (PF) differ in women with and without endometriosis. Design : Prospective and case-control study. Methods : Fifty-seven women with laparotomy or laparoscopic findings of minimal to severe endometriosis, and forty-two women with no visual evidence of pelvic endometriosis and with benign gynecologic disease. Tumor necrosis factor-α levels in plasma and PF were determined using commercial ELISA. Tumor necrosis factor-α concentrations were compared among women with and without endometriosis, and then also were compared according to the revised American Fertility Society classification. Results : Tumor necrosis factor-α concentrations were not significantly increased in the plasma and PF of women with endometriosis than in matched normal controls. Tumor necrosis factor-α concentrations in endometriosis stage III and IV were sightly increased, which were not increased statistically significant. Conclusions : Plasma and PF tumor necrosis factor-α levels were not different between women with and without endometriosis. Our results do not rule out the hypothesis that tumor necrosis factor-α may be involved in the pathogenesis of some features of endometriosis.
