        魚腥草 抽出物이 肺炎誘發 생쥐의 免疫反應 및 組織變化에 미치는 影響

        In order to investigate the preventive and therapeutic effects of Herba Houttuyniae extract (H. H. ext.) on pneumonitis bearing mice, pneumonitis bearing mice induced by Klebsiella pneumoniae (K. pneumoniae) were established by the determination of median lethal dose(LD_50)of H.H.ext.. pathogenicity of K. pneumoniae in vivo, and minimum inhibition concentration(MIC) of H.H.ext, in vitro was performed on microorganism. Then, these experiments were performed to investigate the effects of H.H.ext. in mice, and they were delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH), antibody production to sheep erythroctes, rosette formation, natural killer(NK) cell activity of splenic lymphocyte population and histological findings with passage of time. Mice intranasally inoculated with 1×10^6 K.pneumoniae under light ether anesthesia were intravenously sensitized by 1×10^7 SRBC suspension. The results were as follows : 1. The LD_50 of H.H.ext. was orally 0.5g/㎏. 2. The MIC of H.H.ext. by water and ethanol was as flollows : In K. pneumoniae, MIC was 16㎎/㎖ in each case of stem and leaf, root extracted by water, and herb extracted by ethanol. But herb extracted by water was 32㎎/㎖. In Sta. aureus, MIC was 140㎎/㎖ in stem and leaf, herb extracted by water, but root was 160㎎/㎖. And herb extracted by ethanol was 128㎎/㎖. In Sta. pyogenes, MIC was 32㎎/㎖ regardless of water and ethanol. In E. coli, MIC was 128㎎/㎖ by water, but 64㎎/㎖ by ethanol. 3. Optimal dosage of pneumonitis induced by K.pneumoniae was 1×10^8 CFU/mouse in mouse model. 4. Comparing with normal control group, DTH reaction was significantly increased in Group 1 and 5 (P<0.05, P<0.01). 5. Hemagglutination and hemolysin titers of each experimental groups were variable, not significant against control group. 6. E rosette formation rate of spleen cells was significantly increased in Group 1, 2 and 5(P<0.05), but was decreased in Group 3 and 4. 7. NK cell activity of spleen cells was not significant between control and experimental groups. But Group 1 was gradually increased with the passage of time. Also NK cell activity of Group 2, 3 and 4 was transiently increased at the first week. 8. Typical peumonitic process was observed in Group 4 only, but mild pneumonitic process or curring process was observed in Group 1, 2 and 3. Group 5 only showed no evidence of inflammatory reaction. However, mild infiltration of lymphoidcells was noted in early stage. From these results, it is suggested that H.H.ext promotes immune response and reduces the recovery time of pneumonitis and lung abscess from the histological viewpoint.

        韓國産 노박덩굴科 藥用植物에 關한 文獻硏究

        This study aims to survey through literature the origin of Celastraceae (belonging to the class of wild spimach) which grow in nature or are cultivated in Korea. The results of survey can be summarized as follows; 1. The total 40species of wild spinach surveyed consisted of 7 Celastrus, 32 Euonymus, 1 Tripterygium; Euonymus occupies 80% of these species. 2. The wild spinaches of the Korean origin were found to be 3genuses, 40species, among which the herb species occupied about 56% 3. The herb species out of the wild spinaches were 7 ones according to the nomenclature of Korean oriental medicine. They were 24 root species, 20 leaf species. 3 seed species, 20 cortex species, 9 fruit species, 6 exocarpium species, I flora species. Thus it was noticed that radix was the main kind. 4. In view of their traits, they were 10 antife brile species, 5 neutral in nature species and 12 hot-natured species. 5. In view of their dfficacy and following for duplicate nomenclature, they can be classified into 6 heat-clearing and detoxifying herbs, 6 insecticides, 16 expel wind alleviate itching herbs, 8 promote blood circulation hemostatic herbs, I gastrotomic herbs 9 promote diuresis to reduce edema herbs and 1 invigratic herbs. 6. The toxic herbs were lekondung, kijunyu, etc. However, expect lekondung, their toxity was weak and they accounted of 48% of the total herb plants. As discussed above the herb plants account for 56% of the total wild sponaches. Among them the root species are ranked atop. It is conceived that these herb plants should be surveyed more for their clinical efficacy.

