        습구흑구온도지수 모델링을 통한 옥외 건설 현장의 고열 노출수준 추정

        Objectives: In this study, the scale of exceeding the extreme heat exposure standard at the construction site was estimated using the nationally approved statistical data and wet bulb globe temperature modeling method. By comparing and analyzing the modeling results with the existing work environment monitoring results, the risk of heat exposure at outdoor construction sites was considered. Methods: Using the coordinates of second level administrative districts and meteorological observatories as the key, the automated synoptic observing system data and building permit data for 2021 were matched. The wet-bulb temperature was obtained using Stull's formula, and the globe temperature was obtained using the TgKMA2006 model. WBGT was calculated using these. Excess rates were obtained compared to exposure limits for heavy work-continuous work and moderate work-25% rest. It was compared with the results of the work environment monitoring in 2020. Results: As a result, 1,827,536 cases were estimated for 11,052 workplaces in one year. This is much higher than the 5,116 cases of 3818 workplaces of the existing work environment monitoring results. It is confirmed that the exposure limit was exceeded in 10.6~24.0% of the entire period and 70.2~84.1% of the peak period of the heat wave. It is very high compared to 0.9% of the existing work environment monitoring result. Conclusions: It is necessary to improve the system of monitoring and statistics related to extreme heat. Additional considerations are needed regarding WBGT estimation methods, meteorological data, and evaluation time. Various follow-up risk assessment studies for other industries and time series need to be continued.

        신규 고열 위험 업종 선정을 위한 우선순위 및 온열 위험 평가

        Objectives: The climate crisis has arrived and heat-related illnesses are increasing. It is necessary to discover new high-heat risk industries and understand the environment . It is also necessary to prioritize risks of industries that have not been included in the management target to date. The study was intended to monitor and evaluate the thermal risk of high-priority workplaces. Methods: A prioritization method was developed based on five factors: occurrence of and death due to heat-related illnesses, work environment monitoring, indoor work rate, small heat source, and limited heat dissipation. it, was applied to industrial accidents caused by heat-related illnesses. Wet bulb temperature index and apparent temperature were measured in July and August at 24 workplaces in seven industries and assessed for thermal risk. Results: The wet bulb temperature index was in the range of 23.8~31.9℃, and exposure limits were exceeded in the growing of crops, food services activities and accommodation, and building construction. The apparent temperature was in the range of 26.8~36.7℃, and exceeded the temperature standard for issuing heatwave warnings in growing of crops, food services activities and accommodation, warehousing, welding, and building construction. Both temperature index in growing of crops and building construction were higher than the outside air temperature. Conclusions: In the workplace, risks in industries that have not be controlled and recognized through existing systems was identified. it is necessary to provide break times according to the work-rest time ratio required during dangerous time period.

      • 지체부자유 장애인의 장애 유형에 따른 상의 착 · 탈의 동작 연구

        후천적 장애인과 고령인구의 증가에 따라 지체부자유가 일상생활의 수행능력에 미치는 영향에 관한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 의복의 착·탈의는 기본적인 일상생활동작이다. 본 연구에서는 지체부자유 장애인의 운동기능장애특성과 독립적인 착·탈의 동작을 연구하였다. 연구대상자는 지체장애여성 22명이었으며, 재킷과 티셔츠의 착 · 탈의 과정을 비디오 촬영하여 분석하였다. 이들은 신체 일부분의 마비 증세를 가지고 있었으며, 마비의 원인은 뇌병변(n=18), 뇌성마비(n=2), 척추손상(n=1), 상지 절단(n=1)이었다. 분석 결과, 척추의 지지 정도와 어깨 및 상지, 손의 운동기능성이 의복 착 · 탈의의 수월성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 평가되었다. 따라서 지체장애인의 착 · 탈의 독립성을 평가하기 위해서는 스스로 척추를 세우고 앉아있을 수 있는지와 어깨 및 상지, 손의 운동 기능의 정도에 따라 분류하는 방안의 연구가 필요하다.

