        항암식물 와송의 해부 형태적 관찰과 대량 증식에 의한 인공재배연구

        본 연구는 항암식물로 효능이 인정되는 와송에 대한 기초적인 연구로 와송의 해부형태적 관찰, 대량증식을 위한 발아실험, 자생지의 토양분석 및 토양적응실험을 실시하였다. 와송의 잎은 끝에 가시가 있는 건생형이며, 엽세포엽록체는 유관속주위에 집중분포하고, 크고 엽록체를 갖지 않는 저수조직을 갖고 있으며 기공이 양면에 있는 양면기공엽이다. 줄기는 외사포위형유관속이며 중심주는 원기둥상이고 원생중심주이다. 뿌리는 다원형이며, 원생목부가 후생목부주위에 환상으로 배열되어 있고 외원형이다. 꽃의 구조는 꽃잎이 5개, 수술은 10개, 자방은 5개이며, 자방상위이고, 2심피 중축태좌이다. 와송종자 발아적온는 명상태 25℃ 에서 22.5%로 가장 좋았고, 휴면타파는 5℃ 에서 6~8일, GA3 100 ppm처리에서 가장 효과가 좋았다. 와송 자생지 토양분석결과 적정수준의 밭토양보다 유기물, 유효인산 석회 등은 높았고, 보비력, 치환성가리는 차이가 없었으며, 고토는 낮았다. 토양적응실험에서 돌가루 조합과 기와가루 조합에서 돌가루와 기와가루가 많이 첨가될수록 생육상태가 불량하였고, 배수가 양호한 처리구에서는 생육상태가 양호하였다. Wasong(Orostachys japonicus A. Berger) has been used as anti-cancer medicinal plants from ancient time. This experiment was conducted to obtain some fundamental informations concerning anatomical study, germination test, soil analysis of indigenious districks, adaptaion of soil for wasong. The leaf of wasong was xerotype with spine, mesophyl chloroplast is dense surrounded vascular bundle, with a many large water storage tissue without chloroplast, and was bifacial stomata leaf type. The stem of wasong was amphicribral vascular bundle, central cylinder was cylinder type and protostele. Root was polarch type, potoxylem of it's was arranged in ring shape of annulation and metaxylem. The structure of flower was cymose, was caylyx of 5 sepals, corolla of 5 petals, roecium of 10 stames, ovules of five, placentation parietal, ovary superior, axile placenta. The optimum temperature for seed germination was 25~circC under light and germination percentage was 22.5%. Dormancy breaking was effective for 6-8 days at 5~circC and at 100 ppm level of GA3 The soil analysis of wasong local districks, content of available P2O5 , Ca were higer than optimal level of upland and C.E.C., exchangeable k was not significantly different of that, but exchangeable magnesium was very low. The growth of wasong was affected draining regardless soil combination treatment.

        고추 接木栽培가 生育에 미치는 影響

        Charactertistics of growth from graft induced three stock of red pepper cultivar wereanalysed. R-safe rootstock was more higher and vigorous than that of the Yeok kang,Konesian hot cultivar at seedling stage and had good characteristics for grafting in the spaceof cut surface and the amount of sap released. Numbers of branches were more numerous inthe grafted plants than those of non-grafted as grafting affected their growths in the processof branching. There was no distinct difference in plant height among the different rootstock.However the R-safe rootstock showed considerably high growth in the 41st days aftergrafting. Grafting was effective in the early flowering and the R-safe was the earliest inflowering because of its good growth under the low temperature. 3개의 고추 대목품종에 따라 접목의 효과를 알 아보기 위하여 본 실험을 실시한 결과 R-safe 대목이 육묘상태에서 Yeok kang 과 Konesian hot 에 비해 초장과 초세가 양호하였으며 접목 작업시 접목 부위의 절간두께 및 길이, 수액이 나오는 정도가 접목하기에 적합 하였다. 접목을 한 처리구가 비 처리구에 비하여 분지수의 생육이 양호하였으며, 접목이 분지수 발생에도 영향을 나타냈다. 대목의 종류에 따른 초장 차이는 접목 후 7日째까지는 차이가 없었고 접수에 따라 초장의 차이가 나타났으며, 접목 후 41일째 R-safe 대목을 이용한 처리구가 다른 처리구들에 비하여 초장의 신장성이 현저하였다. 접목한 처리구의 개화기가 빨랐으며 대목중에서 R-safe 품종이 조기 개화하여 저온신장성이 양호하였다.

