셀룰로오스 나노섬유의 안전성- 세포독성과 둥물 피내 주사

셀룰로오스 나노섬유의 인체 안전성을 확인하기 위하여 세포독성 시험과 동물 피내 주사 시험을 실시하였다. 세포독성 시험은 섬유 아세포, 간세포, 신장 세포를 사용하여 각각 세포 생존율, 염증 유발, m-RNA 농도를 측정하였다. 인체 피내 안전성 확인을 위하여 쥐의 피내 주사하여 12주간 관찰하였다. 세포독성 시험과 동물피내 주사 시험 결과 생체 재료로 사용하는 카르복시메틸 셀룰로오스나 히알루론산과 유사한 정도의 반응을 보여 셀룰로오스 나노섬유를 생체 재료로 사용 가능할 것으로 생각된다.

메시지 유형과 심리적 거리감이 20대 여대생의 마스크팩 구매의도에 미치는 영향: 해석수준이론을 중심으로

연구목적 본 연구의 목적은 해석수준이론에 근거하여 세부요인(1.메시지 프레임, 2.거리감 프레임, 3.홍보물 토픽)의 해석수준 일치정도가 마스크팩 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는 것이다. 연구방법 여대생 83명을 무작위로 <표 1>과 같이 4개 집단으로 구분한 후, 마스크팩 구매의도 차이는일원분산분석을 통해 살펴보았다. 결과 3개의 세부요인의 해석수준이 모두 일치한 집단 1의 참여자에서 마스크팩 구매의도가 통계적으로 가장 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 이론적 근거를 바탕으로 도출된연구결과에 대해서 논하였다. 결론 참여자의 소비행동을 유도하고 강화시키기 위해서는 제공되는 메시지와 홍보물의 해석수준이 일치하도록 구성하는 것이 바람직 할 것이다 Purpose The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the degree of consistent between construal levels among sub-factors (1. Message frame, 2. Distance frame, 3. Promotion material topic) on mask pack purchase intention based on the construal level theory. Methods After randomly assigning 83 female college students to 4 groups as shown in <Table 1>, the difference in mask pack purchase intention was examined through one-way ANOVA. Result It was found that the intention to purchase mask packs was statistically the highest in the participants in Group 1, who had the same construal level of all three sub- factors. The research results derived from the theoretical background were discussed. Conclusion In order to induce and strengthen the consumption behavior of the participants, the construal level of the message provided and the promotion material topic must match.

코로나19로 인한 경제위기 대응 노동정책 — 이탈리아의 고용안정 대책 —

코로나19라는 초대형 감염병이 세계를 멈추게 했다. 기하급수적으로 증가하는 코로나19 감염자로 인해 각국 정부들은 국경을 봉쇄하거나 이동제한 조치를 취했 고, 이는 경제 위기로 이어졌다. 코로나19로 경제위기가 발생한 상황은 전 세계적 으로 비슷하다. 그런데 코로나19 경제위기 대응 노동정책은 고용안정과 소득보장 이라는 큰 틀에서는 비슷하지만, 세부 정책에서는 나라마다 차이가 있다. 이탈리아는 코로나19로 인한 경제 위기에 대응하기 위해 노사정 대화를 시작하 였다. 노사정 합의로 마련된 한시적 해고금지 조치, 사회적 완충조치 확대 등의 노동정책은 대통령의 긴급명령권 발동을 통해 2020년 3월 16일 법률명령 제18호 Cura Italia로 공포되었다. 본고는 이탈리아에서 노사정 합의를 통해 마련된 노동정책을 그 배경과 과정, 내용으로 나누어 살펴본다. 그리고 2020년 우리나라에서도 진행되었던 원포인트 노사정합의의 과정 및 내용과 비교, 검토한다. The unprecedented epidemic of Covid-19 has brought the world to a stop. Due to the exponential increase in the number of Covid-19 infections, governments have imposed border blockades or restrictions on movement, leading to an economic crisis. The situation of the economic crisis caused by the Covid-19 is similar around the world. However, the Covid-19 economic crisis response labor policy is similar in the big framework of job security and income security, but in detailed policies, it varies from country to country. Italy began social dialogue between labor, management and government to cope with the economic crisis caused by the Covid-19. Labor policies, such as the temporary layoff restrictions and the expansion of social buffer measures, were promulgated on March 16, 2020 under the President's Emergency Order No.18 “Cura Italia.” This paper examines labor policies prepared through tripartite agreement in Italy by dividing into their backgrounds, processes and contents. It also compares and reviews the process and contents of the One-Point tripartite agreement, which was carried out in Korea in 2020.

Insulinoma is a rare endocrine tumor that frequently causes neurologic symptoms. We report a case of a 17-year-old man with hypersomnia and abnormal behavior lasting for 10 months. He had recurrent attacks of hypersomnia that lasted for up to 36 hours and of unconscious wandering mimicking an ictal or postictal state. Hypoglycemia was documented (30 mg/dL) and insulinoma was found at the most-recent episode. Clinicians should be aware that hypersomnia and unconscious wandering can present in association with hypoglycemia.

Current legislation restricts alternative works during the dispute. The provision for restricting alternative work during the period of dispute is intent to prevent the employers' make bad use of alternative work. Otherwise, namely without such restriction, inherent violation of the Article 33 of the Constitution, which is the right to collective action, would be possible. However, alternative work restrictions are not provided in any other countries. It is argued that now in 2019, unlike the 1980s when the law was enacted, the employer and the employee have equal relations in Korea, and the restriction on alternative work should be relaxed. In particular, the employer side is calling for the deletion of the regulation. This paper starts with a curiosity about the employers' opinion to remove the regulation prohibiting alternative work. The employer's side argues that it would allow alternative work, because other major industrialized countries fully or partially allow alternative works. Is there really only our country in the world prohibits alternative work? Why has the Korean Trade Union Act restricted alternative work during the period of disputes since the enactment? Why aren't US, Japan, and Europe ban alternative work? This paper examines these issues.
