申甲浩 명지대학교 1984 明大論文集 Vol.15 No.-

I studied and analyzed the influence that the existence and/or the nonexistence of the presentation of sound effects gives to the regulation of pace with the transceiver of sound effects at the time of interval exercise racer of Boys' Senior High School at the time of track for the purpose of assisting the record rising of track race and marathon race, and its results are as follows. Firstly, the regulation of pace of the block record between the times has no significant difference from the standard of p>0.05 statistically, and the block record between total times; the first times is 5.29, the second times, 4.63, the third times, 4.37, the fourth times, 4.12, the fifth times, 3.46, and total is shown 4.37. The more times from the first times to the fifth times repeated, the better the regulation of pace between total blocks. Secondly, by the existence and/or the nonexistence of the presentation of sound effects of the distance and group, the regulation of pace has been shown significant difference from the standard of p<0.001 statistically. Getting total sound effects, E·G having done the regulation of pace was 3.05, and not getting the sound effects, C·G having done the regulation of pace was 5.83. E·G having received the sound effects showed 2.78, about 3 minutes, better regulation of pace than C·G not having received the sound effects.

      • 線加速度運動環境의 暴露가 生體에 미치는 영향에 關한 實驗的 硏究

申甲浩 明知大學校 自然科學硏究所 1988 자연과학논문집 Vol.6 No.-

The author made an experimental study and observation on the sports physiological and bio effects to the force of gravity in Vertical axis exercise. In view of importance of finding their current health status and the possibility of bio-effect due to prolonged exposure to unusual gravitational condition in verticlal axis exercise and tranined in high diving and gymnastic sports and elevator. The observation on the pattern of change in pulse rate and blood pressure according to the various postural changes shifting on the "Tilting -table" were measured At the same time the ECG ws recorded. Total of sixty subjects (high diving athletes male 4 and female 4.:gymnastic athletes male 8,: other sports student male 5 and female 4,: elevator -girls 20 and its control group 15 women)were employed for this purpose. Its hope that information will be use for reference in ruture of study in the field of sports physiology and health science. Consequently, the following facts were obtained through the study: 1. The change pattern of pulse rate and blood pressure due to various shifting of body posture did not show any substantial difference between the experimental and the control groups in various subjects, whereas the pilse rate and the blood pressure at the "vertical head down(-G)" posture showed tend to be increased compsaring to the sitting position. 2. No siginficnt change could be detected in blood picture after exercise of high diving , gymnastic training and elevator service work. 3. There is not difference of ECG records in normal range between the control and the experimental groups in various subjects. 4. In the study of ECG changes during the tilting, the change of pattern of ECG record due to various shifting of body posture did not show any substantial difference between male and female in various athletes. 5. The findings of ECG of elevator worker failed to indicate any pathologic changes in ST segment QX/QT ratio and the height of T-wave or U-wave which might he anticipated in ischemia of the heart due to chronic exposure to unusual gravitational environment. Though some slightly abnormal findings such as low ST segment, increased QX/QT ratio, decreased height of T-wave and increased height of U-wave were deteted, it could be considered that such changes might simply indicate a transient mild ischemia by such working environment.

Among various gymnastic performances Backward Swan-Dive makes use of the basic movements involved in body twisting. The purpose of this is to find better and scientific involved in body twisting . The purpose of this thesis is to find better and scientific new skills to perform this exercise by measuring and analysing the angles, distances, durations, and heights of various phases of Backward Swan-Dive. 2. Results (1)The take-off phase proved to be performed in the anlges ranging from 79.0? to 85.0?. (2)During the take -off phase, the distance of the horizontal movement increases when the degree of the body angle increases. (3)The landing phase proved to be performed in the degrees ranging from 75.5? to 83.0? and the steadiness of the body increased as the perpendicular angle increased and as the body lowered during the landing phase. (4)At the movement of the take -off phase, if the neck and the elbow angles increases, the distance needed for the performance was to increase. (5)Knees and ankles of the four performers during their mid-air rotating exercise were bent and this diminished the beauty of their performances of the Swan-Dive. (6)The heights of the top-phase was found to range from 162.9029cm to 196.7738cm. (7)The whole distance needed for the performance was found to range from 269.35cm to 290.3220cm.

A study on the Relationship Between the strength of Muscle and Limbs. Dept, of physical Education MYONG-JI UNIVERSITY. -by Gap-Ho shin- The strength of muscle and limbs are regurded as important for individual plakers engaged in gymnastics, tennis, Yudo and tae Kwondo. The energg retained in the muscle produces power. Therefore, the extent of muscle power depends on the volume of muscle in general. The writer examined 112 (MYONG JI:40 players, Kong Ju National Teachers college:72 players) players and non-players among the studemts of the Depa-rtment of physical Education, MYONG-JI UNIVERSITY and KONG Ju nationcl Teachers college to learn correlation between the size of limbs and strength of muscle power. 1. coefficient of correlation letween the maximum and minimum fore calf circumference and kick strength in Taekwendo was r=0.88 r=0.75 or positve. 2. Coefficient of correlation letween the maximum and minimum fore arm circumference and hand strength in Volley-Ball was r=0.54 or positive. 3. The relationship letween kick strength and calf minimum Circumference with tennis players was r=0.64 or postive agcin. 4. A positive figure of r=0.68 letween Hand strength and flextion upper arm was shown in Yudo players. As reviewed above the writer concludes that there is a close relationship letween the size of limbs anp muscle power.

I analyzed the double salto fwd. tucked to roll forward to upper arm hang on the parallel bars which is suited for the high degree of difficult and revised rule of scoring in 1993. With the video analysis of the three national athletes' kinematic variables, I had the following results. 1) In the first phase, it is revealed that the higher the position of the ankle was affecting the forward distance and the farther distance was affecting the height of the somersault. 2) In the third phase, the resultant velocity of the ankle in the somersault made it easy to rise up vertically and lengthened the staying time of the body in the air. 3) In the swing motion, the angular momentum of the hip affected the forward movement of the body in the somersault and lengthened the staying time in the air. 4) In the swing motion, the circular movement of the ankle affected the rise of rotation force in the somersault. 5) In the somersault, the forward-bending angle of hips, shoulders and knees affected the rise of the rotation force. 6) In the semersault, the bigger the distance of the body's forward movement was, the larger the decrease of speed was when touching the shoulders, thus, it increased the stability.