        골풀 시비량과 재식밀도 차이가 건경 수량과 품질에 미치는 영향

        - In order to find out the optimum fertilizer level and planting density of high yielding variety, Okayma#2, thisexperiment was conducted with 3 compositions of fertilizer levels and a different plant density at the experiment paddyfield of mat rush in Mokpo Experiment Station, National Institute of Crop Science, RDA. Okayma#2, mat rush varietywas grown under different fertilizer level and planting density with the highest yielding. Yield components such as stemlength, number of stem were highest at the plots with fertilizer level (㎏/10a), 80-20-40 and planting density, 20× 10㎝.Judging from the results reported above, at optimum fertilizer level and planting density of mat rush seemed to be 80-20-40㎏/10a fertilizer and 20㎝ row spacing and 10㎝ or 15㎝ planting spacing.Key words - Mat rush, Fertilizer Level, Plant Density, Yield, Quality골풀 시비량과 재식밀도 차이가 건경 수량과 품질에 미치는 영향- 305 -모든 처리에서 5월 20일에 경선단을 15㎝ 정도 절단하여 주었고, 도복방지망은 6월 25일에 설치하였다. 기타 재배법과 조사는 작물과학원 목포시험장 골풀 표준 재배법과 조사기준에 준하였고 이염토로서는 해남 백토를 사용하였다(임 등, 2006). 때에 골풀의 수량과 품질을 높이는 적합한시비량은 N-P 2O5-K 2O(㎏/10a)=80-20-40(㎏/10a), 재식밀도는 20×10㎝라고 생각되어지며 견제성 분석에서도 Table 8과같이 수익성이 높았다.경제성분석

        종합병원 약사의 이직의도 결정요인

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the determinants of intent to leave of hospital pharmacists. The independent variables contain three groups of determinants: environmental variables(job opportunity and external support), psychological variables(met expectations, growth desire, self-efficacy, and positive/negative affectivity), and structural variables (power, legitimacy, job variety, job significance, workload, physical environment, job security, pay, internal support, job growth, and promotional chances). The sample used in this study consists of 252 pharmacists working at hospitals in Seoul City, Inchon City and Kyunggi Province. Data were collected with self- administered questionnaires from Oct. 24 to Nov. 14 in 2001 and analyzed using path analysis. The results of this study indicate that the following variables, listed in order of size, have significant negative effects on intent to leave of hospital pharmacists; met expectations, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, promotional chances, and job variety. Job opportunity was found to have significant positive effect on the intent to leave of hospital pharmacists. Implications for hospital administrators and discussions for further research were suggested.

        Elucidation of the genetic differences in Trialeurodes vaporariorum populations under vegetable greenhouse conditions by using the allozyme approach

        Genetic differentiation of Trialeurodes vaporariorum (Westwood 1856) populations was examined using biochemical and allozyme analysis. For biochemical analysis, general esterase and glutathion‐S‐transferase were tested. Allozyme genetic variability in 11 populations of T. vaporariorum was investigated using five loci from four enzyme systems. Although there are large variations between populations, T. vaporariorum is grouped into two populations with geographic barriers, based on Nei's genetic distance in the Baekdudaegan Mountains. Within these two groups, low migration and linkage disequilibrium reveal that populations tend to be influenced by gene drift rather than uniform selection pressures. The effect of genetic drift is greater than the effect of uniform selection by insecticides or host plant resistance, which is suggested by the FST estimates in this study. Based on this basic research, more effective whitefly control programs could be built in the future.

