유료생활시설 노인의 입소의사결정과정이 입소 후 적응에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

양로시설에의 입소는 노인들에게 새로운 환경에 대한 적응을 요구하는 생애에 있어서 중요한 사건중의 하나이다. 본 연구는 양로원 입소 의사결정과정과 입소 의사결정과정이 입소 후 적응에 미치는 영향을 밝혀내기 위하여 수행되어졌다. 입소 의사결정과정은 ‘입소결정통제’ 및 ‘입소희망정도’로, 입소 후 적응은 생활만족도로 측정되었다. 시설노인들의 생활만족도에 영향을 미친다고 알려진 ADL, 건강, 활동수준, 사회적 지지를 통제하면서 중다회귀분석을 실시한 결과 ‘입소결정 통제’, ‘입소희망정도’가 건강, 사회적 지지와 함께 입소 후 적응에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과에 따른 노인들의 시설에서의 만족스런 삶을 제고하기 위한 실천적 함의와 후속연구에 대한 함의가 제시되었다. Institutionalization is one of important life events which require for the elderly major changes in their lives. This study is carried out to assess decision-making process and its effects on adjustment of relocation to a nursing home in the elderly. Two variables, decisional control and wanting to move to a nursing home were used to measure decision-making process. The result of multiple regression analysis controlling for health, ADL, activity, and social support suggests that decisional control and wanting to a nursing home with health, social support influence relocation adjustment. Implications for practice and further research are discussed.

이주민 100만 시대가 넘어서면서 정부와 시민사회단체, 학계를 중심으로 다문화 사회의 요구에 대응하기 위한 움직임이 활발히 시도되고 있으나 이주민에 대한 법체계는 미비하며, 한국인들의 타문화에 대한 편견으로 인하여 이주민들은 여러 면에서 차별을 받고 있다. 이주민의 증가라는 현실 앞에서 한국사회가 조화로운 그리고 통합된 사회로 나아가기 위해서는 한국인의 타문화에 대한 의식이 변화되어야만 한다. 본 연구는 캐나다에서 캐나다 사회에의 온전한참여를 방해할 수 있는 인종, 민족적 또는 종교적배경에 관련된 장애물을 제거하기 위해 실시되고있는 다양한 다문화주의 프로그램 중 인종 및 민족 차별 방지와 개선을 위해 실시되고 있는 프로그램을 살펴보고 우리나라 다문화 교육 프로그램의 개발과 운영에 있어서의 시사점을 모색하였다. As the number of migrants are exceeding one million in Korea, Korean governments, civil society, and academics are actively working to respond to the needs of the multicultural society. However, the law system is not sufficient and migrants are experiencing discrimination in many aspects due to the Korean`s cultural prejudice. Facing the rapid increase of migrant population, Korean society are required to change their citizens` awareness and attitude to proceed toward a harmonious and integrated society. This study attempted to review the Canada`s Multicultural Program operated by Canada Heritage to get rid of the barriers which prevent from full participation of ethnic cultural groups in Canadian society and to suggest its implications for the development and operation of Korea`s multicultural education program.

노인의 우울이 자살생각에 미치는 영향에 대한 소속감의 조절효과

최근 노인의 자살률이 빠르게 증가하고 있고, 자살이 노인사망의 주요원인으로 주목되면서, 노인 자살에 대한 사회적 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 노인의 우울이 자살생각에 미치는 부정적 영향력을 소속감이 완충하는지를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 지역사회에 거주하는 65세 이상 노인을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 최종적으로 1,169부를 분석하였다. 조사도구는 한국판 노인우울척도 단축형, 자살척도, 소속 감척도를 사용하였고, 수집된 자료는 조절회귀분석으로 분석했다. 연구결과, 성별, 가구소득, 우울이 자살 생각에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 특히 우울이 소속감과 상호작용할 때 자살생각에 상이한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 소속감의 조절효과가 증명되었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 노인의 자살예방을 위한 실천적 함의를 제시하였다. Social attention is being paid to the suicide of older adults since their suicide rate has been rapidly increasing and suicide is regarded as the primary reason for the death in the older population. This study investigated the moderating effect of sense of belonging in the association of depression and suicidal ideation among the elderly, A total of 1,169 Korean elderly residing in the community completed the Geratric Depression Scale-Short Form-Korean, the Scale for Suicide, and the Sense of Belonging Instrument. The data was analyzed by using moderating multiple regression. Results indicated that gender, household income, depression affected suicide ideation. Specially, when depression interacted with sense of belonging, it showed different level of effects on suicide ideation proving its moderating effect, The practical implications have been suggested for the efforts to reduce suicide of older people within communities.