        사회경험중심의 심리운동중재가 ADHD 아동의 주의집중력 및 정서인식에 미치는 효과

        본 연구의 목적은 또래 관계에 어려움을 보이는 ADHD 아동을 대상으로 사회경험중심의 심리운동중재를 시행하였을 때 ADHD 아동의 주의집중력 및 정서인식에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 것이다. 본 연구를 위해 주의집중 및 정서인식에 어려움을 보이는 초등학교 4∼6학년 중 실험에 참여를 원하는 8명의 아동을 대상으로 주 2회씩 총 24회기 동안 사회경험중심의 심리운동중재를 실시하였다. 사회경험중심의 심리운동중재가 ADHD 아동에게 어떠한 효과를 주는지 살펴보기 위하여 FAIR 주의집중검사와 NimStim 정서인식검사를 사전 사후에 실시하였고 SPSS 18.0을 활용하여 통계 분석하였다. 그 연구결과 첫째, 사회경험중심의 심리운동중재가 ADHD 아동의 주의집중력 향상에 효과적 이였다. 둘째, 사회경험중심의 심리운동중재가 ADHD 아동의 정서인식향상에 효과적 이였다. 본 연구는 사례수가 적어 일반화 하는데 한계를 가지지만, 정서인식의 향상을 통하여 ADHD 아동의 사회 정서문제의 개선에 도움을 줄 것으로 향후 지속적 연구가 필요하다.

        Conjugated polymer consisting of benzothiadiazole and phenazine as donor materials for organic photovoltaics

        Two new polymers, poly(thiophene-benzothiadiazole) (PThBT) and poly(thiophene-dibenzophenazine) (PThFQ), were successfully polymerized through a Stille coupling reaction. PThBT exhibited the formation of an ordered lamellar structure with conventional edge-on p-stacking. In contrast, the PThFQ backbones were oriented face-on relative to the substrate. For solar cells using a 1:6 ratio of PThFQ to PC71BM, the resulting Voc, Jsc, FF and PCE were 0.73 V, 3.4 mA/cm2, 30.5% and 0.76%, respectively. The value of the FF for PThFQ increased by 22% compared to PThBT due to the effects of the backbone planarity of the polymers and the face-on orientation

        Synthesis and electroluminescence properties of fluorene–anthracene based copolymers for blue and white emitting diodes

        We have synthesized poly(9,9-dioctylfluorene-co-9,10-diphienylanthracene) (PFAN), which is based on the blue light-emitting materials fluorene and anthracene derivative, using Suzuki coupling. These copolymers synthesized at wide-ranging mol ratios are fully dissolved in ordinary organic solvents and show high thermal stability. PF50AN50, PF75AN25, and PF90AN10 demonstrate maximum photoluminescent wavelengths when lmax = 440, 440, and 443 nm and peaks for electroluminescent properties when lmax = 442, 442, and 450 nm, respectively. In all PFAN series, new electroplex-increased emission peaks appear nearby 540 nm at 13 V, 14 V, and 15 V, respectively, as driving voltage increases,with the CIE coordinates being (0.30, 0.36) and change in color observed from blue emission to white emission.

        열자극 탈분극전류 방법에 의한 BaTiO<sub>3</sub>의 분극 특성 연구

        The polarization properties of $BaTiO_3$ were investigated by using thermally stimulated depolarization current (TSDC) technique. Two peaks were observed at about 400 K (peak A) and 435 K (peak B) from TSDC spectra obtained from the temperature range of 280-500 K. Peak A shows a sharp decrease of TSDC due to extinction of spontaneous polarization above the phase transition temperature of $BaTiO_3$. The values of activation energy of peak A and peak B were calculated to be 0.70 eV and 0.87 eV respectively. From the results of TSDC measurement with a variation of polarizing electric field strength, we found that saturation of total current of TSDC was started from 3kV/cm. However, the amount of total current of TSDC was not affected by the variation of polarizing time.

      • Nematic-based small molecules for organic photovoltaic devices: synthesis and characterization

        Organic photovoltaic cells (OPVs) have drawn significant attention for these applications due to the global technology trends toward economic feasibility and continuous development coupled with efforts to preserve the environment. To improve the charge transport between the interfaces, a number of investigations to study the effects of introducing an interlayer have been reported recently. In particular, most research efforts have focused on the use of alcohol/water-soluble conjugated polymer electrolytes (CPEs) for the interlayer. In this study, we synthesized novel alcohol/water-soluble nematic type small molecules. The nematic derivatives exhibit unique material properties, such as high ordered orientation and isotropic mechanical and optical properties.
