최근 농업분야에서 드론은 파종, 시비, 생육 모니터링, 생산량 예측 등 다양한 방법으로 이용되고 있으며 특히 드론과 다중분광 카메라를 활용하여 작물의 생장을 모니터링하고 생산량을 예측하는 연구들이 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 연구대상이 논작물과 밭작물에 집중되어 있고 동계 사료작물의 경우는 관련 연구가 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 드론과 다중분광 카메라를 활용하여 동계 사료작물의 생육현황을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 동계 사료작물의 검량식을 개발하였다. 연구대상지는 전라북도 나주시 동강면 일대로 영농활동이 이루어지고 있는 실경작지이며 4월부터 9월까지 벼농사를 하고 10월에 동계 사료작물을 파종하여 다음해 4월에 수확하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 호밀, 총체보리, 이탈리안 라이그라스(이하 IRG)를 연구대상으로 하였으며 2018년 10월에 파종을 하고 월동 후인 2019년 2월부터 4월말까지 대상지의 분광영상 획득 및 지상식생조사를 실시하였다(2월 26일, 3월 26일, 4월 4일, 4월 22일). 분광영상은 드론에 장착한 다중분광카메라(RedEdge; MicaSence Inc., Seattle, WA, USA)로 획득하였고 촬영된 영상은 NDVI(Normalized Differential Vegetation Index) 영상으로 변환하였다. 지상식생조사는 초종별로 10개 지점을 무작위로 선정하여 건물수량과 조사 위치를 측정하였다. 그리고 NDVI에서 건물수량을 예측하기 위한 검량식을 초종별로 작성하고 상관관계를 분석하였다. 조사결과 2월부터 4월까지의 초종별 NDVI는 호밀이 0.38∼0.92(평균:0.80), 총체보리가 0.47∼0.92(평균:0.75), IRG가 0.57∼0.99(평균:0.84)로 나타났고, 건물수량은 호밀이 44.4∼4,888.9(평균:1,950.7) ㎏/ha, 총체보리가 46.7∼6,111.1(평균:2,410.8) ㎏/ha, IRG가 32.2∼9,333.3(평균:2,863.3) ㎏/ha으로 조사되었다. 그리고 세 작물 모두 NDVI와 건물수량의 상관관계가 높게 나타났다(호밀; R<sup>2</sup>=0.91, 총체보리; R2=0.96, IRG; R2=0.92). 본 연구에서는 드론과 다중분광 카메라를 활용한 동계사료작물의 생육 모니터링 가능성을 확인하였으나 연구결과의 현장 활용을 위해서는 호밀, 총체보리, IRG 이외의 사료작물에 대한 추가 연구와 지역별 추가 연구가 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 그리고 향후에는 사료작물의 작황예측에 활용될 수 있도록 연구를 지속할 계획이다.
설계초기 동선 분석을 위한 BIM기반 정량 평가지표 및 평가체계에 관한 연구

In order to ensure a certain level of the quality of design, standardized evaluation indicators are being used as an objective criterion. Even though the evaluation indicators are quantifiable, limitations such as inefficiency and inconsistency caused by manual task in the evaluation process still have been found. BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology that is commonly adopted in architectural design process provides an environment which enables us to figure out a building model to be interpreted quantitatively with the basis of the building information model. It supports quantitative, consistent, accurate and quick evaluations so as to improve quality of design even in the initial design phase. This paper aims to establish BIM-enabled quantitative indicators and an evaluation framework to analyze building circulation even in early phase of design. The indicators are composed of 4 types (relative distance, accessibility, simplicity, pedestrian friendliness) and 7 sub-types. The evaluation framework is the process to derive Parameterized Path Value (PPV) as weighting on each indicator. For demonstrating the scalability of the suggested evaluation indicators and the framework, the authors implemented an evaluation tool and a case study has been carried out by using an actual building remodel project.
BIM기반 설계 품질검토 자동화를 위한 건축 관련 법규문장의 객체 및 속성 표현에 대한 체계화 접근방법

This paper aims to classify objects and their properties represented in Korea Building Act sentences for applying to BIM-enabled automated code compliance checking task. In order to conduct automated code compliance checking, it is necessary to develop translation process of converting the building act sentences into computer-executable forms. However, since Korea building act sentences are written in natural language, some of requirements are ambiguous to translate explicitly. In this regard, the building act sentences regarding building permit requirements are analyzed focusing on the regulation-specific objects and related properties representation from noun phrases within the scope of this paper. From 1977 building act sentences and attached reference regulations, 1200 regulation-specific objects and about 220 related properties are extracted and classified. In the application for the classification, object-property database is implemented and some of application using the database and the regulation-specific classification is suggested to support to generate rule set written in computable codes.
리모델링 주거 설계 지원을 위한 BIM기반 대안분석 접근방법

As housing deterioration has become a serious issue, the demand of building remodeling as one of the practicable solutions is growing. In order to support building remodeling project from design to construction, BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology is getting attention in these days. This paper aims to introduce BIM-enabled analysis approach for determining optimal design alternatives mainly in early phase of remodeling projects. For building remodeling various requirements such as residents’ characteristics and existing building and its regional conditions are needed to be considered. In this paper, housing building alternative models are generated on the basis of housing unit models for specific users. Among the various BIM-enabled applications for analyzing those alternatives, this paper focuses on 1) preliminary energy and daylight analysis, 2) space program review and 3) indoor circulation analysis based on specific scenarios. As one of the design supporting tools, BIM-enabled applications enable diverse design alternatives to be compared quantitatively in effective ways by use of rich building information. This paper also tests the applicability of suggested BIM-enabled analysis approach through an actual case of a remodeling project and represents that quantity-based analysis between design alternatives can be objective references to support design-decision making process.
건축법규 자동검토를 위한 법규문장으로부터의 객체 및 속성 체계화 및 데이터베이스 구축

This paper aims to develop a relational and hierarchical structure for building objects and their property sets derived from the Korea Building Act sentences. It ultimately enables us to conduct an automated code compliance checking task by using an object-property mapping mechanism introduced in this paper. The building act sentences regarding building permit requirements are analyzed within the scope of the paper. From 1977 building act sentences and attached reference regulations, about 1200 regulation-specific objects with related properties are extracted. Based on the regulation-specific objects and their properties, object-property database is implemented to generate rule set written in computable codes. The Industry Foundation Class (IFC) has been adopted widely as an interoperable standard format for BIMenabled automated compliance checking. However, the IFC format cannot fully support to represent overall objects in Korea building codes. In this regard, the object-property database driven from the act sentences represents explicit structure and supports exact mapping between regulation-specific objects and building model objects within the scope of the building act.
