본 연구의 목적은 노인들을 대상으로 그들의 신체적인 건강유지, 증진뿐만 아니라 심리적·정신적, 사회적, 영적 접근을 통한 총체적 교육프로그램을 실시하고 있는 G시의 있는 교회의 노인교육프로그램을 분석함으로써 노인건강증진을 위한 노인교육프로그램모델을 구축하기 위한 기초자료를 삼고자 시도하였다. 또한 교회에서 노인교육프로그램 운영 모형을 구성요소인 조직관리, 재정, 인력, 프로그램과 서비스, 모니터링 및 평가를 중심으로 조사결과를 분석하여 노인을 위한 교육프로그램모형을 제시하면서 세부적으로 이루어질 수 있는 전달체계와 실천흐름도를 개발하였다. 노인 건강증진을 위한 노인교육프로그램 진행기간은 2001년 3월 13일부터 11월 27일까지였고, 프로그램 내용은 1) 강의 2) 문화마당 3) 복리 후생사업 4) 사회봉사활동 5) 신앙생활 6)이·미용, 목욕서비스 7) 사랑의 식당 8) 건강행위, 건강·간호상담, 영적 간호 등으로 진행되었다. 연구대상은 G시에 없는 일 교회 노인교육프로그램을 참여하는 70여명의 노인에게 제공되었고, 이중 22명을 편의 표집하여 대상으로 하였다. 자료수집은 질문지를 이용한 면접법을 이용하였고 자료분석방법은 SPSS/PC를 이용하여 Frequency, X2-test로 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 얻어진 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 노인교육프로그램에 알게 된 경로는 교회광고가 대부분으로 76,2%였고 참석이유는 배움이 즐거워서라는 이유가 65%로 나타났다. 결석빈도는 무결석 노인이 14명, 1-2회 결석한 노인이 5명이었다. 2. 남녀에 따른 노인교육프로그램 출석여부를 확인한 편과 여자노인(75%)이 남자노인(71.4%)보다 출석율이 높았다. 3. 전반적인 노인교육프로그램 주요내용(강의, 문화, 사회봉사활동 및 건강행위, 건강·간호상담, 영적 간호)에 대한 만족은 90%가 매우 만족한다고 응답하였고, 하부내용으로 식사는 100%가 매우 만족, 미용은 86.7%가 매우 만족, 목욕은 88.9%가 매우 만족, 야유회는 88.2%가 매우 만족한다고 응답하였다. 4. 남녀에 따른 노인교육프로그램 만족도를 분석한 결과 남녀 모두 매우 만족한다고 응답하였다. 이상의 연구결과에서 신체적인 건강유지, 증진뿐만 아니라 심리적·정신적, 사회적, 영적인 건강증진을 위한 교회의 노인교육프로그램이 노인들에게 매우 긍정적으로 지각된 것으로 사료된다. The elderly educational program help the elderly to keep healthy and improve their health from view of holistic health care. The purpose of this study is to provide the basic resources for developing the elderly educational program by investigating the satisfaction on program elderly educational program. The data were collected from March 13 to November 27, 2001 by using questionnaire method. The subjects were 22 of 70 elderly, who were conveniently selected from G-elderly educational program program in G-city. The data were analyzed by frequency, x^2-test using SPSS/PC program. This elderly educational program were consisted of 1) Lecture 2) Culture program 3) Welfare service 4) Social service 5) Christianity life 6) Hair stylist-bath service 7) Cafeteria of love 8) Health behavior, Health-Nursing counseling, Spiritual nursing. The results of this study were summarized as follows; 1. The G-elderly educational program recommended to elderly and the reason of taking elderly educational program is to enjoy study time. Most attend club. 2. The analysis of attendance rate shows that the female group is higher than the male group. 3. The survey of satisfaction level shows main-program 90% in the elderly. In sub-program satisfaction level shows lunch service 100%, Hair stylist service 86.7%, bath service 88.9%, picnic 88.2%. 4. The elderly educational program was satisfied by the all. After elderly educational program, it was shown that the program was to improve the satisfaction level in the elderly.

Salmonella typhimurium 세포질내 단백질 분해효소의 부분정제 및 특성에 관한 연구

A neutral protease was partial purified from salmonella typhimurium (ACTT 14028). The enzyme was purified by using DEAE-Trisacryl M and AcA54 gel filtration column chhromatography. This enzyme was activated against a low molecular weight synthetic dipeptide substrate with a fluoroscent amino terminal leaving group, carbobenzoyl-arginine-arginine-7-amino-4-trifluromethyl-coumarin (CBZ-arg-arg-AFC). The optimal pH was 7.0 and molarity was 0.1M sodium phosphate buffer. The molecular weight of partial purified enzyme was approximately 67,000 daltons by molecular sieve chromatography. This enzyme was capable of degrading CBZ-arg-arg-AFC but showed no hydrolysis carbobenzoyl-phenylalanyl-arginine-7-amino-4-trifuromethylcoumarine (CBZ-phe-arg-AFC), azocoll and azocasein. Inhibitors serine proteases,including diisopropyl flurophosphate (DEP), phenylmethyl sulfonylfluoride (PMSF), N-P-tosyl-L-lysine chloromethyl ketone (TPCK), showed the greatest inhibitory effect among the inhibitors tested for partial purified protease. No significant inhibition was observed with N-ethyl-maleimide(NEM),leupeptin,iodoacetic acid, L-trans-epo-xysuccinyl-leucylamide (4-guanino) butane (E-64) of inhibitors against cysteine protease, pepstatin against aspartic protease, or 1, 10-phenanthroline, ethylene diamine tetraacetate (EDTA) against metallo protease. These results indicated that the partial purified endoproteolytic enzyme of s.typhimurium (ATCC 14028) was neutral serine protease.