        OTT 서비스의 모바일 앱 UI 디자인 사용성 연구 - 20대 사용자를 중심으로-

        The number of domestic users of OTT services is gradually increasing, and users can consume content more freely through OTT services that can consume content in various ways unlike existing broadcasting systems. As the service utilization rate increases and consumption patterns diversify, useful and convenient UI design and usability should be considered from the user's point of view, but research on the app UI design of OTT service is still insufficient. Therefore, in this study, UI design components were compared and analyzed for the top five mobile apps in Korea's OTT platform utilization rate, and usability evaluation was conducted through surveys and in-depth interviews with 10 people in their 20s. Based on the analysis results, the direction of improvement of OTT service mobile apps in the future was presented, and the results of this study are expected to be used as basic data for improving UI design and usability of OTT mobile apps in the future. OTT 서비스 국내 이용자 수는 점차 증가하고 있으며, 기존의 방송 시스템과 다르게 다양한 방식으로 콘텐츠를 소비할 수 있는 OTT 서비스를 통해 사용자들은 보다 자유롭게 콘텐츠를 소비할 수 있게 되었다. 이처럼 서비스 이용률이 증가하고 소비 패턴이 다양해짐에 따라 사용자의 관점에서 유용하고 편리한 UI 디자인과 사용성이 고려되어야 할 테지만, OTT 서비스의 앱 UI 디자인에 관한 연구는 아직 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 OTT 플랫폼 사용률 상위 5개 모바일 앱을 대상으로 UI 디자인 구성요소를 비교, 분석하고, 20대 10명을 대상으로 설문 조사와 심층 인터뷰를 통해 사용성 평가를 진행하였다. 분석 결과를 바탕으로 향후 OTT 서비스 모바일 앱의 개선 방향을 제시하였으며, 본 연구 결과가 향후 OTT 모바일 앱의 UI 디자인 및 사용성 개선을 위한 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

        국내외 지속 가능 패션 브랜드의 친환경 서비스 유형 사례 연구

        지속 가능한 디자인의 초점은 단순히 친환경적인 재료의 사용과 제품 생산 차원에 머무르지 않고, 점차 서비스 및 시스템적 접근을 통한 다양한 사람들의 참여를 바탕으로 하는 성취로 옮겨가고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 지속가능성을 위한 시스템적 접근으로써의 브랜드의 친환경 서비스에 주목하여, 그 기반을 다지기 위한 유형 분류체계의 제안을 목적으로 하였다. 브랜드 중 패션 브랜드를 중심으로 연구를 진행하였으며, 문헌연구 및 사례 분석을 통해 브랜드의 친환경 서비스 유형 분류체계를 제안하고, 선별한 브랜드의 서비스 사례들을 정의한 유형들에 대입시켜 해석하였다. 연구결과, 패션 브랜드의 친환경 서비스는 ‘친환경 재료’, ‘순환성’, ‘폐기물 방지’, ‘패키징’, ‘기부 캠페인’, ‘시스템 및 서비스 개발’의 6가지 유형으로 분석되었으며, 이를 통해 환경에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 소비자 개개인에게도 영향을 미치며 친환경적인 활동의 기회를 제공해 주고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 국내외 패션 브랜드의 다양한 친환경 서비스 사례에 대한 분석과 함께 유형 분류체계의 기본적인 모형을 제시함으로써, 브랜드의 친환경 서비스를 위한 기초적인 참고자료 및 전략 수립을 위한 가이드라인을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의를 가질 수 있다. The focus of sustainable design is increasingly shifting to achievements based on diverse people's participation through service and systematic approaches, rather than simply on the use of eco-friendly materials and production. Therefore, this study focused on the brand's eco-friendly services as a systematic approach to sustainability, and aimed at proposing a type classification system for the development of brand's eco-friendly services. Among various brands, research was conducted focusing on fashion brands. Through previous research and case analysis, we proposed a classification system for the brand's eco-friendly service types, and we interpreted the selected brand's service cases by introducing them into the presented type classification system. As a result of the research, eco-friendly services of fashion brands were analyzed into six types: 'eco-friendly materials', 'cyclability', 'waste prevention', 'packaging', 'donation campaign', and 'system and service development', which not only positively affect the environment but also provide consumers with opportunities for eco-friendly activities. This study can be significant in that it presents a basic model of the type classification system, along with analysis of various eco-friendly service cases of domestic and foreign fashion brands, and provides guidelines for establishing basic references and strategies for brand eco-friendly services.

