The minimal .inhibitory concentrations of ethionamide and cycloserine to. H37Rv strain and wild strains in Youman's media are increasing stepwise as the incubation time pass. One of the causes of this phenomenon might be owing- to the progressive decrease of effective -drug con centrations contained in. the media. The minimal inhibitory concentrations of ethionamide and cycloserine in H37Rv strain are 0.8 mcg/ml and 6 mcg/ml respectively. In wild strains, the minimal inhibitory concentrations of ethionamide are ranged from 0.4mcg/ml to 2.0mcg/ml in 85 strains, and that of cyclose rine are from below 5mcg/ml to 10mcg/ml in 1Q strains by Youman's media at 10th incubation day. On 4th incubation day microscopy is done the evidence of growing of cells are judged by cord formed and incre ased-tubercle bacilli when inocula are made with vidually seperated cells. As comparing with the turbidityl on 10th day, above mentioned microscopic findings an identical the early detection of resistance to these two drugs seems feasible and practicable.

Purpose This study was carried out to determine the properties of materials used in the rubber mounted under the agricultural tractor rollover protective structure cabin. Methods The natural rubber specimens were subjected to a hyperelastic uniaxial, biaxial, and planar tensile test, and a volumetric compression test for each of the four shore hardness types. The validity of the properties was assessed using ABAQUS, a commercial finite element analysis program. Result As a result of measuring the stress-strain curve with five repetitions of loading-unloading within each strain range, it was observed in all test results that the stress gradually eased from the initial level as the number of load iterations and strain intervals increased. Conclusion The nominal tensile stress was shown in the order of uniaxial, planar, and biaxial tensile test. The nonlinear material models were similar to the tensile test results, and the Ogden 3rd model showed the best performance.
연동온실 곡부 제설장치의 설계인자 도출을 위한 실험적 연구

This paper presents overall procedure by experimental study in order to deriving design factors of snow removal machine on roof of multi-span greenhouse. For the purpose of the testing, the scale model of the machine was made in the form to drive above the monorail. The test was performed in order to calculating friction coefficient of the machine and shear coefficient between sliced horizontal section of snow at constant temperature and humidity room in National Academic of Agricultural Science. As a result of the laboratory test, shear coefficient between sliced horizontal section of snow were calculated 1.60~2.37. Further investigation, we will study to derive the relationship between the real and scaled model through the field test.
농림업용 차륜형 트랙터 OECD 코드 시험과 유한요소해석을 통한 ROPS 가상시험 방법에 관한 연구

ROPS is a structure installed to protect drivers from tractor rollover accidents and is being tested for certification under the OECD code. Because this test requires a lot of cost and time to develop the ROPS and to produce test model, the OECD is discussing the introduction of virtual test using finite element analysis. In this study, the results were compared by conducting a strength test and finite element analysis applied with the OECD code to use it as a basic data for standardization of ROPS virtual test methods. It was confirmed that the results of the analysis of the bolts and plates of the coupling part and the folding part were more close to the physical test results than the rigid elements and constraints at the point of coupling the tractor and ROPS.