        생체정보 전송보호를 위한 측정주기에 따른 시퀀스번호의 가변화 모델

        Medical information of individuals may be robbed if malicious users eavesdrop transmission traffic when medical sensor node transmits medical data to home healthcare gateway. In particular, the sequence of transmitted medical data is very important to correctly understand health conditions. Therefore, the sequence number plays an important role in transmitting medical data. If malicious users eavesdrop a transmitted message, then they can predict the next sequence number and forge the message sequence. In order to minimize such a problem, this research suggests a model for making a sequence number flexible so that it may be difficult to predict the number. Moreover, efficiency is provided through differentiating the size of sequence sessions since medical data to be transmitted have different sampling cycles. In order to evaluate this model, it was embodied and experimented in TinyOS2.1 environment. In addition, it was found that the performance in the case of using the model showed ECG 98%, SpO2 96%, blood pressure 100% compared to the case without the model. It implies that overhead was not large when the sequence number was made flexible. Moreover in an emergency response experiment, 100 attacks were applied to each type of medical data and the result showed 100% detection precision. It implies that it was possible to safely transmit data. 메디컬 센서노드는 생체정보를 전송할 때 트래픽이 도청된다면 개인의료정보를 도난당할 수 있다. 특히 건강상태를 정확히 판단하려면 전송되는 생체정보의 순서가 매우 중요하다. 그러므로 생체정보를 전송할 때 시퀀스번호는 중요한 역할을 한다. 만약 악의적인 사용자가 전송메시지를 도청한다면 다음 시퀀스번호를 예측할 수 있어 메시지 순서위조가 가능하다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 문제를 최소화하기위해 시퀀스번호를 가변화시키는 모델을 제안하여 예측하기 어렵게 하도록 하였다. 또한 전송할 생체정보가 서로 다른 측정주기를 갖기 때문에 시퀀스세션의 크기를 다르게 하여 효율성을 제공하도록 하였다. 본 모델의 평가를 위해 TinyOS2.1환경에서 구현하여 실험하였다. 제안한 모델을 이용한 경우가 이용하지 않은 경우에 비해서 ECG 98%, SpO2 96%, 혈압 100%의 성능을 보여 시퀀스번호의 가변화처리로 인한 오버헤드가 크지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 침해대응 실험에서는 각 생체정보의 유형별로 100번의 공격을 시도한 결과 100%의 탐지정확률을 보이는 결과를 얻었다.

        유채의 품질과 수량 특성에 대한 조합능력 분석

        Naehanyuchae and Youngsanyuchae were originated from the cross between “Erra”(♀) and “Tower”(♂). The cultivars were made at Bioenergy Crop Research Center, National Institute of crop science, Rural Development Administration, Korea in order to develop the high cold tolerant and yielding rapeseed variety with non-erucic acid and non-glucosinolate as good seed quality indicator. The superiorities of these varieties have been shown through the regional performance trials and demonstration farmers fields. Naehanyuchae and Youngsanyuchae had good agronomic characteristics related to yield potential such as many valuable branches and pods, and long pod length. The seeds of these new varieties composed of the 80% of oleic acid and linoleic acid without erucic acid, and glucosinolate was not extracted in the oil cake. The average grain yields increased by the from 16% to 22% according to the regional performance trials compared to check variety. 본 품종들은 우리나라 남부지방에 적응한 양질유, 양질막 다수성 품종을 육성하기 위하여 Erra(♀)와 Tower(♂)를 인공교배하여 육성한 양질유, 양질박, 다수성 품종으로서 목포51호, 목포52호라는 계통명을 부여하여 지방 적응연락 시험 및 농가 실증 시험을 거쳐서 장려 품종(내한유채, 영산유채)으로 결정된 품종이다. 특히 본 품종들은 한조합 내에서 장수, 다분지, 다협, 다립 품종으로 수량 형질이 우수하며, 유질에서 지방산 조성이 극히 양호하며 불량지방산은 전혀 함유치 않고 양질 지방산인 oleic acid과linoleic acid이 80% 이상 함유된 양질유 품종이며, 박에서도 glucosinolate가 전혀 없는 무독박 품종이다. 또한생산력은 전국평균 16~22% 증수된 다수성 성분 육종 품종 들이다.

        Varietal Variation of Productivity and Chemical Components on Seed-Mustard (Brassica juncea Cosson) Lines

        Seed mustard is high in nutrient quality and grows continuously under cold condition. Accordingly, it possessess high potential to bring about more efficient use of land when it is grown as a seasonings crop at paddy field in winter season. Recently, Seed mustard has aroused people’s interest as a catch crop. The purpose of this trial is to examine productivity and chemical components of seed mustard and to select suitable variety in the southern area of Korea. Seed-mustard cv. Yeongsanpo local showed higher seed yield than any other varieties used in the experiment. It showed relatively high content of Oil, Protein, Ash, Carbo, P2O5, K2O, Ca and T-N. The heritabilities of all the characters were estimated to be high. Therefore, it was concluded that Youngsanpo local was the most suitable variety with high yield and high nutrient quality at the southern area of Korea.