        작업장 온열환경 관리 법제의 비교법적 고찰

        Objectives: The Ministry of Employment and Labor has revised the articles regarding management of the thermal environment in the workplace. Currently, two types of regulations exist together with indoor workplaces as the scope of application. It appears that the time has come to discuss regulations. In this study, we aim to identify the feasibility of and problems with the current system through a comparative legal review of workplace thermal environment management laws from around the world. We suggest directions for improving South Korea's workplace thermal environment management laws. Methods: For the several selected countries, we analyzed the classification and content of obligations stipulated for the thermal environment, the presence or absence of specific measures for thermal environment management, legal status and content, and the scope of application of thermal environment provisions and measures. The investigated content was classified according to Zweigelt-Kotz's legal theory. Results: In some countries, employers' obligations for regulating the thermal environment are broadly divided into two types: results and actions. The scope of application of provisions and measures on the thermal environment was extensive, with most of the selected countries targeting general workplaces. Conclusions: In the case of South Korea, restricting and classifying target workplaces and imposing separate obligations to manage a workplace thermal environment goes against global practices, and stipulating legal orders and separate action obligations in guidelines does not conform to the characteristics of South Korea's legal system, meaning that improvement is needed.

        청소노동자 화학물질 노출 관리의 제도적 한계 고찰 – 물질안전보건자료 작성⋅제출 제외 조항을 중심으로

        Objectives: This study intends to review the impact on cleaning workers and suggest directions for improvement by reviewing the legal and institutional ways in which Article 86 Nos. 7 and 16 of the Enforcement Decree of the Occupational Safety and Health Act work on the maintenance and promotion of cleaning workers' health. Methods: The following laws and systems were reviewed and considered: First, the occupational safety and health legislation obligated or required to be applied to protect the health of cleaning workers; Second, the status of control of chemicals or mixtures used at cleaning sites through the Consumer Chemicals Product and Biocide Safety Control Act; Third, Control of consumer products according to foreign material safety data sheet related laws. Results: Legal and institutional measures necessary to protect the health of cleaning workers include the legal control of harmful substances to be controlled, work environment monitoring, and special health examinations. The application of the Consumer Chemicals Product and Biocide Safety Control Act does not satisfy the legal and practical level of health maintenance and promotion required by the Occupational Safety and Health Act, and the communication of chemical information is insufficient. Overseas, there are restrictions on the use of consumer products in the workplace without material safety data sheets. Conclusions: It is necessary to improve the system to ensure the health of workers handling consumer chemical products. The remaining laws and regulations exempted from the obligation to prepare material safety data sheets should be additionally reviewed.

        비대면 실시간 교육의 서비스 가치와 지속적 사용 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 -가치 기반 수용모델을 중심으로-

        The COVID-19 has led to non-face-to-face classes nationwide in university education, and the prolonged situation has led to many phenomena and discussions about non-face-to-face education. Based on a value-based adoption model, this study investigated the relationship among perceived benefits (availability, pleasure), perceived sacrifices (technical complexity, security risk) and perceived values and continuous use intentions of non-face-to-face real-time classes currently being conducted in university education. A survey of 113 learners who have experienced non-face-to-face real-time classes has shown that perceived benefits (availability, pleasure) and sacrifices (technical complexity, security risk) have a significant impact on the perceived value of non-face-to-face real-time class services. In addition, perceived values have been shown to have a positive effect on the continuous use intentions. The results of this study are significant in that it analyzed learners' perceptions and attitudes toward non-face-to-face real-time education services. Furthermore, the importance and possibility of non-face-to-face education has emerged due to COVID-19, and the use of non-face-to-face education services as a future education method is expected to increase gradually. Therefore, this study provides theoretical resources for stabilizing and continuing development of non-face-to-face education services, and presents strategic implications for the design of non-face-to-face education services.
