This thesis focuses on the internship satisfaction for students’ employment. The purpose of this study is to provide the ways to enhance the internship satisfaction, discerning differences in the students’ individual peculiarities. The result and suggestion of this thesis is as follows. department of hotel culinary ranked highest in working environment, working hour, internship points and communication and then department of hotel sommelier&barista, tourism management in order. For the internship period, the students with training over 4 weeks placed higher than those who are less than 4 weeks. For the internship area, the students who reside in Busan expressed higher satisfaction than those live outside of Busan. This thesis suggests that the internship period be expanded. Second, the internship area is to be extended into the outside of Busan. Finally, the cost of internship should be realized.

The main role of hotel management has been regarded to provide customers with accommodation facilities. Nowadays with the changing of the public income level and the way of thinking we aced to reconsider the key function as supplication of rest and leisure place in the viewpoint of social culture and welfare. The chief income among various ones is the guest room's, because the room is considered to be an index of hotel management and to be a criterion of architectural design. Moreover that is because it is the target of sales. The purpose of this study is offering the customers more sufficient service and seeking the effective way of front office management. The results are as the followings. First, service express introduces a new way of delivering product and service guest. As demonstrated by guest surveys, quality of service and guest satisfaction improve immediately upon introduction. The purpose is to assist manager service expresser in the planning and implementation of service express for hotel. The service express concept was developed as a means of providing guest with a personalized service team responsible for expediting their requests for service, no matter what the request. Second, the prevision of customer-oriented service-to offer more familiar service, to give a rapid help over a difficult situation, to confer the chance of using the special service team, the customers can be satisfied with the method. Third, promotion of the employees master consciousness through the abolition or changing into the self-imposed control system, the present useless qualification test system. But more important fact is that the authorities concerned should make an most effort to find the active educator system with the long-range plan. The system should be focused on the existing employees as well as the future ones. In the future, the study should be oriented to the exact of experimental study.
