rhGM-CSF(Leucogen<sup>ⓡ</sup>)의 비감염성 상처 치유 효과에 관한 연구

Background: rhGM-CSF has been shown to enhance the migration and proliferation of endothelial cells and to promote keratinocyte growth. This study was tried to evaluate the effect of rhGM-CSF dressing on the uninfected wounds. Methods: Thirty Sprague-dawley white mice(250-300g) were selected in this study. The number of wound with the diameter of 5 mm, was 3 in left and 3 in right at the symmetric sites, respectively. The site of rhGM-CSF dressing was decided by a randomization. rhGM-CSF($Leucogen^{(R)}$) was diluted in the distilled water($5{\mu}g/mL$). The experimental wound group was dressed by l mL of distilled water mixed with rhGM-CSF and control wound group was dressed by l mL of distilled water. The dressing was done, every 24 hours. The criteria of comparison were the duration of wound healing duration, histologic findings and the bacterial culture of wound sites. Results: The duration of wound healing was $10.3{\pm}1.7days$ in experimental group and $10.2{\pm}2.8days$ in control group, without significant difference. There was no specific difference of histologic findings between both groups. The pathogen was not found, at all. Conclusion: It seems to be that rhGM-CSF has no prominent effect on the uninfected wound healing in the mice without immune suppression.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to evaluate body water distribution differences of the lower limbs in hemiparetic patients. Methods: Body water distribution differences of the both lower limbs were analysed by bioelectrical impedance analysis(INBODY BS1, Biospace, seoul, Korea) and ambulatory level was classified using Functional Ambulation Category(FAC). Results: In this study, there was significant difference in body water distribution of lower limbs and was no significant association between FAC and difference of lower limbs body water. Conclusions: Body water loss of paretic side was observed in hemiparetic patients who had gait disability. More continuous studies about pathological change of hemiparetic patients and various methods for analysis body composition have to be performed.

For the fabrication of blue color organic light emitting diodes(OLED) with a high performance, 2-TNATA [4,4',4"-tris (2-naphthylphenyl-phenylamino)-triphenylamine] as hole injection material and NPB [N,N'-bis (1-naphthyl) -N,N'-diphenyl-1,1'-biphenyl-4,4'-diamine] as hole transport material were deposited on the ITO (indium tin oxide)/glass substrate by the vacuum thermal evaporation. After then, blue color emission layer was deposited using TPM-BiP[(4'-Benzoylferphenyl-4-yl)phenyl-methanone-Diethyl(biphenyl-4-ymethyl)phosphonate] and GDI602 as a light emitting organic material. Finally, the two kinds of OLEDs with the structure of $ITO/2-TNATA/NPB/TPM-BiP/Alq_3/LiF/Al and ITO/2-TNATA/NPB/GDI602/Alq_3/LiF/Al$ were prepared by in-situ deposition. The maximum current density and luminance were found to be about $588\;mA/cm^2\;and\;5239\;cd/m^2$ at 12V for the OLED sample with the structure of $ITO/2-TNATA/NPB/TPM-BiP/Alq_3/LiF/Al$. Color coordinate of blue OLED was x=0.18, y=0.18 (at llV) and the maximum current efficiency was 2.82 cd/A (at 6V) with the peak emission wavelength of 440 nm.
의사를 위한 호스피스 교육 프로그램의 개발 - 2004 호스피스.완화의료 시범사업을 중심으로 -

목적: 2004년 호스피스 완화의료 시범사업을 실시하면서 의사를 대상으로 한 사업을 위하여 호스피스 완화의료에 관한 교육 프로그램을 개발하고 이를 기초로 교육을 실시하고 성과를 분석하였다. 방법: 교육 분과위원회에서 3차례의 회의를 통해 교육 요구도(총 79문항) 설문지를 개발한 후 125개 전국 호스피스 관련 기관에 종사하는 의사를 대상으로 우편을 이용하여 설문지를 발송하였다. 교육 중요도는 호스피스 전문가 27명에게 이메일을 통하여 조사하였다. 결과: 교육 요구도 및 중요도 조사 결과, 다양한 문헌 검토 및 외국의 호스피스 완화의료 관련 교육과정을 기초로 호스피스 완화의료 교육 프로그램이 개발되었으며 교육 시간은 총 36시간(이론 21, 실습 15시간)이었다. 이를 토대로 1일 교육 코스를 전국에서 4회에 걸쳐 시행하였으며 47명의 의사가 참여하였다. 교육 이수 후 참가자들은 교육 과정이 향후 업무에 도움이 된 정도는 항목마다 $3.0{\sim}3.6$점, 교과 강사의 적절성은 $3.1{\sim}3.3$점으로 평가하였다(1: 전혀 아니다 ${\sim}4$: 매우 그렇다). 전반적인 만족도는 100점 중 80점이었다. 결론: 개발된 교육 프로그램은 전체적으로는 운영되지 않았으며 일부만 시험교육으로 운영하였다. 대상자들은 대체로 만족하였으나 강의보다는 사례, 토론 중심의 교육 및 주제별 심화교육을 원하였다. 향후 지속적인 요구도 조사와 프로그램 개발 및 시행이 필요하다. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop education program for physicians who work at hospice palliative care settings in Korea, to practice abridged education program extracted from the full contents of the proposed education, and to improve the quality of hospice palliative care service. Methods: To develop the education program, questionnaire for hospice education need assessment (total 79 items) was distributed to 125 organizations practicing hospice service via mail and the data was collected from 1 Sep. to 10 Oct. 2004. Another questionnaire for hospice education importance assessment was asked to the palliative specialists from Sep. 23 to 17 Oct. 2004. Based on the analysis of the questionnaires, and reviewing various references and actual hospice palliative education programs of other countries, the education programs were developed. Results: Ore-day-Hospice education 2004 was conducted based on the suggested education program, and it was practiced four times on a national basis (2 times in Seoul, and once in Busan and Gwangju, respectively). 47 physicians attended the education program. The education program lasted about 7 hours, comprising 5 hours of common lectures for all attendants regardless of their professions and 2 hours of specific seminar for physicians only. Attendants positively responded to the contents of the education program. But they pointed out that the program should be offered on weekday and it should be more in-depth and more discussion based lesson. Conclusion: The suggested education program was not fully conducted yet. After practicing the abridged education program, more in-depth and discussion oriented rather than lecture-based education were suggested. It may be argued that the proposed education, which requires much longer period education, should also reflect the evaluation of the 1-day education program to successfully implement the proposed education program.

In contemporary society, Digital technology is applied to various field and wide sphere which is applied from planning and design to constructing management in architectural field.<BR> In architectural field, Change based on digital technology is occurred on various aspects like to efficiency, precision, functional expansion, etc, on account of adopting digital space in physical space beyond a limit of physical space previously. These change is occurred on the field of housings, which digital technology is studied and developed positively from 1991.<BR> Therefore, This thesis is investigated on functional changes, spatial and functional characteristics, which is analyzed into the functional hierarchy based on human behavior.
