4-Chloro-α-(4-chlorophenyl)-α-(trichloromethyl) Benzyl Alcohol(Dicofol)의 各種有機溶媒中에서의 安定性

Dicofol의 各種 有機溶媒에 對한 安定性을 調査하기 위하여 -5℃에서 7日間 放置하여 그 沈搬生成有無를 調査하고, 50℃에서 56日間 處理한 다음 各種溶媒에 對해서 Dicofol의 分解形態를 T.L.C.로 確認하였으며, 그 主成分 分解率을 2週간격으로 ga5 chromatography로 測定하였다. 그 結果 Dicofol 水和劑와 N.N-dimethyiformamide 및 cyclohexanone 溶液에서는 Dicofol의 主成分 分解率이 各各 1.2%, 6.7%, 13.3%이었으나 xylene, touluene, M.I.B.K. 및 isophorone 溶液에서는 沈澱이 生成되어 Dicofol의 溶劑로서는 적합하지 못하였다. 이러한 事實로 미루어 볼 때 供試된 各種 有機溶媒中에서 Dicofol의 製濟上 가장 적합한 溶媒는 isophorone 임을 알았다. This experiment was carried out to investigate the stability of Dicofol solutions which were prepared with various organic solvents such as xylene, toluene, methylisobutyl ketone (H.I.B.K.), cyclohexanone, N.N.-dimetyl formamide (N.N.-D.M.F.) and isophorone under different temperature and storage period. The decomposition rate of Dicofol was increased in the order of cyclohexanone> N.N.-D.M.F.>W.P.>toluene, xylene, M.I.B.K. and isophorone. However, it was shown that precipitation was found in Dicofol solutions such as xylene, toluene and M.I..B.K. except isophorone. Therefore, isophrrone was recognized as the best of organic solvents tested for Dicofol in the case of emulsifiable concentrate formulation with it.
초등학교 도덕과 수업에서 인공지능 윤리교육 방안 탐색 연구

Undeniably, artificial intelligence (AI) has become a part of modern life, because its use offers convenience and benefits. However, it faces various problems with several issues that require solutions. Children are no exception to this reality. Therefore, this study intended to theoretically explore the values and norms specific to children who are facing the age of AI. We conducted an investigation of the actual situation of ethics in relation to AI and the negative and positive effects and dilemmas associated with such ethics. Based on the results, the study proposed several methods for effectively teaching AI ethics and provided suggestions for the future direction for AI ethics as part of moral education in elementary school. Therefore, this thesis consists of the theoretical exploration of ethics in relation to AI and presents the goals and contents of and methods for teaching for AI ethics.
Reversible Neuropsychiatric Symptoms of Primary Hyperparathyroidism after Parathyroidectomy

Primary hyperparathyroidism, mainly caused by parathyroid adenoma, is a disease in which most patients are asymptomatic and usually diagnosed incidentally by routine laboratory tests. Even if symptoms are present, they tend to be nonspecific, such as fatigue, irritability, and weakness, making primary hyperparathyroidism difficult to diagnose based only on symptoms. This case report describes a patient with parathyroid adenoma who visited the Department of Family Medicine with difficulty in describing her symptoms due to dominant neuropsychiatric symptoms. She had neuropsychiatric symptoms, such as lack of energy and concentration, foggy state, sleeplessness, nervousness, depressive symptoms, and multiple musculoskeletal pain. Hyperparathyroidism was difficult to diagnose based solely on a gibberish patient’s description of symptoms, and she was not aware that she had severe osteoporosis. Neuropsychiatric symptoms and multiple musculoskeletal pain improved after excision of the parathyroid adenoma.

One of the most serious problems in Korea in the recent years is the aging society. In the future, the proportion of elderly people aged ≥65 years is expected to increase rapidly, with an expected corresponding rise in medical expenses. However, the capacity of admission is not going to increase enough as expansion of elderly people in the future, which is the problem our society is facing. In our hospital, we introduced the Home Care Nursing Services directed by Family Physician (HCNSFM) program in 2017. This system was established to provide additional medical treatment and nursing facilities to patients treated at the hospital and to ensure the maintenance of necessary treatments in their community. Candidates of the HCNSFM program may include bed-ridden elderly patients, patients with dementia or cerebral infarction, patients with chronic respiratory diseases, patients needing additional treatment after cancer surgery, patients who were recommended to stay at home after chemotherapy, and patients who are expected to experience emergency situations. The aim of the HCNSFM program is to provide continuous medical care and helps patients return to their daily lives without anxiety as early as possible. This will allow hospital specialties to focus on more severe and complicated cases in the tertiary hospital.
초등학교 과학과 자유탐구 활동에서 교사와 학생이 겪는 어려움 분석

The purpose of this study was to investigate and analyze the elementary teachers` views and students` views about the difficulties in teaching and learning on open inquiry activities of elementary school science. Semi- structured interviews were conducted individually with three elementary teachers who have serviced more than three years, and with twenty four elementary students attending schools located in Cheongju City. And their anecdotes were collected and analyzed. The interview questions were developed through Seidman`s steps to acquire the reliability in the interview data. From the interviews and anecdotes, we found that elementary teachers` views about the difficulties of teaching open inquiry activities: the difficulties of teaching in finding inquiry problem and planning inquiry, the difficulties of managing group activities, the difficulties of managing class hours for inquiry, the lack of the students` inquiry abilities, and problems on students` affective characteristics. And the students have the views about the difficulties in doing open inquiry activities: the difficulties of finding inquiry problem and planning inquiry, being unaccustomed to write reports, the troubles with investigating, problems on affective characteristics, the difficulties of joining in a group, and the lack of inquiry abilities. The teachers give suggestions for effective application of the open inquiry activities: first, the teachers must encourage students` emotion and will in doing open inquiry activities, second, there must be the steady inquiry teaching and learning in ordinary elementary science classes. Based on the results, this study suggested that elementary teachers should concern specially about students` being unaccustomed to write reports and the troubles in doing scientific investigation.
