In this study I conducted practical experiment to secure the reliability of result obtained through the analysis of hydraulic system in mini loader. Analysis and practical experiment comparison for hydraulic system in mini loader was based upon pressure and flow characteristics in response to boom movement under the same condition. The result shows correspondence of experiment and analysis result. So, I verified the validity of analysis result for the characteristics of mini loader movement in this study.

The development of ICT technology led to the intelligence of machines and components, and the development of intelligence information technology connects the world and equipment online. This paper analyzed the effective patent registered since 1997 to analyze the technology trend of autonomous technology of construction machinery. The technical classification was divided into a machine control technology, a machine guidance technology and a monitoring & management technology, and then each technical classification was divided into 5-7 kinds of the detailed technology. Patent analysis was conducted by period or country or company. As a result of the patent analysis, the number of patents has continuously increased since 2008. Overall, USA and Japan are leading the technology of autonomous construction machinery. However, the company and patent applicants are active in patent applications in the Chinese since 2008. From the viewpoint of technological growth stage, Korea, USA and China are in the growth period, and Japan and Europe are declining.

The global mining market is building autonomous, unmanned, eco-friendly mining sites (zero-entry mining) to increase productivity, reduce costs, strengthen safety, and improve environmental burden. Although global top teer companies have entered the "Mixed-mode autonomous operation", Korean companies are in the stage of entering or proceeding with the "Lunch of autonomous mining programs". The world mining equipment is active in the technology development of eco-friendly autonomous technology and smart mining system that converge ICT technology, big data, AI, and IoT in order to build an unmanned eco-friendly mining site. In this case study, technological innovation of eco-friendly autonomous technology and smart mining system were studied. As a result of the case study, the development and the demonstration of smart mining machinery based on eco-friendly power sources (electricity/battery, hydrogen)”, the development of a smart mining platform in cooperation with industry-university-research institutes, and active M&A is necessary.

The excavator consists of boom, arm and bucket, and the boom, arm and bucket are driven by hydraulic cylinder. The clearance of the upper part of the excavator reflects the clearance of the joint part of the hydraulic cylinder and compares the angles of the joint parts and studies the deviation of the bucket behavior due to the clearance of the joint. As the clearance of the joint increases, the angle of rotation of the joint increases, this ultimately affects the deviation of the bucket behavior.

The excavator is a construction machine capable of various tasks such as ditching, trenching, piping, excavating, slope cutting, grading, and rock demoliting. In 2010, unmanned construction machinery using ICT technology has been continuously developed. In general, in hydraulic excavators, This paper investigated the speed limit of the bucket by the load condition and the behavior combination of the boom, arm and bucket through excavator tests. And then, a bucket trajectory was designed in consideration of environmental information (map-based terrain data near the excavator), excavator machine information (excavator kinematic information, excavator hydraulic information), and driver"s wish information (digging start point, dumping start point, and unit loading weight) which are quantified data at the decision stage. The bucket path was verified using the Driving Simulator of excavator.

This study is on problem of jamming gears, which is one of the most degrading factors in hydraulic motor performance. The phenomenon of gear sticking to the inside of a hydraulic motor housing was mathematically modeled as quantitative value of wear, and then structural analysis according to the geometric shape of the motor was performed as an analysis. Also in order to improve the manufacturing quality, a method was proposed to lower the defect rate by statistically analyzing the manufacturing process for parts exposed to wear. The analysis showed that 62.6% of parts hydraulic motor were exposed to wear. For the future, optimization of dimensions, addition of clearance values, and improvement of manufacturing process should be further studies in order to minimize wear and increase the mechanical efficiency.
