        16주간 운동프로그램이 NIDDM 비만 중년남성의 Leptin, HbA1c, BMI 및 신체조성에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to define that the effect of exercise program during 16weeks on Leptin, HbA1c, BMI and Body composition in middle aged men with obesity and NIDDM. The subjects for this study were 14 middle aged men with obesity and NIDDM who didn`t have any history of cardiorespiratory disease. The subjects were divided into two groups: exercise training group(N=7), and control group(N=7). exercise program was performed 3days a week for 16weeks. The exercise program was combined aerobic exercise and resistance training. Aerobic exercise was performed for 10-30minutes using the treadmill and cycle ergometer at the intensity of 50-60% on HRmax. Resistance training was performed for each 2-3set at 40-60% of one repetition maximum. For the data, all the measurements were represented by mean and standard deviation using SPSS statistical package(version 10.0). Statistical techniques for data analysis were Tow-way repeated ANOVA to determine the difference between each group and each time. Additionally, correlation analysis was performed among the leptin, HbA1c, BMI, and %BF at pre and post of exercise program. The 5% level of significance was used as the critical level for acceptance of hypotheses for the study. The result of this study were shown as followed; 1. In the exercise group compared control group, leptin, HbA1c, BMI and %BF decreased significantly after exercise program. 2. The correlation coefficient among the leptin, HbA1c, BMI and %BF wasn`t a significant at correlation pre exercise program. But those was a significant on high level after exercise program. In conclusion, the result of this study suggests that exercise training can contribute to the better improvement on hormone sensitivity of cell.

        비만여성의 저주파,온열 복합처치와 운동요법에 따른 체구성 성분 및 신체 둘레의 변화 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of low frequency and thermic therapy and exercise on body composition and circumference of obese women. The subjects for this study were thirty obese individuals who participated in this experiment voluntarily and didn`t have any disease. The subjects were divided into three groups: low frequency and thermic therapy group(N=10), aerobic exercise group(N=10), and control group(N=10). Both the experimental groups were trained for 12 weeks. The subjects in the exercise performed 60-90 min in about, four times a week at the intensity of 60~80% HRmax. The thermic therapy and low frequency current treatment which was done to LF and EG×LF group was accomplished to part of abdomen, femur, uper arms for 30min/day and 7 days/wk using a low frequency current stimulator under the level of 200Hz(50℃) for 12 weeks. For the weight, percent body fat, lean body mass, femur circumference, abdominal circumference, upper arm circumference were conducted before treatment, at the 3,6,9,12 weeks of treatment, respectively. Statistical techniques for data analysis were One-way ANOVA treatment times and two wav repeated measures ANOVA to determine the difference among groups. The 5% level of significance was utilized as the critical level for acceptance of hypotheses for the study. The following results were obtained from this study. First, in the low frequency-thermic therapy group and the exercise and low frequency-thermic therapy group, weight was decreased significantly after treatment 6weeks. Second, in the low frequency-thermic therapy group, percent body fat was decreased significantly after treatment 3 weeks. In the low frequency-thermic therapy and exercise group, percent body fat was decreased significantly after treatment 6weeks. Thirty, in the low frequency-thermic therapy group and the exercise and low frequency-thermic therapy group, lean body mass was increased significantly after treatment 6weeks. Forty, in the low frequency-thermic therapy group, abdominal circumference was decreased significantly after treatment 3weeks. In the low frequency-thermic theraphy and exercise group, abdominal circumference was decreased significantly after treatment 6 weeks. Sixty, in the low frequency-thermic therapy group, femur and upper arm circumference were decreased significantly after treatment 6weeks. In the low frequency thermic therapy and exercise group, femur and upper arms circumference was decreased significantly after treatment 6weeks.

        지구성훈련이 흰쥐의 혈액학적 성분에 미치는 영향

        This study was to investigate the effects on hematological indices in various intensity and duration of endurance training. Male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into the control group, the low-intensity training group, the moderate-intensity training group, high-intensity training group, 1-week training group, 2-weeks training group, and 4-weeks training group(n=8 in each group). Animal of the training groups were put on endurance training 30 min per 1 day, 6 days per week for 1, 2, 4-weeks. Red blood cell count(RBC), hemoglobin(Hb), hematocrit(Hct), mean cell volume(MCV), mean hemoglobin corpuscular(MCH), mean hemoglobin corpuscular concentration(MCHC) were analyzed in automated hematology analyzer(ABX Hematology MICROS 60) from 10㎕ of whole blood. In the present results, RBC, Hg, Hct in the high-intensity training group was significantly increased compared with the different training intensity and training duration, in the moderate-intensity training group was significantly increased after 4-week training. In the high-intensity training group had significantly higher MCV than training 1-week and training 2-weeks after. MCH and MCHC in the high-intensity training group was significantly increase compared with the different training intensity and training duration after 1-week training. In the present study, it can be suggested that intensity and duration of endurance training can influence hematological variables. The specific intensity and duration of training are major importance in the adaptations of the blood hematology.