This study aims to verify whether the transformational leadership of the top managers acknowledged by welfare foundations and funded by local governments influences innovative behavior of its employees, and to determine whether this effect is mediatied by organization-based self-esteem in this relationship. To this end, this study conducted a survey of employees of welfare foundations nationwide, and analyzed the final data of 98 survey participants. The results showed that the top managers’transformational leadership does have an effect on innovative behavior of its employees and that organization-based self-esteem in this relationship is a mediated relationship between transformational leadership of the top managers and the innovative behavior of employees. Based on the results and discussions, this study offers implications about promoting the innovative behavior of employees at welfare foundations funded by local governments.

사회복지관 사회복지사가 인식하는 GWP조직문화가 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 :

본 연구는 종합사회복지관에 근무하는 사회복지사를 대상으로 GWP 조직문화와 조직몰입 간의 관계에서 팔로워십의 조절효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울시 42개의 종합사회복지관을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였으며, 최종 387명의 자료를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 주요한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회복지사가 인식하는 GWP 조직문화는 조직몰입에 유의미한 정적(+) 영향을 미쳐 사회복지사가 인식하는 GWP 조직문화의 수준이 높을수록 조직몰입도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 팔로워십의 유형은 실무형이 40.6%로 가장 많았고 순응형 31.0%, 모범형 24.3%, 수동형 3.9%, 소외형 0.3% 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 팔로워십의 유형 중 모범형 팔로워십만이 사회복지사가 인식하는 GWP 조직문화와 조직몰입 간의 관계에서 조직몰입의 정도를 조절하는 요인으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 종합사회복지관에 근무하는 사회복지사가 인식하는 GWP 조직문화와 조직몰입과의 관계에서 조직몰입을 향상시킬 수 있는 팔로워십의 유형을 밝혔다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 본 연구결과에 근거하여 사회복지사의 조직몰입을 증진시킬 수 있는 실천적 및 정책적 제언을 하였다. The aims of the current study were to test whether GWP organizational culture and followership style interact to influence the organizational commitment among social workers in community welfare center. A data of 389 social workers in community welfare center were used for analysis. Results supported the hypothesis that higher levels of GWP organizational culture will be associated with higher levels of organizational commitment. Results also partly supported the moderation model, so that exemplary followership among followership style moderated the relationship between GWP organizational culture and organizational commitment of the social workers. The practical implications have been suggested for the efforts to cultivate social workers to have exemplary followership in order to enhance organizational commitment of social workers.

결혼이주여성의 사회적 지지와 양육스트레스

본 연구는 결혼이주여성을 둘러싸고 있는 사회적 지지를 공식적 지지와 비공식적지지로 구분하여 양육스트레스에 미치는 영향을 규명하고 양육스트레스를 감소시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하기 위한 목적으로 시도되었다. 한국남성과 결혼하여 한 명 이상의 자녀를 출산하여 양육하는 결혼 이주여성을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 310명의 자료를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 양육스트레스에 영향을 미치는 공식적지지 이용경험 변인 중에서는 양육지원서비스만 정(+)의 영향을, 비공식적지지 변인 중에서는 배우자의 지지변인만이 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 양육지원서비스를 이용한 경험이 있는 결혼이주여성들이 이용경험이 없는 결혼이주 여성들에 비해 양육스트레스를 많이 받고, 배우자의 지지를 많이 받을수록 결혼이주여성들의 양육스트레스는 낮아지는 것으로 예측되었다. 연구결과를 토대로 결혼이주여성의 양육스트레스를 낮추는 방안에 대해 제언하였다. The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of social support on the parenting stress among international marriage migrant women. The survey was carried out with 310 migrant women having children in five cities of Gyeonggi province. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis with SPSS/WIN 20.0. As a result, the level of parenting stress perceived by migrant women was moderate. Among formal and informal social support variables, child care support service and spousal support were significantly affected parenting stress. Migrant women who utilized child care support service had higher level of parenting stress while they had lower level of parenting stress with higher husband support. Based on these results, the practical and policy implications have been suggested for the efforts to reduce parenting stress.

주간보호소를 이용하는 치매노인 주부양자의 활동시간에 관한 연구

본 연구는 공식적인 지지체계의 하나로써 현재 주간보호소를 이용하는 치매노인을 부양하고 있는 주부양자를 대상으로 치매노인이 주간보호소를 이용하는 날과 이용하지 않는 날의 활동시간을 분석하고, 동시에 주간보호서비스에 대한 주수발자의 주관적인 평가를 통하여 주간보호서비스가 부양상황에서 작동하는 메카니즘을 분석하였다. 연구결과에 따른 치매노인을 부양하는 주부양자의 부양능력을 강화하기 위한 실천적 함의가 제시되었다.
