CCCV(Controlled Closure Check Valve) has a role of sealing the reverse flow at the operation stop of pump for the protection the pump, valve, and the water tank. And the CCCV must have the capacity of the required design flow rate. In order to perform this function, the qualification of operation test under loading condition is required in the seismic condition according to ASME QME-1-2007. But the experimental method in vibration test has the difficulty in preparing the loading condition for fluid flow. So the numerical method is required in this situation. In this study, the numerical study on the operation test of the CCCV in the seismic condition was performed. The prediction of the variation of the operation of CCCV was performed considering the body's geometric condition and the loading condition by the design requirement and fluid flow.

A big data processing method to predict solar power generation using systems engineering approach is developed in this work. For developing analytical method, linear model (LM), support vector machine (SVN), and artificial neural network (ANN) technique are chosen. As evaluation indices, the cross-correlation and the mean square root of prediction error (RMSEP) are used. From multi-variable comparison test, it was found that ANN methodology provides the highest correlation and the lowest RMSEP.

일본 아베 총리는 성장전략으로 일본 경제재생을 추진해 왔다. 그간 성과로 아베수상은 차기 수상으로 당선되어 일본 역사상 처음으로 3기 내각을 구성하고, 최장수 수상이 되었다. 지금까지 추진해온 성장전략은 지속될 것으로 예상되어 산업기술과 정책 중심으로 일본이 추진하고 있는 성장전략 추진구조와 체계를 검토하여 우리에게 갖는 시사점을 찾아보았다. 일본은 수상이 중심이 되어 성장전략 추진구조를 정립하여, 각 부처와 관련 위원회, 기관들의 역할과 책임, 기획-실행-성과평가 체계를 마련하였다. 매년 일본재흥전략과 미래투자전략 등 범정부차원의 계획 수립과 주요 키워드를 제시하여 추진방향을 알렸다. 또한, 저출산 고령화로 인한 인구변화, 지역불균형 등 사회문제에 대응하고 4차 산업혁명기술 발전으로 변화될 미래를 예측하여 일본의 미래상과 비전, 사회구조, 그것을 이루기 위한 추진전략, 예상되는 문제점, 기술적 해결방안 등을 포함하여 추진목표와 추진분야, 추진방안, 예상활용성과 등을 계획하였다. “Society 5.0”, “Connected Industries” 등 정책을 정리하고 홍보하여 일반국민의 이해를 도모하였다. 명확한 추진체계의 정립, 기획부터 성과까지 성과관리체계구축, 사회문제와 미래사회를 대비한 발전계획의 수립, 범부처계획과 각부처 정책의 연계, 정책의 국민공지 등을 우리가 참고할 시시점으로 제시한다. Japan’s Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has boosted Japan’s economic revitalization with the ‘Growth Strategy’. Abe was reelected as the next Prime Minister bolstered by strong economic performance, setting his third Cabinet and becoming the longest serving Premier in Japan’s history. While Japan’s growth strategy projected to continue, this paper analyzes Japan’s growth strategy structure in an industrial technology policy aspect and draws implications for Korea. Japan’s Growth Strategy structure centers around the prime minister, encompassing rules, regulations, planning-execution-performance evaluation structure of each ministries, sub committees and institutions. Each year, national plans such as "Japan Revitalization Strategy", "Investments for Future Strategy" and major keywords signal the government’s overarching policy directives. The analysis also touches on expected future changes occurred by the development of fourth industrial revolution and social agendas such as population changes and regional imbalance, ultimately addressing vision, social structure, future strategies and technical solutions of Japanese government. Policies highlighted by "Society 5.0", and "Connected Industries" are publicized for public awareness. Significant policy measures in securing solid policy structure, performance management system, development plan aligning social issues, national plans underlying ministerial policies, and public awareness, are suggested in reference to Korea’s innovation growth.
간내 점유병소에 있어 초음파 영상을 이용한 경피세침 흡인 세포검사의 의의

N/A 35 patients with space occupying lesions in liver underwent ultrasonography guided percutaneous fine neelde aspiration cytology. Liver abscess, cyst and metastatic cancer whose pathologic diagnosis could be made at primay focus were excluded. 18 cases (51.4 %) were hepatocellular carcinoma, 4 cases (11 4%) were cholangiocarcinoma, 7 cases (20.0%) were metastatic liver cancer, 1 case (2.9%) was regenerating nodule, and 5 cases (14.3%) were negative pathology. We also evaluated the diameter of lesion. 7 cases (26%) were found at less then 5 cm, 13 cases (48%) were found from 5.1 cm to 10 cm, 7 cases (26%) were found over 10 cm at initial ultrasonography or CT. 15 patients complained pain on needle aspiration site aind one patient showed hemoperitoneum and hepatic failure. In conclusion ultrasonography guided needle aspiration cytology is easy and sensitive method for patholgic diagnosis of space occupying lesion in liver. Efforts to find the space occupying lesion as soon as possible and increase the sensitivity of ultrasonography guided needle aspiration cytology would be needed
