Delphi와 중요도-만족도 분석을 적용한 산림치유 직무교육 과정 개발

본 연구는 산림인력개발원에서 1주일 기간으로 신설한 산림치유 교육과정의 교육과목 개발을 위해 수행하였다. 먼저, 다양한 방법으로 136개의 교육과목을 수집한 다음 전문가 집단토론을 통하여 34개를 추출하였고, 이어 13인의 델파이 전문가 설문조사를 통하여 교육과목을 22개로 축소 조정하였으며, 이를 191명의 산림관련 공무원 등을 대상으로 산림치유과정의 교육과목으로서 타당성을 분석하여 12개의 교육과목을 선정하였다. 산림인력개발원에서는 이를 토대로 편성한 산림치유 교육과정을 32명의 공무원을 대상으로 운영하였으며, I-P분석으로 평가를 실시하여 교육과목에 있어서 우선시정 필요한 과목, 지속적 노력이 필요한 과목, 저 우선순위 과목, 과잉노력을 지양할 과목으로 구분하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 차기 교육과정에 환류하여 교육만족도 제고 및 성과향상에 기여할 수 있을 것이며, 본 연구 의 방법론은 신규 교육과정을 개설할 때 교육과목 선정과 교육운영 평가에 활용할 수 있을 것이다. The overall purpose of this study was to develop curriculum in forest therapy education program as a job training course in Forest Human Resources Development Institute. Based on literature review and consultation with professionals, 136 subjects were collected. Using Delphi method with 13 professionals, 22 subjects were selected as candidate subjects. Then, final 12 subjects were selected based on survey with 191 officials in various positions. The forest therapy education program was performed in the Forest Human Resources Development Institute for 32 officials. Using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA), the subjects were classified and positioned in four dimensional grids.
성인 대상 환경교육을 위한 국립수목원 ‘식물교실’ 프로그램 만족도 조사

The purpose of this study was to suggest implications for improvement of ‘Plant School’ programs of Korea National Arboretum by investigating satisfaction and requirements of customers who attended each program steadily. The ‘Plant School’ consisted of four programs; native plant photography school, winter bud observation school, horticulture school, and botanical illustration school. The suggested results are as follows. First, to generate excitement about plant education, education programs should be combined with external factors such as media, design, and painting. Second, it was found that program contents should focus on professional knowledge such as plant ecology and botany, so that plant school can act as a place for plant learning. Third, as more and more adults participate in plant schools, Korea National Arboretum should meet the increasing need; the variety of trees should be increased, education programs should be offered more often, and lecture rooms should be extended to outside such as exhibition gardens. Therefore, these results will be applied to improve the plant school programs and could be applied to operate other plant schools in botanical gardens in Korea.
